Over a dozen wolves rushed toward the shelter, kicking the campfire erratically. The matches were drenched by the rain, and soon, the only light in the dense forest went out, leaving a world full of terrifying howls. If not for the voices in their headsets, confirming that everyone was nearby, they would have been utterly disoriented.

A few wolves climbed onto the shelter and looked up with their cold eyes, howling furiously. So wolves ferociously jumped toward the trees, most falling back down, but a few managed to catch the branches and attempted to jump higher, howling aggressively and terrifyingly.

"Forget it, everyone, don't rush, stay calm. We'll have another chance in the future," Lan Xue comforted.
"Captain, it's bad, the helicopter is taking off," ng Zhu suddenly shouted.
"A helicopter?" Everyone was startled, and then it all beca clear. Luo Zheng's face turned ashen as he said, "Just as I thought. Their attack with the Wild Wolf pack was a cover, and those who just ran were probably those desperate outlaws. It's likely the Wolf King has escaped in the helicopter with his closest associates.
