After thinking for a while, Luo Zheng decided to train in the way Lan Xue did. He found that although Lan Xue's training thod was cruel, he had no choice but to go all out for the sake of their two-year agreent. After the troops went out for training, Luo Zheng also went to the back mountain and found a densely wooded jungle to start his training. With trees everywhere, running quickly was not easy; he needed to constantly dodge, a type of training that could improve judgnt, calculation, and movent technique.

Less than ten minutes had passed when Luo Zheng felt dizzy and unable to keep up with his breathing. A severe pain in his chest due to lack of oxygen forced him to stop and sit down. He quickly recovered using the Breathing Skill. After resting for about half an hour and feeling sowhat better, Luo Zheng, knowing that haste makes waste, switched to practicing military boxing. Two hours later, Luo Zheng was drenched in sweat and felt a sense of exhaustion. Each punch was a struggle. Knowing it was about ti, he found a place to camouflage himself and began training in sniper concealnt.

The moonlight was like water, gently brushing every blade of grass and tree on the earth. The cool evening breeze stirred the leaves, making a rustling sound, and the surroundings beca quiet. Before long, Luo Zheng felt his breathing beco smooth, his stiff muscles slowly relaxed, and he entered a serene state. Every sound in the vicinity beca clear in his mind.

He did not know how much ti had passed when Luo Zheng felt as if his blood had frozen, his body beyond his control. Knowing it was about ti and that continuing could lead to trouble, he slowly began to move his body. After about fifteen minutes, Luo Zheng stashed his camouflage in the bushes, took his rifle, and walked down the mountain. Using the cover of darkness, he quickly returned to the canteen.

The canteen was nestled against the mountain, and Luo Zheng easily climbed through a window. After securing the window and checking the ti, it was already three in the morning. He quickly washed up, then collapsed into bed and used the familial Breathing Skill to rest, soon entering a deep sleep, his breathing growing deep and prolonged.

The next morning, Luo Zheng woke up feeling an endless supply of strength. His finger joints no longer hurt, and the bruises had completely dissipated, as good as new. Knowing this was a result of advancents in his Cultivation Technique, he was overjoyed. Hearing the wake-up call from outside, he quickly got ready and dashed to the kitchen to prepare breakfast.

A week flew by. In that week, Luo Zheng spent the mornings training his physical fitness and speed, the afternoons practicing his movent technique and boxing, and the evenings working on sniper concealnt, training his endurance and willpower. Tired, he would use the Breathing Skill to recuperate. In this desperate training mode, Luo Zheng could feel his strength and speed increasing.

That morning, the Training Team ntioned they were going to practice sniping after breakfast. Curious, Luo Zheng did not go to the back mountain but finished cleaning the canteen and headed to the training field. He saw the instructor explaining the key points of sniping which mostly dealt with eye sniping. Rembering Lan Xue's analysis about Eye Sniping and Heart Sniping, Luo Zheng believed deeply in Lan Xue's words that Eye Sniping is the first step to becoming a sniper and that the highest realm is Heart Sniping. Disinterested in listening further, he disregarded the ongoing discussion.

Just then, Luo Zheng suddenly felt soone watching him. Surprised, he turned his head and saw a familiar face sneering with provocation—it was Song Yang, the old acquaintance responsible for sending him to the border. Anger surged within Luo Zheng at the sight.

"What are you doing here? Shouldn't you be preparing lunch?" The instructor, noticing sothing was amiss by Luo Zheng's expression, angrily questioned.

Luo Zheng gave the instructor a glance, then looked at Song Yang, puzzled. He hadn't seen him before, maybe he was new? Similarly joining the Training Team later, Song Yang also must be connected internally. Why could Song Yang participate while he could not? Luo Zheng keenly sensed sothing fishy but did not point it out. A hint of coldness flashed in his eyes as he turned and left.

The instructor also noticed Luo Zheng's anomaly, glanced at Song Yang, and his expression beca complicated. He wanted to reprimand Luo Zheng, but found no reason to do so. Since Luo Zheng had joined the training camp, he had been punctual in preparing als and did not interfere with or affect everyone's training, leaving them untroubled. It would be too blatant to criticize him further. Suppressing his anger, he dismissed the troops to rest and gestured for Song Yang to co aside.

"Instructor, is there any way to kick that guy out?" Song Yang asked in a low, furious voice.

"Mr. Song, this matter might be challenging. His registration for the training with the military district is official, and letting him leave before the training concludes would be hard to justify to everyone. However, don't worry, I rember the task the old chief assigned. You just arrived today and might not be aware, but I have him cooking every day without teaching him anything. His stay here is a waste of ti; once the ti is up, I'll just dismiss him as unqualified," the instructor explained in a hushed voice.

"That's good, but I have a grudge against him; I won't let him off easily. It's okay to vent so anger, right? Doesn't the Training Team have a death quota?" Song Yang said coldly.

"Uh?" The instructor chilled for a mont.

"Don't worry, instructor, my father said that once this matter is handled, he will bring you to work closely with him. We are well aware of your abilities and loyalty. In the future, significant responsibilities may be entrusted to you," Song Yang whispered.

The instructor's expression changed unpredictably; hesitating and seeing Song Yang's impatient look, he gritted his teeth and said softly, "Just make sure it doesn't get out of hand."

"Understood." Song Yang sneered as he watched Luo Zheng's retreating back, a hint of maliciousness flashing in his eyes.

"Report." The warehouse manager jogged over and saluted the instructor.

"What is it?" The instructor asked sternly.

"Luo Zheng ca over first thing in the morning to request ammunition. Should we give it to him?" the manager asked hurriedly.

"Give what? Aren't bullets managed centrally? What if sothing happens?" Song Yang interjected dissatisfiedly before the instructor could respond.

The manager looked at Song Yang in surprise, unable to understand who this person was that dared to order around in front of the instructor. He noticed that the instructor did not express dissatisfaction, realizing there was sothing unusual about this person. He suppressed his anger, watching the instructor, awaiting orders.

Previously, the instructor wouldn't have interfered with Luo Zheng's training, as withholding ammunition could be used against them if things ca to light, causing trouble if investigated. Now, the situation had changed with Song Yang wanting to target Luo Zheng. If Luo Zheng had ammunition, it could lead to a fatal incident, which would put him in a difficult position.

"Instructor—are you not going to do sothing?" Song Yang said, dissatisfied.
