Willow Crawford couldn’t believe Morgan Ashworth would have soone secretly take photos—he wasn’t that kind of person!

"Is what he said true or false? Is he one of your people?" Willow asked Morgan.

Morgan glanced at the man taking photos, then coolly lifted his thin lips, "He is my man."

He admitted it.

This was his man.

It was him who had soone secretly take photos.

So everything that happened tonight was part of his plan; he personally enacted a seduction strategy, and while she was caught off guard, had soone secretly photograph her.

The veil he put on her was fake.

The tender, lingering kiss was also fake.

Earlier, she had a delusion, thinking he might still like her.

Turns out, everything was fake!

"What do you want, what is your aim?" Willow’s face quickly lost its color, becoming pale.

This man, who had just been passionately affectionate with her, suddenly beca a stranger, making her feel frightened.

Morgan showed no emotional fluctuation, "Willow, Prince Rosen is already dead, right?"

Willow’s heart skipped a beat; he already guessed?

"Willow, Prince Rosen is already dead, there’s no need for you to guard this royal family for him anymore. I just want to reclaim everything that originally belongs to , including you."

Willow stepped back a little; everything he did was rely to fulfill his ambition, she was just a pawn, a pawn used by The rfolk Kingdom to get revenge.

All the admiration and infatuation in her heart just beca the biggest joke; turns out he had long moved on while she stood still.

Willow walked over, grabbed the cara, and slamd it hard on the ground.

Willow took a deep breath, eyes red as she looked at Morgan, "Now I understand that the past Miles Linden and Willow Crawford are dead. You and I walk different paths, cannot conspire together. This is the royal family. I am the first consort. If Young Master Ashworth wants to commit so wrongdoing, then we will be like this cara; we must fight to the death!"

Having said that, Willow left with a flick of her sleeve.

Morgan stood in place, looking at the shattered cara, from this mont on, he and Willow had officially severed ties.

"Young Master..." the man taking photos approached.

Morgan imdiately sent a murderous gaze over, cold and chilling.

If looks could kill, this man would have died a thousand tis.

"You... Young Master, I lied earlier, it wasn’t you who sent to secretly take photos; it was the elders who sent and instructed to say so."

Morgan’s face was full of gloom and aggression; this person was not his arrangent. If he wanted to use such ans, he would have done so five years ago.

This person was sent by the elders.

Morgan narrowed his handso eyes, covering the aggression in his eyes, "I don’t like others interfering in my affairs; this cannot happen again!"

"Yes, Young Master, but the elders have a ssage for you."

"Speak."

"The elders said that you were once deeply in love with Willow Crawford but almost died at her hands; she doesn’t love you at all. You must not repeat the mistake and die a second ti because of this woman!"

Morgan’s fingers curled suddenly into a fist; these words hit his sore spot.

The betrayal from Willow five years ago was like a nail in his throat; it still hurt deeply.

"I understand." Morgan coldly spat out four words.

"Young Master, is Prince Rosen already dead?"

Morgan, "Dead or not, we’ll know soon."

"If Prince Rosen is dead, the elders want you to speed up the process; don’t waste ti on Willow Crawford anymore. The elders’ intention hasn’t changed; though Willow was soone you liked in your youth, when the ti cos, you can make her serve you. However, your main consort has been chosen for you; titles and children must be given to your main consort."

Morgan did not speak; his eyes were as deep as two abysses, and no one knew what he was thinking.

"Young Master, the elders said you don’t have much ti left. The Heartbreak Grass is an extre poison; these five years have barely sustained your life, but the poison hasn’t been cured. It can resurface at any ti. The elders want you to wrap this up quickly and return to marry your main consort, to ensure the bloodline of The rfolk Clan."

Morgan’s handso face was hidden in the dim light, increasingly hard to make out, while the distant dark curtain added to his profound and mysterious deanor... and chilling coldness.

...

Morgan returned to the party hall; Princess Rosalind quickly ran over, "Mr. Linden, where did you go? You were gone for so long."

"Went out for so air. Princess Rosalind, why hasn’t your brother, Prince Rosen, made an appearance?" Morgan asked nonchalantly.

Earl Roy imdiately shouted loudly in agreent, "Indeed, why hasn’t Prince Rosen appeared? He’s been claiming illness and not going out for five years, leading to rumors outside saying... saying the Prince has already passed away!"

Earl Roy’s exclamation quickly drew everyone’s attention and got people talking,

"Yes, why hasn’t the Prince appeared? Even if he’s seriously ill, he should still make an appearance, right?"

"Could it be that the Prince really... kicked the bucket?"

Rosalind knew her brother was already dead; her complexion changed drastically, wanting to explain, when soone shouted, "Prince Rosen is appearing!"

Prince Rosen appeared!

Morgan lightly lifted his handso eyelids and saw Willow Crawford stepping out, having shed the earlier dazed infatuation she had in his embrace, restored to her unattainable grace and coolness. She was in a long gown, pushing a wheelchair, with Prince Rosen seated on it.

Prince Rosen sat in the wheelchair, face pallid with illness, still lightly coughing a few tis.

"Brother!" Rosalind imdiately ran over.

Prince Rosen patted Rosalind’s hand and then looked toward Morgan.

The two n locked eyes.

"Brother, let introduce you; this is Mr. Linden." Rosalind enthusiastically introduced.

Prince Rosen looked at Morgan, gently hooked his lips, "Mr. Linden, hello, it’s been years since we last t."

Morgan’s face showed no change in emotion, forming a faint arc, "Indeed, we have not t for many years."

At this mont, Prince Rosen lowered his head and started coughing again.

"Rosen, are you cold? Add a layer of clothing." Willow thoughtfully draped a coat over Prince Rosen’s shoulders.

Prince Rosen held Willow’s small hand, raised his fingers, and tucked a strand of Willow’s hair behind her ear.

Prince and princess, remarkably pleasing to the eye.

The appearance of Prince Rosen completely dispelled the earlier rumors; everyone praised, "The Prince and the Queen Consort are truly in love."

At this mont, Prince Rosen stood up from the wheelchair and extended his hand to Willow, "Willow, may I have this dance with you?"
