Chapter 1041: Overwhelming Nathan
With Flora and Sera stabilizing the battlefield, Nathan could finally focus on Iskar.
Besides, Nathan could feel a surge of strength coming into his body. This feeling was different from the Synchronization.
‘I see. Sera can even do this now?’ Nathan smiled.
“Why are you grinning? You can’t defeat without help! Die!” Iskar was frustrated. The fact that these two could co to the battlefield alone must an the situation inside the base was under their control.
In other words, all the executives might have been defeated. If they didn’t do anything, they might lose this ti.
Iskar knew he should defeat Nathan quickly and break free from this place. As long as he could stop the enemy this ti, his master would definitely reward him well.
Iskar unleashed a massive tornado from his palm. All the trees that were brushed by this tornado withered in an instant.
Nathan pointed his palm toward Iskar as well. He used the Acceleration Magic and Ti Seal at the sa ti.
The Acceleration magic helped him produce the bullets faster. He didn’t split the bullets this ti.
Then, the Ti Seal gathered them in one go, increasing its strength. Once ten bullets were gathered, he released the Ti Seal.
Qilin activated his hexagram to harmonize the bullets so that Nathan could easily turn them into a single bullet while applying the power of Heaven into that bullet.
“Go!” Nathan shot out a powerful beam, making the tornado Iskar ford look small.
The tornado and the beam clashed for a second, but the beam overpowered the tornado and continued toward Iskar.
“!!!” Iskar widened his eyes. This level of attack wasn’t supposed to be possible. Even he, an arcane level summoner, couldn’t unleash an attack this powerful.
In their organization, only Wals, Sharknell, and his master were capable of achieving such a feat. After all, he was only a grandmaster level summoner until recently.
Iskar gritted his teeth and threw himself to the side. However, the beam was so huge that it completely reduced everything in its path to ashes.
Iskar looked at what had happened in horror. If that attack had hit him, he probably would have died.
But since Nathan had failed, Iskar hurriedly got up and used himself as the catalyst. He ford multiple dark hands that extended toward Nathan from all directions.
Instead of clashing with these hands, Nathan actually chose to go forward as if he wanted to challenge Iskar in close combat.
Anubis ca to his side and used his power to purify one hand in his path, allowing him to get closer without any harm.
Iskar waved his hand, controlling the hands to turn back and catch Nathan. Nathan leaped to the side as though he were avoiding the hands, but it turned out he was simply moving away from his bullets’ trajectory.
There was actually a huge bullet that split into 256 bullets behind him. Once it was revealed, all those bullets flew straight toward Iskar. The latter had no choice but to turn the hands into a wall and block the bullets.
However, Nathan took that opportunity to close the gap between them.
Dragon Fist.
Nathan launched the Dragon Fist with his discharge technique. Iskar, not running away anymore, struck the dragon with his scepter. The scepter unleashed a black energy that turned the dragon black and dispersed the energy that ford it.
Behind the dragon was Nathan, who had finally reached his position.
Iskar thought about using his scepter again. Even Nathan wouldn’t escape unscathed if he touched his scepter, which had been imbued with his curse. So, there was no way Nathan dared to do it.
But since Nathan didn’t back down even for a single mont, he wanted to test whether Nathan would be alright or not.
To his surprise, right before their clash, a bandage appeared on his chest, wrapping Nathan and pulling him back. His montum stopped, allowing Nathan to avoid the scepter.
Then, Nathan pointed his palm at him, summoning one more bullet and splitting it into 16. He spread it first and sent it to Iskar.
“!!!” Iskar had a hard ti stopping the scepter. He also needed to block right away, but this was the ti Nathan used the Deceleration magic.
“This annoying magic.” Iskar gritted his teeth. He used a bit of his ena to resist the magic and moved to the side while creating a shield made of curse. Instead of blocking all the bullets, he only destroyed so to create an escape path.
Iskar then waved his hand to unleash another attack to stop Nathan, but the latter had prepared sothing else.
“Ti Object. Release.”
“!!!” Iskar suddenly saw more bullets flying into the sky and curving down. So didn’t look like they were flying toward him, but the position was only off by a few ters.
Still, a lot of bullets were going to hit him. Iskar canceled his attack and used the ena to form another shield instead.
With the ti elent, Nathan’s limit was not only just two bullets. He could release several bullets with his program and stop them with Ti Object magic or Ti Seal magic.
With all these bullets, even an arcane level summoner like Iskar would have a hard ti blocking them all, let alone launching a counterattack.
But the consumption of all these bullets and magic was quite hard even for Nathan. He really needed to defeat him soon… albeit the situation beca even more unpredictable.
Flora had a second reason to let the lightning spirit assist Peng instead of her. That was Mae. Mae was Nathan’s assistant, and her enemy was located a bit farther compared to the others.
And with Mae’s ability, she could reveal the information without the enemy knowing it.
That was right. Flora’s objective was to inform Mae about the situation and the reason she ca here, and Mae could transfer that information to Nathan through the telepathy channel Peng maintained.
Several minutes after their arrival, Mae’s voice echoed inside Nathan’s mind.
“Master. You need to end this fight fast. It looks like Bella has been influenced by the alien… and according to Flora, the information they receive is that… the mission will be successful, but Evelyn will die. You’re the only one who can change it.”
“!!!”
