Though Hayden Crawford had slept with Anabelle, surely he wouldn’t have gotten her pregnant.

Serena carried the bowl upstairs and pushed open the door to Anabelle’s room.
Upon entering, Serena heard vomiting sounds coming from the bathroom.
"Your Highness, in the early stages of pregnancy, there’s often nausea. Please endure a bit longer. The kitchen has prepared various dishes for you; please eat a little later. Your body is incredibly precious now, you can’t be careless." a maid said.
Serena walked over and indeed saw Anabelle, who was hugging the toilet and vomiting.
Serena, also pregnant and experiencing nausea, instantly recognized that Anabelle was genuinely pregnant!

At that mont, Anabelle managed to stop vomiting. She rinsed her mouth and stepped out, her steps halted abruptly as she imdiately recognized Serena.

Speaking, Anabelle placed her hand on her still-flat belly and provocatively said, "Serena Sterling, I have a piece of good news to share with you: I’m pregnant! I’m carrying Hayden’s baby!"
Anabelle was indeed pregnant.
This child belonged to Hayden Crawford.
So Anabelle had been waiting for her, ready for confrontation.
