At dusk, a large group of people suddenly appeared at the entrance of the Sam Country Embassy. So were holding banners with words like "Return My Innocence." A woman with a sorrowful expression, wearing a baseball cap and sunglasses, covering most of her face as if afraid of being recognized, was holding a sign that read "Return My Innocence, Demand an Explanation" or similar.
The sudden appearance of the crowd attracted many onlookers. So shouted phrases like "Co Out," banging on the embassy's big iron gate. Ard guards rushed out but were deterred by the sight of nearly a hundred angry people, choosing to stand their ground behind the gate.
Soon, several vehicles rushed over, and people jumped off carrying caras and microphones — clearly journalists attracted by the commotion. These people eagerly squeezed into the crowd, but the crowd, intentionally or unintentionally, blocked them from getting to the front.
Unable to do more, the journalists began reporting from the spot, aiming to capture first-hand information. At this ti, soone picked up a brick from the ground and threw it into the embassy, unsure who did it. It struck a guard, causing him to cry out as blood stread from his head. More critically, the nervous guard had his finger on the trigger, and upon being hit, instinctively pulled it, firing at the crowd beyond the iron gate, hitting soone.
The group erupted, shaking the gate, with so climbing it unafraid of the guards inside. More people picked up bricks to throw, inciting chaos while chanting slogans for destruction.
Amid the chaos, soone quietly took out a large wrench, quickly ran up, and cut the chain on the iron gate. The chain was yanked away, the gate pulled open, causing the guards inside to fire into the air, retreating hastily, and scattering to both sides.
Once inside the embassy, the group split into three directions: one stord the office area, another charged left, and the other went right, moving swiftly. The police swiftly arrived, cordoned off the embassy, and set up a barricade to keep the journalists out.
The journalists stomped their feet in frustration, making calls to pull strings, but the police remained unprecedentedly stone-faced and refused entry, treating all TV stations equally. More police arrived to help, sealing off the area, and observant folks noticed special police among them, fully ard.
After so ti, faint gunshots were heard from behind the embassy, prompting everyone to stand on tiptoe and look inside, trying to see what was happening. Before long, policen and journalists outside saw a large group of people chasing a few others out. Soone shouted, "Found him, it's that suit-wearing bastard, catch him."
More people closed in. The few running out looked calm, not panic-stricken. On reaching the gate and seeing the policen and journalists, one shouted, "Police, they're terrorists, help."
The leading officer glanced coldly at them, checked his phone against the photos, and suddenly his expression changed, shouting, "Hands up, squat down."
Seeing their leader act, the other officers quickly understood, pulled out their guns from behind, and aid. This turn of events shocked the surrounding journalists, questioning why regular police were ard, feeling sothing wasn't simple, becoming excited.
At this point, the faces of those who rushed out changed; leading them was Charlie. Realizing sothing was wrong, going back wasn't an option. With nearly a hundred prepared thugs chasing them, so skilled fighters among them, Charlie quickly gestured to his companions to scatter and flee.
Charlie found a direction and sprinted away wildly, the police opening fire. Charlie rolled to dodge the bullets, performing consecutive quick rolls, and, like a leopard, leapt forward, directly knocking away three officers, forcibly clearing a path.
The police feared hitting innocents and didn't shoot. Charlie took advantage to sprint out; Little Dao's thugs had rushed into the embassy. Outside, the onlookers, being civilians, scattered in fear when shots were fired, and the journalists dispersed as well, allowing Charlie to run far away.
Before the police could react, Charlie had already reached the road, stopped a car, dragged the driver out, got in, and drove off at high speed. This sudden incident caught Charlie off guard, forcing him to hide for now.
anwhile, several of Charlie's companions were cornered by the thugs with nowhere to run. With the special police closing in, they chose to surrender, squatting on the ground with their heads in their hands. The special police, having received orders, ignored the thugs, fueling their frenzy as they rushed outside, calling for vehicles to chase Charlie.
Almost simultaneously, Ghost Hand, mingling with the crowd, led people to the backyard, broke into a room, catching a fat man red-handed. Seeing the man busy at his computer, looking panicked, Ghost Hand rushed forward, raised a gun, and shot him down onto the desk.
Ghost Hand pushed the man aside and quickly checked the computer, seeing a file shredding program running. Unsure how to stop it, Ghost Hand simply pulled the plug and removed the battery, hard shutting down the computer, and shouted to Little Dao, who had rushed in, "Quickly, take all the computers away."
"Got it," Little Dao replied excitedly. This operation showed Little Dao a chance, a chance to get close to the governnt. As long as he stuck to the big tree Ghost Hand, his past cris might be pardoned as long as he didn't make mistakes in the future, elevating his status in the underworld.
The three laptops were packed up, and Ghost Hand imdiately took off his clothes to wrap the laptops, holding them in his arms. While carefully observing the surroundings for any clues, he said to Little Dao, "Quick, notify your people to retreat imdiately, and also take that woman away quickly; she must not fall into the embassy's hands."
"Understood," Little Dao quickly agreed, pulling out his phone.
Seeing no other clues in the room, Ghost Hand signaled Little Dao to rush out of the room quickly and head outside, shouting through his earpiece, "Find a way to cover my retreat; we got the three laptops. They should have what we need."
"Understood, use the back door," Lan Xing's voice sounded in the earpiece.
Ghost Hand knowingly changed direction, leading Little Dao and the few thugs following him to rush towards the back door, holding the three laptops tightly in his arms, his gaze firm and his steps swift.
