"This is our base?" Nathan blinked his eyes a few tis. He had heard about it being a vacation house, but this was actually much more amazing than he originally thought.
This place was surrounded by a mountain range that completely blocked the north and west sides. There was a massive lake in the middle, which gave a rather calm feeling.
On the east side, Nathan could see a dense forest. Unfortunately, he couldn't see anything on the south side, considering it was blocked by the building.
It was a three-story tall building, which was actually wide and spacious enough to host at least fifty to a hundred people at once.
It could be said that this place was not only just for Revon but also for his subordinates.
There were so boats parked on the side of the lake, coupled with fishing rods. It looked perfect at first glance, but one of the mountains actually looked weird. It was actually steeper than the rest of the mountain.
Then, that was when he heard a rumbling sound echoing from it.
"!!!" Nathan widened his eyes. "What is going on?"
"Oh. Revon is there. He must be punching the cliff." Evelyn raised her head. "Let's go."
She snapped her finger, teleporting both of them to the cliff Evelyn was talking about.
And Nathan was utterly shocked.
There was indeed a massive cliff in this rocky mountain range. Yet, this massive cliff was actually half destroyed. There was a deep inward indent, as though soone had been breaking it from the outside.
Bam!
Another rumbling sound echoed, which grabbed Nathan's attention. When he lowered his vision, he saw Revon punching the cliff with his bare hand.
"This is Revon's training. He has been punching this cliff for over 30 years. Was it from when he was 17 years old?
"He stumbled upon this place and had been using it for practice. After forming a rcenary group and becoming wealthy enough, he purchased this land.
"Do you want to try it? However, the only requirent is to punch it without using your ena."
"Without your ena?" Nathan raised his eyebrows. "Revon has been punching the cliff until it turns like this without using his ena?"
"Yeah. His dedication is sothing I admire." She nodded. "No one is born strong. He has been punching it for over three decades, letting the stone break his fist again and again. With the recovery of a summoner, those fists gradually evolve.
"At this point, Revon's fists are tougher than steel. Even if you try to cut it with ena, you might not be able to do it."
"…" Nathan blinked his eyes a few tis. "Well, even though I can try it, I don't think such a fighting style is suitable for ."
"Fair enough."
"What are you doing?" Revon's voice echoed from the distance, noticing their arrival. While wiping his sweat, Revon approached them. "Do you want to join ?"

"You sure? You aren't even going to hear it first?"
Revon chuckled. "I know you, Captain. You're not soone who will request sothing from . Then it must be Nathan's request. I'm not very smart myself. Even if you tell all your plans, I will probably only understand half of them.
"Besides, Nathan is smart and considerate. If he cos to with a request, it ans he has considered the effect it has on . And if he cos to after considering everything, I think it will be rude to reject it."
Nathan looked shocked. This was the first ti he interacted like this with Revon. Most of the ti, he just saw Revon looking eager to fight.
Nathan took a deep breath before lowering his head. "Revon. Can you protect Selena? There's a high chance that the Black Cat Organization has dispatched people to kidnap her.
"If that's the case, they must be working together with the local assassin group as well as her uncle.
"While Sonia is there, I'm not sure how they will react. If possible, I want you to kill all the people from the Black Cat Organization before they arrive. Sonia knows the thod and the goal I have in mind, so you can ask her about the details."
"Sure." Revon nodded. Although his face didn't show it, he was astonished to see Nathan lowering his head. Usually, everything worked according to his way, so he could always keep his head high. But if it was for his woman, he didn't hesitate to lower that head.

"Sure. It doesn't take long, so it should be fine." Revon patted Nathan's shoulder. "Captain. How about teleporting there?"

Evelyn nodded and snapped her fingers, creating a teleportation circle to send him to Sonia's side.
"Alright. Just wait for the good news." Revon gave a thumbs up as he disappeared into thin air.
Evelyn couldn't help but sneak a glance at Nathan. She felt the sa. When everything went one's way, they couldn't help but beco prideful. At that ti, it wasn't a matter of one's identity anymore. They simply forgot how to ask for help.
That was why, when people were successful, they tended to beco arrogant.
Yet she couldn't see it from Nathan.
Evelyn's expression llowed a bit. "You know what? I have seen how you use your bullets and other abilities.
"How do I say this? Should I say so thods are a bit inefficient? Well, it might not be my place to say this, but do you want to hear so of my thoughts?"
