The students were raging outside the student council. In fact, the other mbers were already having a hard ti working in the student council due to the pressure from other students. It could be said that they were terrorized by them because they wanted to know what was actually happening.
Looking at the gloomy atmosphere within the student council, Flora could only sigh. She managed to prolong it for five days, but it couldn't go any longer.
"I'm sorry, everyone." Flora stood up. "It must have been hard for you in the last couple of days. However, thank you for bearing with ."
Flora walked to the door and opened it personally.
"!!!" The students were surprised because this was the first ti Flora showed her face.
Before anyone could speak, Flora raised her fist, as if telling them to shut their mouth. She then started explaining, "I'm sure that everyone is aware of what's happening outside. Because there is a lot of uncertainty, I have kept my silence this whole ti.
"However, I've got confirmation about what's going on. Hence, I will formally announce it in the hall three hours from now.
"Instead of forcing your way through to the student council right now, it's best to go to the main hall in an orderly manner. Call your friends and all other students in the academy to attend it, as this is going to be an important announcent.
"Regynar, Leon, Lovelia. Please guide them and help organize the main hall." Flora waved her hand.
The students looked anxious. One of them couldn't help but ask, "Why would you wait for three hours from now? Why can't you just say it here?"
Flora sighed. "Do you want to repeat it to every student that I see? Or do you want to hold it tomorrow after your head becos cool enough to listen to my words?"
They were baffled, but before they got provoked, Regynar suddenly covered his mouth while saying, "All right. Let's not make it big here. The student council president has decided to reveal the information today, so let's cooperate with each other, shall we?"
Regynar dragged the person so smoothly that other students couldn't help but give him a way.
In the end, the students began to retreat, leaving Flora in the office alone.
"Ha…" Flora let out a long sigh and walked back to her seat while covering her face. How could she announce that the world was on the verge of destruction?
"I wonder what Nathan will do in this situation? While I have been good at manipulating people, I'm not that good at raising their morale." Flora shook her head. "No. I shouldn't be weak now. Let's prepare the best speech I can…"
When Flora was about to grab a paper, soone knocked on the door.
"I have told you to gather in the main hall! Do I need to repeat my—!" Flora opened the door while reprimanding the other party, only to be dumbfounded by who she found on the other side of the door.
"What? I haven't heard anything. I guess our student council president is stressed enough to not see the opposite party." He smiled.
"Principal… Leyfon…" Flora gasped. That was right. The person who had finally returned was the one the academy needed the most.
"I have been here since yesterday, but I don't really have much information about what's going on, so I have been observing them." Leyfon smiled. "It seems Sullivan has gone back. What about Vivian?"
"Vice Principal Vivian has gone to another place for a different project to save humanity."
"I see." Leyfon thought for a mont. "Why don't you brief about what's happening right now? It seems you decide to reveal it to those students…"
"Yes." Flora nodded. "Please enter. I'll tell you about everything."
Flora told Leyfon everything from the supervolcano eruption to the aliens' movents.
Leyfon was surprised at first, but all the reasoning made sense that he couldn't refute it. Hence, he decided to believe it.
It took her two hours to just explain the situation from the school to the entire world.
Leyfon crossed his arms, pondering. "I see. It's been hard on you. Thank you for your hard work."
"No. This is what I need to do as the student council president." Flora shook her head.
Leyfon smiled. "In that case, leave the rest to . Looking at you right now, it seems you want to go to that little devil now."
"I will at least accompany you for the announcent." She smiled wryly. "I'm sorry."
"It's fine. This is outside anyone's control." Leyfon waved his hand. "In that case, let's head to the main hall. The teachers should be there as well."
"Yes. The class is suspended for the ti being."
Leyfon nodded. He and Flora headed to the main hall carefully. As expected, the students noticed the appearance of the forr principal.
They were confused because Sullivan should have been the principal, so they didn't know why Leyfon returned to the academy.
All the students and teachers within the academy had gathered in the main hall. No one other than Flora had a clue as to what was going on, so they were anxious.
This ti, Leyfon would be the one announcing the entire thing, showing Flora why he was chosen as the principal instead of anyone else.
Leyfon stood behind the podium with a gentle smile on his face. "It's been a while, everyone. I wonder if there are people who miss . Hahaha.
"Well, I can see a lot of anxious faces here, so I guess I shouldn't beat around the bush." Leyfon's expression turned solemn.
The mont Leyfon continued, Flora couldn't help but widen her eyes. It wasn't because Leyfon was very direct. It was because Leyfon was straight-out lying to them.
Leyfon raised a finger. "Why do you think Principal Sullivan replaces ? Most of you must be thinking that it's because of the Divine Hand Organization. Principal Sullivan must have explained it that way too, but that's actually a lie.
"The reason I have to leave is due to the aliens' weird movent. A few months ago, I noticed a strange movent and checked it myself. I ran back as fast as I could to tell you everything I'd found."
