anwhile, the fight between the lamia and Fenrir was as intense as Nathan and Alavenya. It could only be described with one thing. Martial arts against absolute strength.
After pushing Fenrir to the side, Lamia spun her glaive and used all that montum to strike Fenrir from the side.
Fenrir activated his Absolute Strength and smacked the glaive from above, stopping it. He even put so pressure so that he could take it off the lamia's hand.
Unfortunately, the lamia was skilled enough to actually retract the glaive without losing her stability. She then sent forth the snake tail to hit Fenrir, but as soon as the latter opened its mouth as if he was planning to tear it, the lamia retracted it.
No matter what, Fenrir was a beast of the highest level. If she was careless, she might end up losing her tail.
Instead, she skillfully struck him with her glaive.
Fenrir raised his upper body and tried to overwhelm her with his speed, strength, and weight.
But the latter managed to keep up with him. She repelled all her attacks with minimum movent to compensate for her speed. She maintained a close form, so that she didn't have to make any big swing.
Since his attack failed, he released his bark, which sent out a trendous pressure.
To his surprise, she managed to sense it and cleave it in two.

The strike ended up hitting the barrier, producing a massive shock wave that could be felt in the spectator seats as well.

"No. Shouldn't you praise Nathan instead of Alavenya? I'm sure that Nathan only has a fraction of the Ena that she has. I don't know if I can do sothing like this with that much Ena."
"That's true."
The people had seen all the battles, so it was quite surprising that instead of losing, Nathan was the one having the upper hand.
And to ensure the victory, it was Fenrir's job to defeat the lamia.
With his size, it only took a few steps to reach the lamia. The latter struck him multiple tis, but none of the attacks produced a result. She managed to sneak in so weak attacks, but Fenrir probably ignored them because he knew none of them would be able to pierce through his skin.
Fenrir leaped to the side and circled around the lamia to confuse her. The lamia turned around but realized that she had a hard ti keeping up because of her body. If she continued, her tail might end up getting tied all of a sudden.
Hence, she swung her glaive in the opposite direction instead.
As if expecting such an attack, Fenrir stopped the glaive with both paws.
"I got you!" Fenrir grinned.
"Not good." The lamia instantly understood what he wanted. Fenrir pushed the glaive to the ground, using the sharp blade of the glaive to plant it so that the lamia couldn't pick it up anymore. Continue your adventure with empire
After that, Fenrir waved his left paw to slap her in the face. Unfortunately for him, this was the battle between martial arts and absolute strength.
The lamia lowered her body and successfully avoided it. After that, she went back up and punched Fenrir in the face.
The punch was quite powerful because it actually knocked him to the ground.
Whether it was intentional or not, Fenrir actually used that position to get a better angle to send forth his tail attack.
The lamia hurriedly picked the glaive. Since it refused to move, she pushed it forward so that the handle stood straight, even if it ant scooping the soil.
The handle beca a pole that blocked the tail attack.
Fenrir waved his paw to her hand, knocking it away from the glaive.
Both Fenrir and the lamia sent forth their respective hands.
Instead of defending, the lamia chose to accept Fenrir's strike on her face.
She gritted her teeth, enduring the pain. As a result, she managed to withstand it. Then she punched Fenrir, pushing him away.
With this, she was able to recover her glaive and imdiately swing it toward Fenrir, releasing a crescent-shaped strike.
Fenrir let out a bark, which dispersed the Ena. After that, he pounced on her.
As soon as the lamia received him with the glaive again, Fenrir actually jumped with that huge body by using the glaive as a support. With him leaping over her, his tail could finally reach her and cut her.
And he did. A cut wound appeared from her left shoulder all the way to the center of her chest. It was shallow, but the bleeding was quite severe.
However, the lamia spun her body and struck Fenrir before he landed. Sadly for her, Fenrir managed to put his paw in front so that his body wouldn't get hit.
Nevertheless, the power of the lamia actually blew away Fenrir's huge body to the wall, making it tremble for a split second.
"Heh? You're interesting." Fenrir grinned as he imdiately stood back up. It was as if all her attacks were useless.
Anubis might be healing him, so it was going to be annoying.
'What should I do? My attack is not enough to take him out in a single blow due to his insanely hard skin.
'And as long as there is that healer, it's practically impossible to defeat him.' The lamia's expression darkened.
