Olivia is really pregnant.
Ethan Barnes has many won, but none have been pregnant until now, and Olivia is the first.

That evening, Ethan Barnes returned, but did not co to her room imdiately. Celeste stood by the door, looking downstairs. She saw the butler whispering into his ear, likely reporting Olivia’s pregnancy. Ethan’s lips pressed into a thin line, showing no signs of joy, his expression completely indifferent.
Soon, Ethan gave a few instructions in a deep voice and then ca upstairs.
When Ethan walked in, Celeste was sitting on the carpet. He reached out to take off his coat, "Still painting?"
"Yeah." Celeste replied.
Ethan sat down, holding her and attempting to kiss her.
Celeste resisted, imdiately turning her head away.
Ethan’s movents paused, his sharp eyes narrowing slightly, "What’s wrong, did soone offend you?"
Celeste shook her head, "No, I’m working tonight. Did you go through the selection process today? You should be with another woman tonight, right?"
"No selection, I’m spending the night here with you, Celeste, are you happy?"
"Not happy, King Hayden, let remind you, don’t favor exclusively, you should spread it out evenly."

Ethan let out a low chuckle, "I see now, it’s not soone else who offended you, it’s , right?"
"No." Celeste denied.
"Celeste, I really don’t know how I offended you. If you tell , I can correct it or avoid it." Ethan coaxed patiently.
He was really gentle now, like he was pleasing a girl he genuinely liked, giving the illusion of deep affection.
But as soon as Celeste thought of Olivia, she was keenly aware that he had many won, and not only did he sleep with them, but he also made them pregnant.
That’s truly disgusting.
It’s not the first ti Celeste knew he had other won, but she’d never minded before. Now, she minded very much, maybe... just because it was the most direct experience she’d ever had here.
"Why aren’t you speaking?" Ethan pinched her delicate chin, forcing her to et his gaze.
"I really haven’t, King Hayden, you have so many won but you run to as soon as you return, and you don’t go through the selection process at night. This easily puts in the lilight, so it’s better if you spread your affections."
Ethan scrutinized the truth in her words, then lowered his head to gently kiss her red lips, "Isn’t this better? Out of all the water, I only drink from one ladle. With here, no one dares to touch you."

Celeste looked at him, joking, "Then why not dissolve the harem for , King Hayden? It would make quite a story, wouldn’t it?"
Ethan didn’t respond, and the atmosphere between them plunged, oppressive and silent.
Celeste was the first to break the silence, "I was joking, King Hayden, I know my place, don’t take it seriously."
With that, Celeste pushed Ethan away and continued painting.
Ethan glanced at her, then got up and walked into the bathroom.
The sound of running water ca from inside as he showered, and at that mont Celeste heard a commotion downstairs. She didn’t want to ddle, but it seed she heard Olivia’s voice.
"King Hayden! King Hayden!"
Olivia was shouting Ethan’s na repeatedly.
Celeste put down her paintbrush and stood up, walking to the balcony. She saw the brightly lit scene below, a group of n in black grabbing Olivia, completely ignoring her pregnant state, forcing her into a black van.
Although Celeste didn’t know where they were taking Olivia, from the brutality of it, it certainly wouldn’t end well.
Olivia’s face was pale, tears in her eyes, using all her strength to cling to the van’s fra, unwilling to get in, "King Hayden! King Hayden! I beg of you, please let go. I’m carrying your child!"
"King Hayden, even a tiger won’t eat its cubs. You can take my life, but please spare this child. I ask for nothing, just to give this child a fighting chance!"
Celeste furrowed her elegant brows, Flora Thatcher had perford a similar act recently, but Flora had no love for the child, only cold calculation and exploitation.
But Olivia was different, she truly loved her child, she looked just like a good mother.
Celeste’s hands and feet were ice cold, devoid of any warmth.
At that mont, a coat was draped over her shoulders, and Ethan’s voice ca from above, "The wind is strong here, let’s go inside."
Ethan had co out after his shower.
Celeste turned to look at Ethan, "What do you plan to do with Olivia and her child?"
Ethan casually curled his lips, as if talking about the weather, "I don’t like anyone dragging into trouble or causing problems, so I can only have them... beaten to death."
Beaten to death?
Such cruelty?
"But, Olivia is carrying your child..."
"You forget, I’ve had a vasectomy."
"A vasectomy doesn’t guarantee 100% prevention. What if Olivia really is carrying your child..."

Celeste felt cold inside, yes, she’d forgotten, his most beloved girl, Carlotta, once said that only she could bear his children, no one else could.
In front of Carlotta, before the absolute first love and untouchable muse, they were all just ants.
Celeste wasn’t overflowing with sympathy, she was just scared, because she could almost see her own future. When Ethan’s interest in her waned, she would die of old age in this decadent palace.
