Yin Country's President Mansion, President's Office.

The luxurious office was brightly lit, yet it exuded a murderous atmosphere. The President, with a cold face, sat on the sofa, surrounded by a group of senior officials and aides, all of whom were trusted confidants and actual power holders of the country. The President, with a gloomy expression, looked at everyone, a naless feeling of humiliation surging up. The campus explosion event was beginning to fernt, with international pressure, dostic pressure, and party impeachnt—various troubles pouring in one after another, making it difficult to handle.

"Gentlen, you all know the situation. Let's talk about it," the President forced himself to calm down and said.

Everyone present was shrewd and cunning, and no one wanted to be the first to speak. After glancing at each other, they continued to remain silent. The President angrily clenched the teacup, his face becoming increasingly grim. At this mont, soone with a stern expression walked in, whispered a few words in the President's ear, and then hurriedly left.

Being able to co in directly to deliver a ssage naturally ant he was a most trusted confidant of the President. People weren't interested in this person, but they were curious about what ssage was delivered at this ti. They all looked at the President, only to find his expression even more severe than before, with a few traces of ferocity, clearly showing anger to the extre.

Upon seeing this, everyone imdiately realized sothing had happened again and it was a serious matter. No one dared to speak, and a peculiar air of murderous tension filled the office, with a touch of chill, suffocating everyone. After a long while, the President adjusted his emotions and coldly said, "Just now, soone sent an email to my private email account, demanding the withdrawal of all surveillance. We should act as if the explosion incident never happened. Otherwise, they will flatten the rich district."

"What, a threat, they are threatening us, damn it," a middle-aged general in his sixties shouted angrily, waving his fist, like an aging lion displaying its strength.

"The ti is one hour," the President continued with a face so grim that it seed to drip water, to think that the dignified President was being threatened to this extent, his authority and reputation in shambles, what a disgrace.

"I'll take my n to find them right now, damn it," the general continued to roar.

"Can you find them?" soone beside remarked indifferently.

"Enough, stop arguing, isn't it troubleso enough?" the President coldly barked, and no one dared to say more. His eyes, filled with piercing cold, swept over the general as he continued, "This email was definitely sent by the one who blew up the campus. Can you find the suspect within an hour?"

"I can't, but since they said they would bomb the rich district, it ans the bomb is placed there. Finding the bomb would do," the general hurriedly explained.

The President's gaze at the general was full of ridicule, unable to understand how such a person could beco a general; he truly was blind. Before the President could say anything, soone beside him rushed to say, "Can you find the bomb within an hour? Even if you can, would the culprit allow you to find it? Perhaps they would detonate the bomb the mont we made a move. The school was bombed just like that, even shaming and bombing the State Preceptor. What else wouldn't they dare to do?"

"Mr. President, this matter must be taken seriously. The fact that the other party sent you a private email indicates three points: First, they probably don't actually want to bomb the rich district, just threatening; second, they want to flee; third, they don't want this matter to escalate, aning they really have a bomb. If we let them run, they won't trigger the bomb," another middle-aged man said.

"You're right; the culprit is asking us to withdraw within an hour and they will leave. Once they ensure their own safety, they will notify us to find the bomb; otherwise, you know the consequences. The question now is whether we agree or not," the President, sowhat relieved, added, finally finding soone who understood.

"Agreeing ans we compromise and fail. If this is exposed, it would be unfavorable for us. Not agreeing makes it entirely possible for the rich district to be attacked, without even ti for evacuation. The enemy is very cunning and brutal. I do not doubt their intent and resolve. If the rich district is bombed, the pressure we face will be even greater. Choosing the lesser of two evils, I suggest agreeing," a middle-aged man slowly said.

"I agree, the rich district cannot be bombed. With the culprit's ruthless ans, they dared to bomb even the palace, what wouldn't they dare to do? We cannot have wishful thinking," another middle-aged man quickly said.

The President could see everyone's thoughts; everyone present lived in the rich district, and their families were also in the rich district. If bombed, everyone would suffer significant losses. Thinking of this, the President suddenly felt how terrifying it was that the culprit could even control the thoughts of the people present. Such an enemy is best not to provoke and should be sent away. With a plan in mind, seeing everyone agreeing, he also went along, "Since everyone agrees, let's go with this. We can't afford the loss and can't bear further trouble. We'll settle this account slowly when the chance cos."

Everyone quietly let out a sigh of relief, exchanging glances, and said nothing more.

Luo Zheng, in the embassy, really didn't expect his plan to pass so easily. When formulating the plan initially, he simply thought the rich district was significant enough, without realizing that the senior consultants and officials around the President lived in the rich district, and the President happened to be discussing matters with them. Faced with the threat, these people chose to protect themselves. If Luo Zheng had known this earlier, he would have asked for so benefit.

Upon receiving an email reply from the President through Lan Xing, Luo Zheng smiled. As long as the President agreed to remove surveillance, their actions would be free and there would be a chance to escape. He quickly asked Lan Xing to find a way to closely monitor the situation. Shortly after, as expected, Yin Country withdrew its military. Ard forces returned to the base, the police returned to the station, everything returned to normal, and the governnt's external explanation was that the culprit had been brought to justice, attributed to an anti-governnt terrorist organization, casually executing a few death row inmates with hoods, thus ending the matter.

A grand beginning, a hasty end, none of it convincing. The people were still agitated, though not as frenzied. Of course, none of this interested Luo Zheng. Learning the situation was slowly dwindling, he quietly breathed a sigh of relief. After observing for a day, seeing everything normal, Luo Zheng instructed He Guozhu to secretly drive everyone back one by one.

That night, everyone donned silicone masks and, holding embassy work permits, left through the diplomatic channel. At the airport, there was no surveillance, no lockdown, just like usual tis, and everyone boarded the plane smoothly. Not until after the flight was airborne did Luo Zheng finally relax, noting that the bomb threat was rely an excuse. If Yin Country had retaliated furiously, it would have been very troubleso.

"Finally, we can go ho," Lan Xue leaned on Luo Zheng's shoulder, closing her eyes and began to rest peacefully. She softly asked, "Last night, my little sister privately ssaged , saying that Shadow and the others are having a hard ti in Arctic Bear Country. They're considering whether to send us over for support. If even Shadow can't resolve it, it must be a big issue; should we actively apply to go?"
