"Kh..." The assassin had used everything he had to block Nidhogg, so he had nothing left to stop Nathan’s attack.
His body had to endure the full force of Spatial Collapse, which had been strengthened by the skill Evelyn taught him, Space Distortion.
All that void didn’t go in all directions anymore but instead concentrated on the chest.
Even with the Crystal Armor that protected him, it was useless. The Crystal Armor shattered into pieces as the void struck his head and created a massive hole in his body.
"Impossible..." The assassin could only look at him with a terrified gaze before falling to the ground.
No one could believe it. Even Frequency was startled.
’Did he still have a thought to kill soone even while facing ?’ Frequency had realized sothing. Nathan hadn’t given up the whole ti.
His goal was still simple. It was to kill the two assassins to prevent more leaks of his information while finding a way to escape.
What he didn’t expect was that Nathan was actually capable enough to kill one assassin.
In addition, the mont he landed on the ground, his space elent fluctuated again, showing a sign of teleportation.
For the first ti since the battle started, Frequency finally got agitated. He gritted his teeth and waved his hand, sending off the vibration that would stop his teleportation and communication ring.
"Kill that familiar!" Frequency shouted. Anubis had helped him earlier, but because of it, Anubis couldn’t protect himself.
In that case, the dark elf should take advantage of this and kill him.
The dark elf gathered his power in his short blade and leaped toward Anubis’ neck.
The mont he swung his blade, the shadow energy erupted like a massive blade. It struck everything within a hundred-ter radius.
With Anubis using the last bit of his defense to help Nathan, he shouldn’t be able to stop this attack.
It was true, but the dark elf was wrong about sothing. Even if Anubis couldn’t protect himself, it didn’t an the others couldn’t protect him.
When the dark elf looked at Anubis, waiting for his head to roll down, he actually found a cracked trigram that crumbled right after.
"Emperor Shield."
The one who stopped that attack was none other than Qilin. While Nathan and Nidhogg killed the assassin, Qilin had long gone to Nathan’s position so that he could help Anubis.
It might look like a coincidence, but Nathan had calculated everything. The mont he gave his intention, his divine beasts already knew what they were supposed to do.
"Don’t let him get away!" Frequency waved his hand.
"Mooo!" The demonized bull rushed to Anubis, planning to destroy his head. Frequency was approaching from the other side.
However, both of them were one step too late.
Nidhogg had returned with a loud cry, followed by his chaos breath.
"!!!" The bull stopped and focused his energy to make a shield, blocking the fla.
anwhile, Nathan shot another wave of void bullets.
Frequency stopped the void bullets, only to find Nathan getting ready to escape. He ran as quickly as possible.
Frequency learned one thing from this fight. Nathan was extrely dangerous. His strength might still not reach them, but his wits were too dangerous.
If he couldn’t eliminate him today, he might co back to beco a troubleso opponent for them in the future.
Hence, Frequency leaped forth. He used the vibration to coat his body and slipped past the void expansions and closed the gap between them right away.
He first swung his sword down, unleashing his sword strike to stop Nathan.
Knowing that this sword strike was practically close to impossible to stop, Nathan chose to leap to the side instead.
Then, he gathered his power into his fist and swung at Frequency.
Spatial Collapse.
Frequency sent out a fist with his other arm.
Vibration Fist.
His fist produced a powerful vibration that dispersed his Spatial Collapse.
It was clear Nathan was the one who had the advantageous position since Frequency had just used his attack to stop him. But what he didn’t expect was that this vibration was actually overwhelming his Spatial Collapse.
He knew Frequency was stronger than Evelyn, but he never thought the gap would be this big.
Nathan bit his lip as he could feel the bones in his hands cracking. His wrist was dislocated, so Nathan had no choice but to redirect the remaining energy to blast him away before his entire arm got pulverized.
Bam!
Nathan was sent flying. No matter what he used, Frequency could deal with it.
Fortunately, Anubis healed him right away. The reason he could still stand right now is Anubis.
Thanks to Anubis, Jinwu, Nidhogg, and the others, they were still able to face their respective opponents. It was especially true for Nidhogg and Jinwu, who had to take on one summoner and six familiars by themselves.
Fortunately, Anubis remained. Qilin was already by his side. His condition was the worst because he wasn’t a good fighter.
Now that Qilin had helped him, the dark elf shouldn’t be able to injure the most important person in this battle.
Still, Nathan had to find a way to escape from this place. And his biggest bet would be on Mae and Jinwu.
