Opportunities like this are rare and won't co again, so Luo Zheng decided to take a swift action. In his earpiece, he heard the caution from Hong ihua: "Stay calm, don't act rashly. "Thanks." Luo Zheng said gratefully, calming himself down as he saw Zhou Gang approaching. Liu Xun, Zhang Bin, Wu Yuan, and ng Zhu also gathered around from different directions with ashad looks on their faces. Apparently, another person had also escaped. Luo Zheng consoled them, "Don't be disheartened. Flushing them out was already not easy. You guys stay here to protect the people in the car in case others make a sudden move."
The assassin hadn't shown up yet, so Luo Zheng dared not be careless in the slightest, as Zhou Gang and others responded and ran towards the car. Luo Zheng chased in the direction where Charlie fled. After about five minutes, Lan Xing's voice was heard again in the earpiece; the target drove into the underground garage of an adjacent building.
Guided by Lan Xing, Luo Zheng arrived at the entrance of the underground garage. He glanced at the exit beside it, got off, and drew his gun, calmly waiting. The underground garage had only two exits. No matter where they ca from, they'd have to pass by his location. As long as he guarded it, Charlie couldn't escape. He called out through the earpiece, "Ghost Hand, Snow Leopard, report your locations."
"Chasing another bastard, middle section of People Street," Ghost Hand shouted.
"Opposite direction to you," Lan Xing's voice rang in the earpiece.
"Be careful, how are Mrs. Liu and the others?" Luo Zheng continued to ask, his face calm as he watched the underground garage, a chilling killing intent emanating.
"Police have been dispatched to assist, and there are officers coming to support your side too," Lan Xing quickly said.
Luo Zheng worriedly glanced at the building, but was too few in number and could only guard one position. Since Charlie couldn't exit through the underground garage, he'd likely head upstairs. What to do? While pondering, suddenly, Lan Xing's anxious voice ca over the earpiece: "Not good, Charlie's leaving from the rooftop using a powered paraglider. That bastard ca prepared."
"Powered paraglider?" Luo Zheng was stunned, then his face changed drastically. He mounted the motorcycle, shouting through the earpiece, "Which direction did he go? Guide at once."
The motorcyclist rushed onto the main road, only to find it jamd with stopped vehicles. He then realized that in an effort to block Charlie, Lan Xing had changed all the traffic lights to red, causing the roads to be blocked by vehicles, an unintended consequence that backfired. Luo Zheng's face turned livid with anger, and he throttled the motorcycle to the max, dashing quickly under Lan Xing's guidance.
"The satellite has locked onto Charlie. Should we deploy a helicopter?" Lan Xing asked.
"Too late, a helicopter would take at least five minutes to arrive. Five minutes is more than enough for Charlie to slip away. Keep a close watch on him. Also, Ghost Hand, inform everyone involved to co out and chase," Luo Zheng shouted loudly.
"Understood," Lan Xing and Ghost Hand's voices responded in the earpiece.
"Should we have the police go over too?" Lan Xing continued to ask.
"Hong ihua, what's your take?" Luo Zheng didn't imdiately answer Lan Xing's question but asked Hong ihua through the earpiece. Charlie, having a planned escape, must have arranged backup to cover himself. Redirecting all forces over might not be appropriate, making Luo Zheng exercise caution.
"Charlie surely has a backup plan, but I can't see through it for now. The opportunity is rare. If it were , I would hold tightly onto Charlie, forcing him to retract his n for self-protection, rendering his backup ineffective," Hong ihua said.
"Focus on one point and disregard the rest?" Luo Zheng shouted loudly, maneuvering the motorcycle quickly forward. After Hong ihua agreed, Luo Zheng beca cautious. Charlie often acted unpredictably, and it's impossible he hadn't considered a full-force pursuit. With this in mind, he quickly shouted through the earpiece, "Is Mrs. Liu being taken to the hospital?"
"Yes," Lan Xing quickly confird.
"Have all police withdraw and secure the hospital. Shi Feng, take your n and guard the Liuyuan Group building. Notify Niu Gang to secretly infiltrate the Liuyuan Building for joint defense. Xue Er, go to the building and make your presence known, letting the enemy believe Liu Qingqing is at the Liuyuan Building. Hong ihua, keep the villa security lax on the inside, tight on the outside, making it seem like there are no targets left for them inside. I'll dispatch people nearby to support you." Luo Zheng swiftly shouted.

"The park isn't large, one side is the old town, with complex terrain, getting in makes finding anyone nearly impossible. The other side is a fast track, very close to the highway, need support?" Lan Xing quickly responded.
