Now reading: Chapter 4: Forts Abound in the Outskirts! from Super Island Tycoon, a Adventure novel by Bird Shiro.

In recent years, the three major bases have been acting frequently, continually dispatching warships to be stationed, their wolf-like ambitions already blatantly obvious.

Jiang Cheng, through the intelligence system of the Island Tycoon APP, has collected so relevant intelligence on this matter.

Of course, this intelligence is ti-sensitive and only of so reference value, not enough for him to make warti decisions. Even so, Jiang Cheng is quite satisfied.

Among the three major bases, the one posing the greatest threat to Jiang Cheng is the Hachimantai Island base closest to him.

The Hachimantai Island base is the second-largest base in He Country, located at Golden House Bay on Hachimantai Island, and houses the fleet headquarters under which the Third and Sixth Combined Fleets are jurisdictional.

Among them, the Third Combined Fleet is the most powerful, with four "Nagato-class" giant heavy armor aircraft carriers, a full-load displacent of 47,000 tons, a maximum speed of 32 knots, carrying 90 carrier-based aircraft, and a crew size of 3,000 people.

The "Nagato-class" aircraft carriers, built by He Country’s famous shipyard, Chuanqi Heavy Industry, are among the most advanced combat carriers of the ti, leading in tonnage, speed, and firepower.

Additionally, these carriers are equipped with Zero Fighters, Type 99 Dive Bombers, Type 97 Carrier Dive Bombers, and various other advanced aircraft, making their long-range striking capabilities exceptionally prominent, a "sea-moving fortress" that terrifies all opponents.

The Third Combined Fleet also boasts over 50 other types of battleships, destroyers, and cruisers, making it a veritable super invincible fleet!

The Third Combined Fleet is an arrow troop for He Country deep into the Pacific Ocean, having earned considerable military achievents for He Country, capturing nurous precious islands and reefs, greatly expanding He Country’s sphere of influence, and can be said to be He Country’s most renowned super fleet!

However, the Third Combined Fleet patrols the deep ocean of the Pacific Ocean year-round, executing island-hunting missions, and rarely returns to the Hachimantai Island base; it has designated overseas bases in the deep ocean for supplies.

Therefore, it’s only the Sixth Combined Fleet that’s truly stationed at the Hachimantai Island base.

The Sixth Combined Fleet, also known as the "Southern Expedition Fleet," is a newly ford modern fleet of He Country, tasked with expanding territorial claims in the southwestern territory and performing near-sea patrols.

With Fla Country increasing its activities in far oceans in recent years, it has added another mission — monitoring the movents of Fla Country’s expedition fleet.

Against this backdrop, the Sixth Fleet has been continuously recruiting and expanding its forces in recent years, greatly enhancing its fleet size and warship firepower.

Currently, the fleet has two dium-sized modern aircraft carriers, "Chitose" and "Cloud Dragon," each with a full-load displacent of 3,800 tons, a maximum speed of 34 knots, carrying a variety of 65 aircraft, including Zero Fighters and Type 99 Dive Bombers.

Under it, there are also four newly commissioned battleships, six destroyers, twelve frigates, totaling over thirty various other attack vessels.

Overall, this is a very large and extrely powerful modern fleet, a giant even in the entire Asia, at tis strong enough to execute important offshore missions, which speaks to the strength of this fleet.

Without ntioning the return ti of the Third Combined Fleet, the Sixth Combined Fleet alone is enough to crush various countries in Asia, not to ntion Jiang Cheng, a lone commander!

Even if Jiang Cheng now works hard to develop military industry and build new warships, it is not sothing that can be caught up in a short ti.

For Jiang Cheng, there is still a long, lengthy road ahead, full of difficulties and obstacles.

Apart from the Hachimantai Island base, the other two bases are also enough to give Jiang Cheng a headache.

The Subic Bay Port in the Philippines, although weaker overall compared to the Hachimantai Island base, cannot be overlooked.

Subic Bay is located southwest of Luzon Island in the Philippines, only 80 kiloters from the capital Manila, making it a crucial national gateway, hence the Philippines places great importance on the construction of Subic Bay Port.

Currently, the most powerful Northern Fleet is stationed here, implenting defensive strategies. Although it doesn’t have an aircraft carrier configuration, it does have four heavy battleships purchased from the United States, equipped with significant firepower, along with over twenty other attack vessels.

Each of those four heavy battleships alone is enough to instill fear in any opponent!

Finally, there’s the United States’ Pacific base on Taro Island.

The Taro Island base, though the farthest from Jade Island, is the strongest among the three major bases.

This base is equipped with modern docks, airports, submarine mother ports, and various large-scale military facilities, making it the United States’ strategic forefront in the Western Pacific, housing the United States Seventh Fleet, which alone has over five aircraft carriers, deserving the title of an invincible division!

In terms of ship tonnage alone, even if He Country’s Third and Sixth Combined Fleets combined, they can’t match it, illustrating the powerful energy this fleet possesses!

Thankfully, the Taro Island base is far enough from Jade Island, otherwise Jiang Cheng would truly be unable to eat or sleep in peace.

Realizing the chasm-like gap between himself and his future opponents, Jiang Cheng indeed feels a sense of trepidation.

The combined power of the three major bases truly instills fear!

Not to ntion the Philippines, He Country has, in recent years, been secretly implenting strategies and repeatedly launching disputes in the eastern regions, forcibly seizing massive astonishing wealth, achieving an unprecedented economic surge, and consequently, enhancing its combat capabilities to even challenge the forr Pacific hegemon.

However, due to old European powerhouses such as Portugal and Bullfighting Country strengthening their competition for islands, both He Country and the United States, located across the shores from each other, find it a thorn in their throat, having to temporarily set aside their conflicts and unite to face the challenge from these old powerhouses together.

However, Jiang Cheng has no doubt that once the remaining islands are divided, a final battle is bound to erupt between these two hegemons.

The phrase "two tigers cannot share one mountain" rings true!

And by then, Jade Island will inevitably be like a fishbone stuck in the throats of these two major countries, how could they tolerate it?

Once a battle erupts, Jiang Cheng will undoubtedly be drawn into it.

In front of these future super adversaries, the current Jiang Cheng is like an unard infant, without the slightest ability to resist, only at the rcy of others!

Ti is of the essence, Jiang Cheng must develop Jade Island in a short period, amass enough wealth to forge a formidable fleet not afraid of any opponent, perhaps only then can he avoid a future devastating blow!
