Three days later at dusk, Sunset Canyon.

A silhouette stood atop a peak on the side of the canyon. His proud face was filled with fierce murderous intent. He carried a Japanese sword, an AK47 rifle, and a military pack on his back, and two belts of ammunition were wrapped around him. His tiger-like eyes were slightly closed, firmly locking onto the slowly moving caravan in the ancient path within the canyon. It was Luo Zheng, who had co from afar.

The caravan consisted of only about twenty people; ten of them carried guns, while the others led pack horses on the road. The goods on the sides of the pack horses were indiscernible. This ancient path was extrely concealed. Luo Zheng had been here once on his first mission and knew that the path was primarily used for drug smuggling. The chances that the cal caravan was made up of drug traffickers were high. As this area was very close to Kuntai's territory, Luo Zheng decided to go down for a closer look.

The mountain was not tall, and Luo Zheng charged down to the ancient path. Standing on the path, his body unmoving, he coldly watched the approaching bend in the path ahead. Frightening sharpness burst forth from his tiger-like eyes. Soon, the caravan turned the corner and saw Luo Zheng, who had suddenly appeared in front of them, causing a start. The horse handlers quickly grabbed the reins and shouted sothing.

Before long, the ard n rushed up, aiming their guns at Luo Zheng, shouting sothing in a babble. Luo Zheng did not understand a word, but he coldly watched the ard militants only five or six ters ahead. His face, now even colder with murderous intent, watched as one of the militants waved his gun, shouting excitedly and about to shoot.

Luo Zheng's eyes hardened, and he suddenly moved, charging forward. Seeing the opponent's shoulder shaking, he knew they were about to fire. His body shifted, narrowly avoiding the spray of bullets. He swiftly pulled out a Tiger Teeth knife from his boot and charged like a fierce tiger. The Tiger Teeth knife plunged lightning-fast into the opponent's neck, and when pulled out, a burst of fresh blood spurted.

Killing was over in the blink of an eye. Luo Zheng's brutal techniques and swift speed shocked the group, and they frantically pulled their triggers. A hail of bullets whistled out, but Luo Zheng, who had just been in front of them, had disappeared. The n stopped shooting in panic and looked around.

A scream rang out as a militant's legs were chopped off, and blood sprayed wildly. His body fell to the ground, rolling in intense pain, emitting a heart-wrenching scream that could break anyone's spirit.

Then, Luo Zheng erged from behind a pack horse, an extra Japanese sword in his hand coated with dripping blood, creating a terrifying spectacle. Luo Zheng still looked at the n coldly, his icy face showing no rcy, the murderous intent in his tiger-like eyes intensified, resembling a ghost erging from hell, truly terrifying.

"Da da da!" An ard person, terrified, pulled the trigger only to find the target's image blur and disappear. The bullets hit a pack horse instead, which let out a piteous scream and ran wildly.

"Thud!" As the blade sank into flesh, a head was chopped off and sent flying, blood spurting wildly from the chest, blossoming into a devastating spray in the void, hauntingly beautiful and bizarre. The headless body stood still, its gun still firing, an image of extre horror.

Boom! The headless body collapsed with a thud, and those around, witnessing the scene, imdiately panicked. They looked everywhere for the assailant but found Luo Zheng behind them, the Japanese blade in his hand dripping with even thicker blood. The tip of the sword touched the ground, blade turned inward, droplets of blood falling, the air thick with the scent of blood and death.

"Da da da!" The remaining few, terrified, started shooting wildly.

Luo Zheng dashed forward in a sudden quick stride, seized a man to shield himself, and his Japanese sword drew a bloody arc, decapitating another ard militant; the head fell to the ground, rolling far away. Luo Zheng's feet never stopped moving, his eyes bloodshot, and the only thought in his head was to kill, to obliterate these people, to avenge Lan Xue.

Filled with hatred, Luo Zheng had no ounce of rcy. He shoved the person he was holding into another, squatting down to dodge the bullets, then surged forward with force, the Japanese sword slashing left and right. In a flash, two ard individuals ca into view, and with a backhanded swipe, he nearly severed the neck of another, a streak of blood spurting out as the body collapsed with a thud.

"Roar!" Luo Zheng let out a breath with a shout, his angry roar resounded as he slid forward, the Japanese sword in his hand continuing its deadly arc, cutting down the remaining few to the ground. When he looked up, those who were driving the horses had already disappeared into the woods. The ancient path was littered with bodies, and more than a dozen pack horses were snorting indifferently while witnessing this grim scene.

"Huh!" Luo Zheng let out a long sigh, feeling a bit less murderous. He coldly glanced at the dead bodies on the ground, collected their ammunition and dry food, and only then did he start to inspect what was on the pack horses.

The goods were packed in boxes. He pried one open with his Japanese sword and found it full of small bags that looked like flour. He picked one up, opened it to sll, and tasted a bit of its contents. The taste was strange—there was a very high possibility it was drugs. Luo Zheng spat out what was in his mouth and looked at the caravan, thinking about the harm so many drugs could cause if they entered the market.

Luo Zheng unloaded all the boxes, opened them, and poured the drugs into the nearby river. In about half an hour, all the drugs were disposed of. He then continued on his way without giving the corpses another look, considering this looting as simply collecting so interest.

The ancient path was thousands of years old, winding and connecting to Kun Sha headquarters—a fact Luo Zheng had learned from prior research. The ground, trodden by thousands of years of horse and human traffic, was now solid. Following the ancient path forward, the setting sun bled crimson, casting its light on the prival forest and on Luo Zheng, stretching out a long, lonely, and solemn shadow behind him.

Minutes after Luo Zheng left, a head equipped with a steel helt and face sared with thick black paint, wearing a camouflage suit, peered out from a hillside not far from the cri scene. The man watched Luo Zheng's retreating figure, with a hint of puzzlent flickering in his stern eyes. Shortly after, another person dressed the sa rushed over and whispered, "Captain, that guy was fierce, acted like he had so deep hatred with the druggists."

"Yes, he looks a bit familiar," said the first man in surprise. "No, we must report this imdiately." Saying so, he dialed a number on a satellite phone.

Soon, the call was answered, and the man spoke softly into the phone, "Squad Leader, we were ordered to ambush an ard drug trafficking group and were about to make our move when this tough guy burst out. Just with a Japanese sword, he killed ten ard n. Very fierce, and he looks sowhat familiar, like our forr Captain Ghost."

"What? Are you sure?" a voice exclaid in surprise over the phone.

"Sure," the man responded promptly.

"It seems Ghost has run into trouble. Take your team and help him, follow Ghost's command unconditionally. He's your forr Captain, you know what to do, right? I'll send reinforcents right away," an urgent voice commanded through the phone.
