Two days later in the morning, a eting room in the Sam Country President's Mansion was filled with high-ranking officials. At the head sat a man in his forties, with a slightly sinister aura on his face. He looked sharply at the eting mbers without speaking, exuding an almost imperceptible, faint sense of nace that made people uneasy. He was the Inner Guard Captain of the Sam Country Special Service Bureau.

On either side of the Inner Guard Captain sat Jackson and the Director of the Security Bureau. The capture of Ghost Hand and others sowhat saved face for Sam Country. Additionally, with Jackson's father being assassinated, the President personally signed the appointnt, promoting Jackson to Deputy Director of the Strategic Intelligence Bureau, responsible for operations.

Elevated to Deputy Director, with significant power and influence, Jackson couldn't bring himself to be happy. No one had attempted a rescue for two days straight, which made many feel uneasy, but the next target of assassination being him brought imnse pressure to Jackson, forming the core issue of this eting.

The Security Bureau was originally responsible for national security matters, but this ti it took a secondary role, which made the Director of the Security Bureau feel embarrassed. Therefore, his enthusiasm for attending the eting was low, observing everything coldly in silence. Sitting below were the Director of the Local Police Departnt and so other departnt heads.

The Inner Guard Captain coldly scrutinized everyone, and seeing no one speak up, he snorted coldly and said, "Fellow colleagues, you are already aware of the contents of this joint eting. If you have any ideas, bring them up; His Excellency the President is waiting for my report."

Everyone stealthily glanced at the Inner Guard Captain and continued to maintain silence, feeling internally disdainful. According to the division of responsibilities, the Inner Guard Captain was supposed to be just responsible for the President's security, not for external affairs. But now everyone had to listen to the Inner Guard Captain, which made everyone uncomfortable. Jackson felt the sa, looking down on the Inner Guard Captain, but thinking of the consequences made him reluctantly attentive, saying seriously, "Captain, there has been no progress for two days, indicating our adversaries are still lurking. Should we leak so information?"

"Do you think they lack information?" The Inner Guard Captain coldly looked at Jackson and asked rhetorically.

"No, with their intelligence capabilities, they surely already know where the people are detained, but this detention point is too difficult for them, nearly impossible to break through, with no chance of rescue. My idea is, can we give them a chance, but essentially make it a trap?" Jackson explained.

"I disagree with this proposal. The reason for detaining these criminals under the White House is firstly, to ensure they are not rescued, and secondly, to test if our defense system is adequate. If we set up a trap elsewhere and the enemy exploits it, who will take responsibility?" the Director of the Security Bureau said nonchalantly.

"So what proposal do you have, to just keep waiting?" Jackson retorted with dissatisfaction.

"Enough, you just need to make suggestions, and I will judge them." Seeing the two were about to quarrel, the Inner Guard Captain interrupted with a displeased tone, stopping their argunt, unaware that his arrogant words fueled more discontent. The Inner Guard Captain continued, "Until we can ensure absolute control over the criminals, we can't rashly set traps; the risk is too great. However, I have an idea, see if it works."

"Go ahead." Everyone politely responded.

"Continue to use a special train to transport the prisoners to the Dark Prison, and leak this information appropriately. We just need to prepare controlling strike forces; they can't get away with the people. As long as they dare to co, we can capture them all at once." The Inner Guard Captain said.

Everyone, upon hearing this, showed disdainful sneers, but verbally agreed, praising the plan. Jackson realized it wouldn't work but couldn't think of another solution, so he said, "The plan is feasible. If they attempt a rescue, we can capture them all at once, provided the deploynt is proper and we can absolutely achieve it. If they don't attempt a rescue, we can simply deliver them to the Dark Prison. Once they are at the Dark Prison, they'll have to find a way there, and they won't cause trouble in this city."

"Exactly, just as I thought. If there's no objection, let's settle on this plan." The Inner Guard Captain, satisfied, looked at Jackson, who coldly agreed, and everyone naturally agreed as well. Unless there was a better plan, there was no need to offend the President's confidant. Furthermore, this plan was not unworkable, leading everyone to agree, which made the Inner Guard Captain smile even more satisfied.

"The task of leaking information will be handed over to the Security Bureau, and the Police Departnt will be on standby. The anti-terrorist forces and military Special Forces will be under your Strategic Intelligence Bureau's control. The prisoners must be moved at precisely one o'clock in the afternoon, giving the enemy no ti to prepare." The Inner Guard Captain, with a surge of confidence and ambition, said, feeling a bit intoxicated by this sense of directing the course of events.

"Yes." Everyone nonchalantly complied.

...

Inside the Embassy, Luo Zheng, Lan Xue, and Hong ihua were packing up to evacuate. An hour ago, the official reply ca, approving the proposal to support the Hook Tribe and requiring everyone to reach the pier within three hours to board a prepared ship heading out to sea, where a nuclear submarine awaited in the Public Sea.

Upon thinking about the national support, Luo Zheng felt imnsely reassured, with a relaxed expression on his face. Not only were fifty colleagues from the National Blade Special Service Bureau coming as reinforcents, but Shadow, Snow Fox, and the Drunkard would be coming too, making it a joint action by the four major squads directly under the Special Intelligence Bureau. Thirty people from the Equipnt Departnt, all technical elites skilled in operating tactical missiles, were also sent along. With these people, Luo Zheng wasn't worried about missile launching issues.

Additionally, two Special Forces teams were arriving as support, led by old comrades Scholar, Farr, Florist, and Monk, with one hundred people in each team, half veterans, half new recruits, with a hint of training in mind. To Luo Zheng's surprise, people from his old unit showed up as well, with Captain Li personally leading a group of a hundred. Thus, they had five hundred elite special forces to mobilize, plus fifty Soldier Kings from the National Blade, making them a formidable force.

All the acquaintances arriving boosted Luo Zheng's confidence imnsely, and he felt deeply grateful to the nation for providing enormous support at the crucial mont. With such strong backing, subsequent matters would be much easier to handle. At this mont, Hong ihua suddenly received a phone call, listened for a while, and then her face changed dramatically as she looked towards Luo Zheng.

Luo Zheng, surprised, looked at Hong ihua, who, after hanging up the phone, said, "I just got reliable information that at one o'clock today a special train will be transporting our brothers to the Dark Prison. However, I believe this is a trap, waiting for us to take the bait. I suggest ignoring it and proceeding according to the original plan since ti doesn't allow for changes. What do you think?"

"Makes sense, want to lure us? No way, we'll take the opportunity to leave." Luo Zheng coldly said.
