The next morning, the chaotic capital of Yin Country quieted down, and everyone curiously gathered around the campus to observe, asking each other what had happened, congesting the area completely and bringing traffic to a standstill. Faced with growing social pressure, the authorities had to offer an explanation. It was simple: a group of civilian anti-governnt organizations had sabotaged the gas pipelines around the palace. The culprits were chased to the school by guards, catching over a dozen, while one remained among the students. The authorities hoped the school would cooperate with the investigation.

Upon hearing that the palace was attacked by an anti-governnt organization, everyone was instantly enraged. The campus issued a notice urging students to investigate among themselves to catch the culprit as soon as possible. By noon, all students had been checked, but the criminal was not found. Official reports stated that after the investigation, the remnants of the last culprit were found inside the exploded vehicle, and everyone involved was brought to justice, bringing relief to all sectors.

A spy operation transford by the officials into a violent conflict, dispelling social panic, while earning the governnt a reputation for strong actions. As for behind the scenes, ordinary people would not think much about it. The governnt discreetly continued investigations, but deployed forces around the campus had been withdrawn to avoid disrupting classes.

The tumultuous event quickly settled down, but Jackson at the palace command center was still brooding with a somber expression. Mohan sat beside him, aware that the assailants had not been caught, and didn't even know their whereabouts. The pressure on both was imnse. After a while, Jackson turned to Mohan and asked, "All checkpoints at the transportation routes yielded no information. This suggests the perpetrator might have already left the area. What do you think?"

"It's not impossible, but the likelihood is very low," Mohan replied with a stern face.

"Your n have searched the city but found no target. With your strength, they shouldn't be able to hide. Could there be places that weren't searched?" Jackson stubbornly asked.

"The biggest possibility is the slum. That area was a priority and elite troops were sent there, complented by local police and street workers. If they were there, the search wouldn't be avoided. There is one place that wasn't checked," Mohan pondered.

"Oh? Where?" Jackson was surprised that there were indeed places not yet searched and pressed further.

"The rich district," Mohan replied truthfully.

"Why not search there? Hurry up," Jackson said, slightly irritated.

"That area cannot be searched," Mohan stated, seeing Jackson filled with suspicion, and explained with a bitter smile, "The rich district is ho to all the affluent people in the capital, each a high-ranking person. They have private bodyguards and do not accept inspections. Conducting searches there would lead to many disputes. All residences are registered, including properties owned by citizens from various countries, even multiple holdings by people from Huaxia Country."

"Just because of their high status, it cannot be searched?" Jackson questioned in disbelief and after seeing Mohan nod, he smiled bitterly. Such a thing is unimaginable in Sam Country but exists in Yin Country. Jackson spoke helplessly, "What if they are hiding in the rich district? Can the President give special permission?"

"Even if they're hiding in the rich district, there's no solution. At most, we can deploy troops to monitor the periter. The President won't authorize searches; these affluent individuals have influential identities, and none are without secrets. If searches are conducted, there'll be two problems: safeguarding secrets and the rich feeling disrespected and resisting. Unless the Supre Court issues search warrants for each residence, searches won't work. The President's orders are ineffective because, without sufficient evidence, the Supre Court won't issue search warrants targeting innocent individuals," Mohan angrily explained.

Every country has its peculiarities, and Jackson began to understand, pondering in frustration. He had a gut feeling the target was in the rich district. He couldn't help but act, coldly stating, "Deploy elites to monitor the rich district, and form a mobile unit ready at any mont. My n will also be on standby. As soon as enemies are spotted, capture them imdiately."

"That's the only way," Mohan agreed and went to make arrangents.

Knowing the culprits might be hiding but unable to search caused Jackson great frustration. Nevertheless, he had to respect Yin Country's circumstances and refrained from sending personnel to act privately. To the busy Information Officers working behind him, he said, "Monitor the rich district tightly. Report imdiately if any suspicious individuals are found."

"Yes," soone responded.

Jackson was unaware that at that mont, a person in a trench coat and sunglasses arrived at the campus gate: Hei Shi. Campus security, instructed by the police, was critical of strangers and imdiately intervened. Hei Shi presented his student ID, speaking fluent local language, "I'm here to see my adviser."

Despite the student ID being expired, it was authentic, and Hei Shi was there to visit his adviser. Security did not stop him and allowed him to pass. Hei Shi reached the academic building and found his forr adviser, chatted for a while, and then invited the adviser for a al outside the campus. Everything seed so natural and real.

After the al, Hei Shi sent the adviser back to the campus and inford him he was going to retrieve his car from the underground garage. After saying goodbye, he proceeded to the garage and found the car hiding the State Preceptor. Aware of surveillance, Hein Shi didn't check the trunk and drove away directly.

He was stopped by security upon exiting the garage, asked for ID and purpose, then verified with the adviser before letting him go. Hei Shi calmly drove away, sensing watchers from Yin Country's intelligence departnt, he continued to drive ahead.

To ensure safety, Hei Shi drove around the city until he was sure no one was following him, then turned towards the rich district. Suddenly, he heard his phone ring. Opening it, he saw a ssage without a signature, just a brief sentence: "Return to the nest, timber."

Upon seeing this ssage, Hei Shi realized sothing was amiss. He quickly changed direction and headed for the embassy. He felt surveillance around the embassy too but wasn't stopped. Hei Shi parked in the underground garage, locked the car, and walked up the stairs, knocking on He Guozhu's office door.

Seeing Hei Shi return, He Guozhu let out a long sigh of relief and anxiously asked, "Did it go smoothly?"

"It went smoothly; the car is downstairs, but we haven't checked the cargo yet, and its status is unknown," Hei Shi quickly replied.

"Getting the person back is good. The rich district suddenly went under strict surveillance; taking him there will expose us. I had to change the plan and get you back here. I've already called them for that side. Yin Country won't dare inspect the rich district, only an external search, so long as we don't go outside, we'll be fine. Let's go get the person," He Guozhu sighed in relief, leading Hei Shi to the underground garage.
