Suddenly, as the enormous blade shadow was about to strike down, capable of shattering mountains and rivers, it vanished into thin air under the crushing power. Everyone was stunned, unable to believe what had happened because a voice ca out of the Spiritualization Pool. That voice was weak yet carried an irresistible majesty, and it was very familiar—it was Qin Kongdao’s.
"Die Er, I thought I would never see you again. That’s why I’ve been reluctant to appear. If I knew you were still alive, no matter how difficult it was, I would have co out... Die Er!"
Qin Kongdao’s voice was full of sorrow. He held the old woman in his arms, gently stroking her hair with his right hand, feeling that she was still so beautiful, still srizing him. She was the love of his life, the woman he was willing to give up everything for; how could he not love her? Watching her about to pass away, how could he not be heartbroken?
