"The city is real?" Evelyn facepald. Vivian covered her face with her hands.
"What’s wrong? Now that I think about it, I don’t know the exact reason for coming here..." Koraxa was dumbfounded. He thought they were searching for sothing, so why would they look so stressed after finding it?
Shouldn’t they be happy about it?
Vivian explained, "Nathan had a prophetic dream about a city getting attacked by strong aliens, much stronger than you currently think of. However, he was not sure whether this dream was a prophecy or not.
"So, we were trying to find that city. If there were no such city, that ant the dream was nothing but him being paranoid. However, if the city he wasn’t supposed to know was there..."
"Ah!" Koraxa gasped. "The dream is real. That also ans you will have to face the aliens now."
"Yeah. We’re talking about sothing like an apex class alien. Have we even told you about it?" Vivian asked.
"I do hear sothing about the aliens with divine bodies, yes. I don’t know other details."
"Well, there you have it." Vivian nodded. "We have to fight them. It’s good if only one city is getting attacked, but if there are multiple cities getting attacked at the sa ti?"
"That’s going to be horrible. Are they going to concentrate their attacks on a single continent or..."
"We don’t know about that. The dream only showed about one city. Nothing more."
"I see." Koraxa finally understood their reaction. It was definitely a headache.
They couldn’t travel to other continents easily as it consud so much energy.
Koraxa asked, "What are we going to do now?"
"From the looks of it..." Nathan crossed his arms. "We will have to go back to Gratzel first and bring the entire team here. The other continents might be attacked, but the chance that they will concentrate everything on this continent is higher.
"For the ti being, Gratzel is protected by soone who is close to becoming a god, so it should be fine to leave Gratzel. Myrall has been destroyed, so the only worry is Erendtall.
"Unfortunately, we can’t do anything about it for now, unless you want to stay there to ensure their safety."
Koraxa shook his head. "As much as I want to do it, I’m not strong enough to handle all these aliens. Rather than throwing my life away unnecessarily, it’s better to help you finish the matter on this continent as quickly as possible before heading there to check whether they’re safe."
Nathan nodded in agreent. "Still, we will need soone to stay here. For now, Evelyn and I will return to Gratzel. We will bring Bianca as well. It’s much better for Bianca to stay with that person for the ti being.
"You and Vivian will be monitoring the situation here. It’s fine if there isn’t much information, but I want to check the progress of the developnt after my arrangent with the three countries.
"Then, I will use my power to return, while Evelyn will use her power to go here again. This way, both of us shouldn’t use too much energy. We’ll stay here and continue to develop our strength while waiting for the aliens to co."
"But we don’t know when they’re coming, right?" Koraxa asked.
"Yeah. However, there’s a ti limit. I’m assuming it won’t be longer than 18 months. Within these 18 months, we will have to get strong enough to form our divine bodies and leave this world. No, it might not even be 18 months. It might even be shorter."
Nathan let out a long sigh.
Koraxa didn’t think he was talented enough to form his divine body in 18 months. It looked like his role was to remain here.
Evelyn asked, "Should we create a teleportation circle linking this continent with Gratzel? Considering the distance, it is possible."
"The distance between this continent and Gratzel is roughly the sa as the distance between Gratzel and Erendtall." Vivian nodded in understanding.
"Yes. While it’s true that we will be teleporting to the southernmost area of Gratzel, it doesn’t an we’re entering the deepest part of the alien territory. It’s the sa case as the southernmost region of Erendtall," Evelyn explained.
"The deepest part and the most dangerous region of the alien territory might be in the south, but it’s closer to the center of the southern region. So, we can just link this teleportation circle to Gratzel, and we will link that teleportation circle to the one at the north."
Evelyn agreed. "This way, the trip will be much easier."
Nathan contemplated for a mont. "We’re going to find the portal there... Do you think it will affect us?"
"I don’t think so." Evelyn shook her head. "From my understanding, our portals are not connected, so it won’t interfere with their portals. Still, after finding their portals, I might need to study them first. After all, we shouldn’t enter unknown portals."
Nathan scratched the back of his head. "I guess it’s better to go straight to Gratzel. We should focus on getting stronger. If anyone can gain another divine rule, it would be better."
Koraxa was impressed. Even after all his training, he thought that his biggest achievent would be the divine rules. At most, he could probably form one more divine rule before he passed away of old age.
But these people were treating divine rules as if they were toys. They were clearly intending to beco gods.
In other words, Koraxa actually had the chance to serve a future god. It was sothing that anyone could brag about. After all, it wasn’t a divine familiar. It was a true living god.
Nathan finally accepted the plan. He held Bianca and lifted her up. "All right. We should go now. There’s no ti to waste. Vivian, Koraxa, I’m counting on you two."
"Understood!" Koraxa stood up, accepting the order respectfully.
"Leave it to us." Vivian waved her hand with a smile.
Once Evelyn ca to Nathan, the latter used his teleportation ability. Still, Nathan might actually be bringing what his disciple had been waiting for to complete her power... the future Goddess of Creation.
