"There are approximately 300 aliens in that direction. There is one warrior class alien from what I can see. There's no aliens in the surrounding area, so we can engage them right away," Jinwu reported after perching on Nathan's shoulder.
The girls looked fired up, but Nathan ended up being selfish by saying, "Sorry. Can I handle this one myself?"
"Huh?" They looked confused.
However, Nathan imdiately added, "I have just gotten my elent, so my fighting style is quite different now. I want to get the hang of it with an actual battle.
"I know that you girls have gotten sothing as well, either equipnt or familiars, but I feel like I have the biggest change.
"If it's not too troubleso for you, do you mind if I get a bit selfish and test my power here?" Nathan asked.
They looked shocked, but it wasn't because they weren't willing. This whole ti, Nathan had been the one sacrificing himself for them. He gave them the chance to test their power and utilize it to the fullest.
This was the first ti Nathan tried to be selfish.
Selena extended her hand. "Sure. I don't really have a problem. It's just rare for you to take the initiative for a fight."
"Well, I'm kind of curious." Nathan scratched the back of his head. The other girls also showed their agreent, so Nathan smiled. "Thank you."
Nathan summoned Fenrir, Anubis, and Mae.
"Fenrir, you take the left. Mae, you take the right. I want you to beco a wall and send aliens to the middle, where I will take my post." Nathan glanced over his shoulder. "Jinwu. Just scout around the area this ti."
"Got it." Jinwu imdiately flew into the sky.
Nathan then activated the space bracelet and took out the assault rifle.
"Let's try this new weapon, shall we?"
Fenrir and Mae rushed side by side. Since they were inside a forest, it would be hard for Nathan to fight the aliens.
Without him saying anything, they both realized where Nathan planned to fight when rushing toward the enemies. There was a small empty space between the trees not far from the aliens' original location, so Nathan must want to fight there.
Hence, they charged toward the alien's group.
"Aooo!" Fenrir let out a howl to grab their attention, which made the aliens raise their guard. However, when they turned around, they saw Fenrir already pouncing on the nearest alien.
He crushed the alien with his paw and wreaked havoc in their ranks.
anwhile, Mae had reached the enemies almost at the sa ti as Fenrir, even if she was in human form.
Her tails grew in size. She slapped a few heads and actually crushed them as if they were hit by a hamr. Blood splattered, causing the alien to enrage.
"Oh my. It's ti to go." Mae smiled gracefully. She stopped for a mont until the aliens started chasing after her before going back.
Fenrir was doing the sa thing, leading the aliens toward the small open space within the woods.
As they expected, Nathan had already been waiting for them on the edge of the plain.
"What kind of weapon is that? It's a gun as well, right? But it doesn't seem to be sothing I'm familiar with." Flora asked, observing Nathan's new weapon.
"He called it 'Assault Rifle,' but I have no idea about its capability." Selena shook her head.
Little did they know, they would get the shock of their life the mont Nathan showed the power of his new weapon.
Nathan turned serious the mont the aliens were visible in his eyes. He waited patiently until the aliens reached this small space since he knew how ineffective it was to use his new strategy and weapon in the forest.
The mont he saw the aliens begin entering this small space, Nathan announced out loud, "It's killing ti."
"!!!" All three divine beasts acknowledged the order. Anubis activated his Synchronization to boost his firepower, Fenrir used his Gigantification to overwhelm the enemy with his size, and Mae halted her step, ford a bamboo fan in her right hand, and turned around.
Nathan's eyes flashed as he gripped the rifle tightly before pressing the trigger.

The rifle imdiately drained his ena. There was a small piece of machinery that actually cut the flow of ena intermittently, which created the succession fire effect.
"!!!" Selena and the rest of the girls couldn't help but widen their eyes.
The mont the bullets start flying out of the gun, they travel straight to the aliens and hit them at such a high speed.
So aliens were able to protect themselves, but the bullets were actually powerful enough to pierce through their hands. Even if they didn't die, they would have been severely injured, which resulted in their bodies falling down and getting stepped on by aliens on their backs.
More importantly, it happened not just to a single alien. The rapid fire was so wondrous that aliens began to fall one by one in succession.
In just five seconds, Nathan fired fifty bullets. It was true that his normal way would result in creating 64 bullets in just two to three seconds, but it was because Nathan hadn't gone all out yet.
This weapon only drained the ena flowing from his right hand. In other words, his left hand was still usable.
The aliens tried to overwhelm him with quantity, but Nathan showed the true advantage of the weapon. A bullet cube appeared on the left side of his body and split into 64 bullets, which he fired like he normally did.
The bullets created an even bigger suppression effect, which ultimately overwheld the aliens.
"This is the new weapon?" Selena gasped. "He's taking them down more efficiently, but this fighting style… Flora, can you see it?"
Flora nodded furiously. Soone who understood the way the kingdom operated would understand it better than anyone else. The way Nathan fought this ti was sothing that every soldier could do, even if they were not a summoner. Of course, they had to ignore the bullet Nathan created with his left hand.
But this gun alone showed them the true potential of the gun. What if there were a hundred people firing at the sa ti? It was too terrifying to even imagine.
"So… this is the power of guns," Flora muttered in fear.
