As dusk settled, the bustling streets of Beijing were bathed in neon lights, exuding an air of serenity. The traffic lights were no longer under control, and the roads returned to normal. Everyone went about their business, occasionally inquiring about the latest updates on the capture from familiar faces. Such spectacles were rare in peaceful tis, and no one noticed a convoy slowly making its way into a hotel, parking in the lot.
In the car, Luo Zheng didn't order everyone to standby but waited for the final confirmation from Lan Xing. Over ten minutes passed, and still, there was no clue about Charlie. Acting rashly would expose their whereabouts. Beside him, Hong ihua voiced her concern, "Could Charlie have an accomplice? If so, he just needs to hide in a car without showing himself to avoid being captured by surveillance, which would make him harder to find."
Luo Zheng shared the sa worry, but this was the last lead, and they had to try. After waiting awhile longer, Lan Xing regrettably inford Luo Zheng that there were no suspicious targets in the surveillance footage, and Charlie might have been extracted through the hotel's underground parking.

Lan Xue managed external affairs, leaving everyone outside anxious but reassured seeing Lan Xue's calm deanor despite glancing at her nervously, worried Luo Zheng might fall into despair.
Hong ihua feared Luo Zheng would beco depressed after such a large operation with so many police officers sacrificed and only capturing one person, even she couldn't help feeling disheartened. When Lan Xue had a mont, Hong ihua pulled her aside and whispered, "Is he going to be okay? A lot of people are waiting for his command."
"Don't worry, he's unbreakable. He's likely strategizing, not evading. He needs ti to learn from this and figure out how to deal with Charlie. We shouldn't disturb him," Lan Xue said confidently, having an inexplicable faith in Luo Zheng.
"That's good, I thought he might get as down as I used to," Hong ihua sighed with relief.
"How about yourself?" Lan Xue asked concernedly.
"To be honest, I was just observing before, but now it's different. He managed to corner Charlie to this extent, and I have confidence in him." Hong ihua admitted frankly.

The two walked towards Luo Zheng, and everyone sat on the living room sofa. Lan Xue made tea for everyone. Hong ihua looked at Luo Zheng without asking much, her eyes probing. Luo Zheng lounged casually on the sofa, exhaled comfortably, and said, "What's the current situation?"
"Lan Xing is still pursuing Charlie's whereabouts. security at the International Airport has been heightened and investigating, National Security is responsible, other than hidden and open posts, our brothers are resting on standby at the villa. I've reported to the relevant departnts, so don't worry," Lan Xue said softly.
"How are the mother and daughter doing?" Luo Zheng asked.
"I checked in on them; they're relatively stable. "What's going on?" Lan Xue asked with surprise, looking at Luo Zheng.
"I don't know, just feeling uneasy like sothing's about to happen," Luo Zheng whispered.
"Then it ans danger is coming. Should we warn everyone to be careful?" Lan Xue knew of Luo Zheng's extraordinary battlefield intuition and quickly asked, focusing her attention and sensing the surrounding air. With a woman's intuition, she too seed to feel a looming danger, her expression turned icy, her gaze clear and cold.
