The fighter jet swept past above Luo Zheng's head, creating a sonic boom from the piercing air currents, causing a headache and blood to surge. Luo Zheng opened his mouth and shouted, not knowing what he was yelling, just feeling that the louder he shouted, the better he felt inside. The fighter jet roared away, and the negative damage from the sonic boom gradually faded. Luo Zheng knew it needed to turn around for another attack, so he dared not linger, driving the snowmobile forward. Occasionally, he glanced up to see the fighter jet turning, but found it roaring north instead.

"Eh?" Luo Zheng didn't know why the fighter jet left, but was very clear about his situation. If he didn't leave quickly, he would surely die, so he continued rushing forward. Breaking free from the missile attack was already a stroke of luck, but Luo Zheng couldn't guarantee his luck would hold out.

The missile attack also blocked the pursuers' path, creating a considerable distance by the ti they started chasing again. As for infantry, they couldn't possibly catch up with a snowmobile. Luo Zheng continued rushing forward, suddenly sensing a trendous danger falling from the sky, causing him to panic. He turned around and saw an unmanned bomber in the sky out of nowhere, with a missile launching from the rack, roaring towards him.

"Bastard." Luo Zheng cursed angrily, face turning pale as he quickly observed the surrounding terrain. He had avoided the missile earlier by jumping down the mountainside, but there were no adequate slopes around this ti to evade the missile. Luo Zheng was shocked and saw the cliff ahead, steeled himself, and rushed towards it.

"Whoosh!" The snowmobile raced towards the cliff below, like a cannonball, carrying an air of tragic heroism with a do-or-die spirit as Luo Zheng opted to leap off the cliff.

In mid-air, the air currents were deafening, and the high-speed flight caused oxygen deprivation in the lungs, leading to dizziness. Luo Zheng felt like closing his eyes imdiately, not wanting to think or do anything. From the corner of his eye, he saw the snowmobile crashing into the opposite cliff, about to be destroyed, abruptly shivering as he thought of Lan Xue.

"No, I can't die yet. I'm not allowed to die until Lan Xue is safe." Luo Zheng suddenly felt a clarity in his mind like never before, eyes sharpening as he swiftly spotted a protruding pine tree on the opposite cliff, rejoicing inside. In mid-air, he quickly stood up, fixing his eyes on the pine tree.

The snowmobile whizzed past the pine tree as it fell. At the critical mont, Luo Zheng exerted himself, springing forward with open palms like an agile monkey, successfully grabbing the protruding pine tree's trunk, which was as thick as a bowl and surprisingly resilient, withstanding Luo Zheng's force. He tightly clutched the tree trunk, montum unchanged, rotating around once and hugging it, clamping his feet on another side.

"Boom!" The snowmobile crashed fiercely onto the lower cliff, echoing thunderously, emitting flashing red light and rolling black smoke as it plunged down the cliff.

"Whoosh!" Narrowly escaping death, Luo Zheng took a deep breath, feeling secretly startled, realizing the enemy might co anyti. He promptly climbed using both hands and feet up the cliff, ascending through the protruding stones, grabbing sturdy shrubs, covered with snow that reached the top after a while.

Without a mont to catch his breath, Luo Zheng saw a large number of enemies rushing towards the opposite cliff. Quickly, he concealed himself with the surrounding snow, watching coldly. A canyon lay between them; enemies could only pursue by detouring, surveying the surroundings, knowing it would take at least an hour to get around, secretly exhaling in relief.

At this mont, the enemies on the opposite cliff began scattering to encircle from below. Luo Zheng was baffled at first, but quickly realized they didn't know he had survived, delighting secretly. Once the enemies were dispersed, he swiftly got up and charged forward.

Before him were rolling hills, flanked by dense woods along the ridges, running east to west. Following the ridge was ideal, but rembering Lan Xue still awaiting rescue, Luo Zheng hesitated, bit his teeth, and slipped into the dense woods, detouring north, soon vanished from sight.

An hour later, the pursuers arrived at the bottom of the cliff, saw the snowmobile wreckage but no people. This result left everyone's expressions icy like the surrounding snow and ice. Among them, Cas coldly surveyed the snowmobile wreckage, unwilling to accept reality, raising his eyes towards the cliff, seeing only snow and sheer walls with a few shrubs, but no people.

"Can anyone tell where the enemy is?" Cas barked coldly.

Everyone bowed their heads in sha; none knew where Luo Zheng had gone. Cas angrily glared at them, signaled the person carrying the single soldier radio to co over, connected the base camp call, and yelled, "This is Cas. How's the satellite aerial photo? Can you analyze where the enemy went?"

No one replied promptly from headquarters, which further enraged Cas, screaming, "This is Cas! Answer ! I need satellite intelligence support. The enemy leaped off the cliff but left no corpse, not even a drop of blood. Where the hell did that bastard go? I need intelligence."

"Why are you yelling? If yelling solves problems, I'd yell louder than you." Nuoqi's voice sounded.

"General, pardon my urgency." Cas was startled, hurriedly apologizing.

"Your feelings are understandable, but as a commander, you must keep a clear head at all tis, not yell and scream, which disrupts military morale." Nuoqi coldly rebuked, "As for the satellite issue, I already know. The satellite departed your area five minutes ago, requiring another five minutes to return, aning you have no satellite intelligence support for ten minutes."

"What?" Cas was in a dilemma.

"What, can't fight without satellite intelligence? If you can't, get back here, and I'll lead the team myself." Nuoqi scolded displeasedly, "Back in the day, we fought without satellites, and still defeated insolent enemies. Use your brain."

"Yes," Cas, stripped of anger, agreed at once.

"What do you an by 'yes'?" Nuoqi harshly retorted, unwilling to compromise with Cas. Luo Zheng's escape had irked Nuoqi too, yelling, "The enemy is either at the cliff, hiding in a possible cave, heading east, or south. Only three possibilities. You have ample troops to split up and search. Hurry up."

"Yes," Cas replied loudly with a frosty expression, eyes ablaze with anger.
