"Like this?" Nathan asked, following Mae’s instructions. Mae had returned to her original form, which was a fox, since the shapeshifting ability had gone to Nathan.
Nathan’s body was gradually transforming.
"That’s right, Master. Male and female bodies are different, so you need to pay attention to the details. However, you are doing well right now. Since it’s not an illusion, everyone will think you are truly a female." Mae nodded.
"Still, we have one problem. How are you planning to hide your power?" Fenrir asked. "While it’s true that you are able to change your gender with Mae’s skill. However, I have heard that my father once turned into a fish and still got captured."
"Don’t worry." Nathan waved his hand. "I only proposed this idea because I know how to do it. Then again, I only gained that idea after Mae’s suggestion."

Mae tilted her head in confusion, not being able to connect it to a thod to contain his power.
Nathan smiled wryly and showed it directly with two contracts.
"In exchange for 10,000 ena, the contract will beco an entity that isolates 80% of Nathan Reckmoon’s ena for 1 hour. This contract can be undone whenever Nathan Reckmoon says, ’Full Energy Release,’ and the cost won’t be refunded."
"In exchange for 20,000 ena, the contract will beco an entity that isolates 100% of Nathan Reckmoon’s karma for 1 hour. This contract can be undone whenever Nathan Reckmoon says, ’Full Karma Release,’ and the cost won’t be refunded."
"Ah!" Mae gasped. If the contract could seal the elents, it should be able to seal his ena as well. In other words, utilizing the contract and leaking a portion of the ena would make it look like Nathan was much weaker.
Once Nathan signed this contract, he would look like soone who was only at the crystal weapon stage.
In addition, Mae ntioned sothing about divination earlier. Since divination was related closely to one’s fortune, Nathan had no choice but to seal his karma first.
Nathan figured out he could do it because a lot of people had ntioned that his karma was being twisted in a weird way. There was an unknown power that changed his karma.
After thinking hard, Nathan arrived at two possibilities. The first one was that there was a hidden identity that was strong enough to bend the karma, but according to Cthulhu, even Azathoth couldn’t do it.
So, he arrived at the second conclusion. His Soul Contract. Yes, his soul contract might be the mysterious force that altered his karma. Only sothing born of the karma could control the karma.
He proved that it was indeed the correct answer. His karma, for so reason, was altered by the Soul Contract.
Although he didn’t know how it was able to do it, he knew it wasn’t his work. It might be the original Nathan or other figures.
At the very least, he beca closer to the truth.
Still, even if Nathan was able to hide his karma and strength and change his gender, there was sothing he couldn’t change.
"Master. Although this plan is good, how are you planning to deal with Soul Devourer? According to the notebook and Evelyn, Soul Devourer has the ability to see through the soul. He will figure out that you are lying just like he figured out Evelyn was wasting ti previously."

And the trigger of that darkness was his new family. Selena and the others, the new ho, and of course, his familiars.
