Nathan and his four familiars were rampaging in the area. Fenrir utilized his massive body to crush all the aliens that ca toward him while Anubis remained near Nathan as usual. Nidhogg and Jinwu flew into the sky and created massive devastation to the area by burning them both with sun fire and chaos fire.
Nathan, of course, used his bullets to kill one alien after another.
"Sorry, I was too busy in the last few weeks." Nathan smiled wryly.
"No worries. It's good enough that we can go out. Thanks to our long-range connection." Fenrir harrumphed.
Nidhogg was too lazy to reply while Jinwu harrumphed. "You should practice a bit more. I heard you're going to summon Kun and Peng. You have to get stronger if you want to summon them. Besides, we also have to get stronger."
"Heh." Fenrir snorted. "How about we have a spar after this?"
"Fine by . I want to see whether the monstrous wolf indeed has the ability to devour the sun or not."
Anubis sighed. He turned to Nathan. "Don't listen to their bickering. However, I do agree with them that you need to get stronger fast."
"Hmm?" Nathan didn't understand what Anubis was talking about, but the latter simply pointed to Selena.
Instead of a normal blood tornado, Risa ford this small tornado between her hands. After that, she squeezed it and turned it into a horizontal tornado.
The blood tornado expanded like a circular blade, cutting down aliens and trees. However, so aliens managed to avoid it by jumping into the air.
Unfortunately for them, that was when Yin Zhen appeared. He gathered his ena into his foot and kicked the air.
It looked like a normal Tiger Kick, but surprisingly, it exploded for the second ti, causing a ripple of shock wave that felt like they were distorting the aliens' bodies before launching them away.
"What is that?" Nathan wondered if this was what Anubis wanted to show him.
Risa waved her hand and said, "It's just a simple trick I've been trying to use. With my control increasing by the day, I try to change the shape of my blood tornado."
"Fair enough. Now that I think about it, when are you going to beco royalty? It should be soon, right?"
Risa nodded. "Yes. I asked the fairy queen a few days ago. According to her, I should be able to raise my rank one more ti after a month."
"So, four more sessions." Nathan nodded.
"Yeah. In fact, the speed was actually much faster than she expected, which was a pleasant surprise."
"Doesn't that an you're going to beco a progenitor in a year or two?" Nathan smirked.
Risa had a big smile on her face. "It's thanks to you."
Nathan pointed at Yin Zhen and Amphitrite. "It looks like Yin Zhen has beco stronger too."
"Yep. He has been sparring with Alavenya because both of them are martial artists. That kick is the thing they co up with together."
"Oh!" Nathan nodded and shifted his gaze to Amphitrite.
She wasn't flashy, but her power was more terrifying than he originally thought.
When she lifted her hand, she controlled all the water inside the rock and soil and bound several aliens.
She shoved down all that water into the aliens' stomachs, forcing their stomachs to burst from within, and repeated the sa thing over and over again.
"Well, you should shift your gaze here." Risa placed her hands on his cheek and gently tilted his head to Selena.
There were fifteen aliens coming to Selena with Yin Zhen and Amphitrite having no intention to help. In fact, Selena had been standing still for so ti, holding her staff as if she was concentrating.
The aliens moved quickly, trying to take advantage of her situation to ambush her.
As if she was able to sense them, Selena's ena started to leak out of her body.
The most shocking thing was the fact that the mont she opened her eyes, an eruption of ena occurred, lifting up the soil in front of her like a massive wave and burying all the aliens underneath it.
In fact, the burst of ena alone had torn apart several aliens, let alone creating a 10-ter (33-foot) tall wave.
Nathan blinked his eyes a few tis. "What is that power?"
Although it was just a glimpse, he could sense the sa intensity as the power that Flora actually used after gathering her energy for several minutes to kill a mature class alien.
"Multiflux Control. That's what she called it. Basically, instead of the combination of two, she fused three 'Concentrations' into a single eruption," explained Risa.
However, Selena wasn't out of danger yet. After all, among the aliens that ca toward her, one was actually a juvenile class mutant.
"Shaa!" It erged from the soil and leaped toward Selena. After releasing such a big move, there was no way Selena could react to this speed. However, Yin Zhen and Amphitrite remained in their position as though they believed in her.
Nathan instinctively extended his hand as if he wanted to warn her, but Risa grabbed his arm and lowered it as if telling him she was fine.
The alien struck Selena from above, but the latter simply blocked it with her staff. What was more amazing was that there was a small burst of ena at the point of contact, blowing back the alien's sword-like arm.
"!!!" The alien was startled and tried to move away, but he was too slow. Selena spun her staff and hit the alien from below, releasing another small burst that knocked the alien's body into the air.
After that, she pointed her palm forward as the ena showed three massive changes in its intensity in front of her palm.
The alien panicked because it was falling right in front of the palm. At that ti, the alien realized nothing could save him.
A beam five tis bigger than Selena's body was released, tearing apart the mutant's body. Nathan couldn't help but widen his eyes because this was similar to the beam he shot with his pistol, but the power was actually twice as strong.
