The afterglow of the setting sun spilled onto the deck, giving off a sense of tranquility before—but the two bodies on the deck emitted a blood-stench that was terrifying. Luo Zheng and Lan Xue joined forces to confront the security guards, who did not take drastic asures, as if waiting for soone to deal with the situation. Soone had died, the matter was too significant, and no one could bear the responsibility.

Before long, Song Yan arrived in a hurry with a group of bodyguards, looking at Luo Zheng with a cold and vicious gleam in his eyes, he barked loudly, "Ladies and gentlen, please do not panic, do not be disorderly, please leave the deck imdiately and go back inside. Thank you for your cooperation."

Seeing that a fight wasn't going to break out, and having had their fill of excitent, the tourists left the deck. Song Yan gave Luo Zheng a cold stare, straining to suppress his anger until all the people were escorted by the security into the cabins. Then Song Yan's face turned frosty as he snapped, "Kid, you've got guts. Co on, let's talk inside."

Luo Zheng faintly heard the sound of boat engines and turned around in surprise to see several speedboats approaching rapidly in the distance. He was shocked and tried to get a better look, but they were moving too fast to see clearly. At that mont, a muscular bodyguard behind Song Yan said impatiently, "Let's go, our boss is inviting you in."

"Just go because you said so?" Luo Zheng scoffed disdainfully, his eyes catching the sight of the speedboats drawing nearer. Why were the security guards turning a blind eye to the speedboats?

While pondering this, Song Yan said, "We have to resolve this issue soti. We can't possibly resolve it here, right? Co on, let's go inside and talk. If you're worried about anything, head to the casino, there are more people there."

Luo Zheng thought it made sense and looked at Lan Xue, who subtly nodded. Luo Zheng then said, "Lead the way."

Song Yan didn't waste words. He commanded the security to disperse except for a few who remained to clean up the scene and calm the tourists, as he led his bodyguards toward the casino. Luo Zheng and Lan Xue exchanged glances and followed without hesitation. Things had co to a point of no return; it was ti to lay it all out.

Arriving at the casino, Luo Zheng saw that the tourists had stopped gambling and were curiously gathering around but were blocked by the security and Song Yan's bodyguards. At this mont, a wealthy young man approached, greedily ogling Lan Xue and shouted, "Kid, you've taken off with my woman. How are we going to settle this account?"

Luo Zheng could sll the sche at play. He glanced at Lan Xue, whose face was ashen with anger. Luo Zheng was also enraged—how could he as a man tolerate his woman being bullied? He retorted coldly, "Kid, if you've got any tricks up your sleeve, just use them. I want to see what you're capable of."

"Who's playing tricks?" The wealthy young man imdiately grew agitated, "You took off with my woman and you're accusing of playing tricks? Let everyone judge. Look at —I'm more handso than him, in terms of status, I am a descendent of the Song family from Huaxia Country, in terms of wealth, this ship belongs to , in terms of feelings, she and I grew up together, and furthermore, we are already engaged. It was he, this bastard, who lured my woman away with sweet talk. What do you think I should do?"

Lan Xue was so angry her face turned ice cold, as if she were looking at an eternal slab of ice that could never lt. She glared at the young man as though he were already a corpse. Clenching her teeth, she would have struck out if not for her awareness of the conspiracy at play.

What was originally an assassination had now turned into a third-party love dispute. The surrounding tourists weren't fools, and naturally wouldn't take sides without knowing the full story. Besides, this matter had nothing to do with them; there was no need to court trouble. After all, the image of Lan Xue shooting two people was still fresh in everyone's mind. They knew there was more to the situation, so they all remained silent, treating it as a joke. The smarter ones hid away.

While everyone could stay quiet, Luo Zheng could not. As a man, he absolutely wouldn't allow others to insult his woman. Luo Zheng instantly beca furious. Even though he knew there was a conspiracy at play, he couldn't control his emotions. His eyes, when he looked at the rich playboy, were filled with murderous intent, and his grip on his gun tightened even more.

The rich playboy saw the murderous intent in Luo Zheng's eyes and was terrified, his courage slipping away. Seeing many people around watching the scene with great interest and feeling his face was lost, he beca furious with embarrassnt and bellowed, "Kid, you'd better give an explanation for this, or you won't get off easy."

Luo Zheng didn't understand why the rich playboy was taking such an aggressive stance. Was he trying to force Luo Zheng into action? If Lola Zheng killed the playboy, he'd be labeled as soone who takes another man's woman and murders innocents. Even if he could clear his na, he probably wouldn't be able to stay in the military. Once he left the military, he would face the Song family's relentless pursuit.

This realization sent a chill through Luo Zheng, and suddenly, he understood. This was not just a conspiracy but a plot to doom him to death, a terribly malicious plan. To exchange his life for the death of the rich playboy? It was truly the Song family's doing—they were capable of anything, even sacrificing their own kin.

"If that's the case, then I'll oblige you," Luo Zheng was enraged and about to take action when he suddenly heard a crashing sound. The huge cruise ship shook slightly, and then, through the window, Luo Zheng saw many grappling hooks flying over, latching firmly onto the deck.

"What's happening?" Luo Zheng was shocked. He looked at Lan Xue, who had also noticed sothing amiss, and she shouted, "Damn it, soone's robbing the cruise ship, quick, everyone, hide!" The cruise ship was only so big; there was no real place to hide. Lan Xue's warning was ant to create chaos, to seize the chance to escape.

Then, a group of ard militants wielding guns suddenly stord the entrance of the casino, howling strangely, pointing all their guns inside and screaming, "Nobody move, this is a robbery!"

"Could it be those suspicious individuals who were already hidden on the cruise ship? Are they colluding from the inside and out?" Luo Zheng saw this scene and imdiately realized there was sothing wrong with Song Yan, and even the cruise ship's security had issues. Otherwise, how could these people have approached so easily, climbed aboard so effortlessly? But now was clearly not the ti to ponder this, as a large number of ard militants had stord in. He exchanged a covert glance with Lan Xue, and they both quickly lted into the crowd.

The sudden turn of events had everyone on the ship stunned, and they scrambled to hide, but there was only so much space on a ship. So security guards, upon seeing the gunn, were paralyzed with fear, all bluster and no courage to approach. An ard militant shot a burst near the feet of a guard, and they all backed off.

Luo Zheng noticed that there were as many as forty or fifty militants at the doorway, not including more militants climbing onto the deck, all ard and wearing balaclavas, revealing only their eyes, mouth, and nose. They were orderly and silent, handling the situation with professionalism. The divisions of responsibility were clear. He grew even more suspicious and covertly took out his phone to send a distress signal to headquarters. So many ard personnel wasn't a joke, only to discover that his phone had no signal at all, which alard him even more.
