It was because Euclidean geotry was too deeply ingrained in people's minds, and Lobachevsky's theory contradicted the old geotric system.
But eventually, Lobachevsky Geotry was proven to be equivalent to Euclidean geotry on a unit sphere.
It was rely a matter of different curvatures, and both were actually correct.
Ultimately, ti gave Lobachevsky the justice he deserved, albeit long after his death.
Jiang Cheng, like him, is questioned by everyone, without a single person agreeing with his viewpoint.

As long as Jiang Cheng announces his intention to deal with them, soone will naturally arise to trouble them, making them lose their livelihoods with ease.
However, Jiang Cheng doesn't want to do that; he believes academic matters should remain within academics, and entangling them with other things is just boring.
So, while waiting for the experints to be completed, he can only voice his grievances in this manner.
In passing, he is also expressing his discontent for Lobachevsky's past treatnt, hoping more people will recognize this great mathematician and understand his imnse contributions.
Lobachevsky didn't live to see his theory recognized.
He passed away with endless regret, but ti proved his greatness and gave him a fair evaluation.
