Over the vast primordial forest, ard helicopters kept strafing into the dense woods, while occasional rockets were launched from the forest to attack the helicopters flying high, forcing them not to pursue too closely. It looked extrely bizarre, with all twelve helicopters being drawn in by the Florist and Monk's people, not pursuing the others who were quickly retreating further away. This made Luo Zheng quietly breathe a sigh of relief. He noticed the enemy ground troops starting to infiltrate in small groups towards open areas and his face turned cold. He quickly instructed through his earpiece, "Shadow, Drunkard, Snow Fox."

"Here!" The response of the three ca through the earpiece.

"Your n quickly infiltrate the battlefield and attack the enemy ground troops, decide yourselves how to fight, but make sure to hurt them. Make their helicopters turn back to help, giving the Florist and Monk's people a chance to retreat, after which you should quickly withdraw." Luo Zheng earnestly instructed.

"Yes." Shadow, Drunkard, and Snow Fox eagerly agreed, the fifty-strong team each with strong individual combat capabilities, closing in from all directions like hungry wolves. Luo Zheng believed everyone could thoroughly break the enemy ground troops, forcing their helicopters to return, allowing the Florist and Monk's people to escape. Shadow's team's combat strength far exceeded that of the Florist and Monk's people, shaking off pursuit from enemy aircraft was not an issue.

After arranging the retreat, Luo Zheng glanced at Mountain Eagle, who understood and nodded, rushing ahead to lead the team. Luo Zheng looked at Hook with so regret and said, "Initially, I thought the enemy would dispatch more ground troops for a big battle, but they didn't take the bait. It seems the enemy has realized our involvent on the battlefield. The enemy commander is likely very familiar with , so I can only have the forces retreat to the valley, relying on the terrain for a fight with the enemy. I didn't consult you beforehand, do you have any objections?"

"No problem, I said I wouldn't regret entrusting you with command, go ahead and do what you need to. Without your support, the Hook Tribe has no chance of survival, with you, there's still hope. I understand the stakes here, don't worry about ." Hook quickly said, looking sincere.

"Thank you!" Luo Zheng said gratefully, touched by the unselfish trust, patting Hook's shoulder, he solemnly said, "Rest assured, we will surely defeat the enemy. The holand will provide us with maximum support, troops can be parachuted anyti if necessary, victory will undoubtedly be ours."

"That's great, that's enough." Hook flushed with excitent and said.

"Let's move too." Luo Zheng looked at Lan Xue and Captain Li, both nodding in tacit agreent.

Everyone rushed forward and soon disappeared into the woods.

In a military base command center, Jackson coldly watched the broad electronic screen showing scenes of helicopter pursuit, his face gloomy and eyes flickering with anger. The battle report had been submitted to Jackson three minutes ago, indicating the loss of two Pot Lid Head Special Warfare Groups, each mber being a hard-trained elite of the country, the loss being unbearable. This made Jackson, who ca from the Pot Lid Head Special Warfare Group, furious.

Compared to the fallen Pot Lid Head Special Warfare Group, what Jackson couldn't explain to the higher-ups were several bombed ard helicopters, each invaluable, with pilots undergoing relentless training. How could they explain such massive losses to the President? And what's even tricker is the unknown number of enemies?

"Why not use satellite radar for monitoring?" Jackson coldly asked the Major beside him.

"Report, initially considered a small-scale fight, thought it would be resolved quickly, so didn't deploy radar. When you took over command and tried to deploy the radar, it was too late, the enemy used tactics to confuse, changed human shapes, making it difficult for radar to detect enemies lurking in the dense forest. Only when the enemy fled did we know they were hiding over a thousand people." The Major awkwardly explained in a hurry.

"Smugness." Jackson drank in dissatisfaction, coldly glancing at the Major, wishing to slap him, but he restrained himself, after all, they belonged to different departnts, he was just temporarily commanding there, overreacting would hinder command.

The Major hesitated to speak but ultimately held back, his face turning ugly. Jackson, however, was unconcerned; winning this fight would be a rit, losing would be a laughing stock. His face tightened, focusing on the ard helicopters on the electronic screen, continuing, "Seems the enemy used RPGs to cover, attracting our helicopter's attention, more enemies taking the opportunity to retreat. Imdiately give orders for helicopters to abandon nearby foes, quickly pursue further enemies, find their landing point, and deploy a ground troop to chase after. I want a decisive battle with the enemy."

"Yes." The Major hurriedly answered and sent out orders.

Jackson looked at the electronic screen, quietly pondering, vaguely guessing Luo Zheng's retreat plan, a cold smile gradually forming at his mouth as he muttered, "This ti, where can you run? I refuse to believe you won't gather your troops, under imnse force, how can a bunch of natives withstand? Let's see how long you can hold out. Hopefully, you won't disappoint this ti."

"Report." A communications officer ran up and saluted.

"Speak." Jackson commanded while keeping his eyes fixed on the electronic screen.

"Presidential ssage orders a pursuit and decisive battle with the opponent; reinforcents of one regint will be air-dropped at the base in three hours, preparing us accordingly, and thoroughly eliminating terrorists within a week." The communications officer quickly reported.

"A week?" Jackson snorted, capturing it within half a month would be good enough, yet he didn't say this aloud, contemplating hope with reinforcent troops of two to three thousand. After pausing for a mont, he replied, "Wire back, promise to complete the mission."

The communications officer responded and left after saluting. Jackson focused on the electronic screen and smiled, thinking, with reinforcent of a regint, plus two thousand troops at the base's disposal, totaling five thousand well-equipped soldiers, plus the carrier-based fighter jets at sea ready for support, and missiles too, the battle seed promising. With this realization, Jackson's smile turned sinister.

About five minutes later, that Major hurriedly ca by, saluted and quickly reported, "The front line ground troops reported an unidentified enemy attack. They are all lone combat units, hit-and-run with very rapid movents, making it impossible to identify. Our losses are considerable, requesting air support."

"What?" Jackson's expression drastically changed, coldly glaring at the Major and demanding, "Repeat that? The enemy can't withdraw fast enough, how can they attack our troops?"
