The old man was the Minister of Defense, naturally aware of many inside stories. He looked at Luo Zheng with suspicion, wanting to speak but hesitating. Luo Zheng keenly sensed sothing was wrong and coldly stared at the other party, shouting, "Speak!" The pistol aid at a hostage, showing every intention of taking action if necessary. Since he was pretending to be a terrorist, he naturally had to act the part. If he got exposed, how could he threaten and intimidate?
"Don't shoot, what do you want?" The Minister of Defense's face changed dramatically, hastily stopping him.
"In ten minutes, soone will notice the anomaly and co to rescue. We need six minutes to retreat, which ans the ti to stay here can't exceed four minutes. But I have a bad temper and am in a hurry. I give you one minute. If I don't receive a satisfactory answer within a minute, this place will turn to ashes. I won't ask my questions twice. You only have one minute to consider." "The person you're looking for isn't in our hands." The Minister of Defense quickly said, his face pale, his eyes fixed on Luo Zheng as if wanting to see through his intentions, but regrettably, Luo Zheng wore a mask and tactical sunglasses, revealing no expression.

As he spoke, he loaded a clip, chambered a bullet, aid at another hostage, and looked coldly at the old man.
As an excellent sniper and gun-playing expert, Luo Zheng already knew there were no bullets in the gun. It was just a bluff to apply pressure on the old man. He played it beautifully, and the old man had no doubt Luo Zheng would pull the trigger. The old man coldly stared at Luo Zheng and said, "I'm telling the truth. Even if you kill us all, it's the sa answer. The person you're looking for was taken by another group—we're also pursuing them."
"Oh? Who are they?" Luo Zheng coldly asked.
"Aren't they your people?" The old man coldly retorted.

"Demon, you can't do this. They are innocent." The Minister of Defense, disconcerted, hastily shouted.

Our people didn't provoke you and yet were captured through the United Nations Police Headquarters. Clever move. Now you talk to about innocence, doesn't it seem ridiculous?" Luo Zheng coldly said, "Ten seconds left."
"You are demons. God won't forgive you." The old man shouted in fury, clutching his wound tightly, his face pale, cold sweat beading on his forehead. He staunchly stared at Luo Zheng and shouted, "Yes, we captured people through the International Police Bureau, but during transport, we were attacked by unidentified forces. Didn't you see how many police officers were killed? The person couldn't possibly still be in our hands—it was the KGB."
"I don't like this answer." Luo Zheng coldly said, as if he was about to take action.
"You can't kill them. They are innocent. Take it out on ." The old man coldly shouted.
"You?" Luo Zheng moved the gun's aim to the old man, disdainfully saying, "Your life is valuable. Yes, indeed, it's a good choice. Then I'll kill you first and then send them on their way."
"Go ahead." The old man was unyielding, closing his eyes, but the gunshot didn't co. He opened his eyes to find Luo Zheng picking up the phone beside him, walking over. The old man asked suspiciously, "What do you intend to do?"
"Call your son Jackson." Luo Zheng coldly said.
The old man hesitated, but seeing Luo Zheng's unfriendly gaze, he reluctantly dialed the number. Luo Zheng snatched it over, listened to the other end, and when a familiar voice ca through, Luo Zheng sneered and said, "Jackson, I have all your family in my hands. Release Lan Bo."
"Who are you?" Jackson's shocked voice ca through the phone.
Luo Zheng removed the suppressor and fired a shot outside, then coldly said, "Wrong answer. I don't know who the next person to die will be."
Jackson on the other end, having no idea what was happening, heard the gunshot and threat, panicked, and hurriedly shouted, "Don't shoot. What do you want? Who are you?"
"Wrong answer. I'm giving you one last chance." Luo Zheng coldly said.
Jackson didn't know Luo Zheng only fired outside to apply pressure, without actually killing anyone, and quickly shouted, "The person you're looking for isn't in my hands. They were captured by the KGB, but we have already surrounded them. We'll launch an attack in ten minutes. Even if we retrieve them, I don't have the authority to release them. The Special Strong Bureau is personally handling this, which you should understand. Killing my family won't help."
"After you succeed, where will the person be detained?" Luo Zheng coldly pursued.
"I don't know the details; I'm from the Strategic Intelligence Bureau, not the Special Service Bureau. I have no right to know this." Jackson quickly explained, fearing Luo Zheng might kill his whole family in anger.
"I'm very displeased with this answer." Luo Zheng said coldly, his words carrying a chilling tone.
"Don't shoot, please don't shoot. That's all I know. I'm not in charge of this matter and have no right to question or interfere. However, I estimate they will be detained in the Dark Prison, though I can't confirm it." Jackson hurriedly explained, his voice in disarray.
Hearing about the Dark Prison, Luo Zheng's face changed drastically. It was a notorious prison, holding terrifying serious offenders—notorious drug lords or terrorists, at least big-ti gang leaders. In Sam Country, there is no death penalty. These serious offenders are imprisoned there for life, never to see freedom again.
Worse, the prison lies deep in the desert. Without adequate equipnt, escape ans death due to the harsh conditions of water, food, and temperature, along with desert wolves and more. Rumor has it a division of troops guards the prison, making escape impossible.
Luo Zheng's face turned icy as he discreetly glanced at Lan Xue. Seeing Lan Xue's gritted teeth and a look of near-explosion made him coldly command, "I don't care what ans you use. You must stop them from being detained in the Dark Prison, or I won't let you off. Tell where you are now."
