The reason for this arrangent was because the Adjutant thought that perhaps this alien had his own followers. Although intelligence showed that all actions against them only appeared to involve this alien alone, who could guarantee he didn't have other companions?
The Shi Family on Sek Planet organized a eting. They arranged for the scapegoat and buried a significant amount of explosives at their feet. Additionally, to ensure safety, they arranged a considerable number of Long Warriors and heavy weapons.
At that ti, the Adjutant who planned this sche thought, even if this alien traveled alone, he would have nurous followers who worshipped him. No matter what, his followers would accompany him eventually. They would not let these civilians go, so he planned ticulously, deploying a large number of troops in Zhou District to prevent any mishaps.
He did not expect that this audacious alien would co alone to the eting site. Upon realizing that he had planned so thoroughly but couldn't eliminate many enemies, the Adjutant felt aggrieved about his intelligence, wondering why he bothered to consider so much. Explosives alone could completely obliterate this alien, leaving no trace on this planet.
Since the alien had no other helpers, the Adjutant issued an order for troops from the outer district to defend the town.
There was still smoke lingering at the explosion site, attributable to the inevitable burning of buildings.
A team of Long Warriors entered and never erged, making the Shi Family mbers curious. One among them took a telescope from the Adjutant.
What he saw through the lens almost made him unable to believe his eyes: the alien sat there intact, even the chair beneath him was undamaged.
In front of him was a huge crater, evidently due to the powerful explosion, with the alien sitting at the edge of it.
This person holding the telescope wiped his eyes and looked again.
No mistake, he hadn't seen wrong!
The alien sat there perfectly well, wearing a white robe seemingly untouched by dust.
The others around him grabbed the telescope from his hands, and of course, they saw the sa result.
At this critical mont, it was the Adjutant who reacted swiftly. He imdiately inford the gunners of Jiang Cheng's location, ordering them to fire at that position with all heavy weapons, gathering the troops to prepare for battle.
Countless dense shells continued to fall in the town center, at their eting location, turning the town into a hell of fire and smoke.
When the bombardnt ceased, nearly no building above ground remained in the town center.
Once again taking up their telescopes, the Shi Family mbers breathed a sigh of relief; in their viewfinders, the dreadful alien did not reappear.
The tanks began entering the town, with more than a dozen space transport ships preceding them, reaching the explosion site first. Everything was normal, a Long Warrior signaled to them.
What exactly did 'everything is normal' an? The Adjutant had many thoughts; was the alien dead or what?
He advised that perhaps his superiors should take a look from the outer district first.
The Adjutant walked ahead of his superiors, guiding them, when he wanted to turn back to say sothing to his superiors, he froze.
So among the Shi Family felt curious, one of them, appearing impatient, even kicked the Adjutant hard.
More Shi Family mbers turned their gazes toward the direction the Adjutant was looking.
Jiang Cheng stood not far from them, a cold sneer on his face and a murderous glare in his eyes.
The Adjutant was the first to react, perhaps due to being kicked; his imdiate reaction was to flee!
Though he didn't think much, his instincts told him that they couldn't defeat this alien who couldn't be killed by large amounts of explosives or by constant bombardnt with various heavy weapons for more than ten minutes; fleeing was the quickest option!
The Shi Family mbers were slower to react than the Adjutant, with so even pulling out guns to start shooting at Jiang Cheng.
In a flash, Jiang Cheng appeared before them, swinging a wooden stick at one of the Shi Family mbers, throwing him violently away. If anyone still had the mood to look at the flying Shi mber, they'd find that his head was only half left, the body still in the air, with blood, brains, and shattered tissues trailing along.
Stunned by Jiang Cheng's formidable force, the Shi Family mber kept squeezing the trigger even after his gun was empty. Jiang Cheng took his gun, shoved the entire firearm into his mouth! The Shi mber choked, blood rushed out from his mouth, and he fell to the ground with a thud.
anwhile, the wooden stick in Jiang Cheng's hand continued flying.
One head was smashed so deeply it seed to sink into the body, another was hit on the nose, the head almost knocked off, and ultimately one had a chance, took a few steps, but Jiang Cheng waved his hand, the stick whistled through, piercing his body.
After dealing with the Shi Family mbers, Jiang Cheng unleashed his fury upon the Long Warriors.
His movents were as fast as lightning, a re flicker brought him into the midst of the Long Warriors. They were not worthy of his sword, so he casually grabbed a Long Warrior, using it as a weapon to throw, two bodies collided, shattering into pieces.
He reached for a gun, his form flickering among the crowd, Long Warriors fell one after another without the chance to react until so finally began to panic, spreading out to run.
Almost simultaneously, several nearby tanks also began firing!
Explosions had no impact on Jiang Cheng and only added to the misery of the Long Warriors around him. After a round of shelling, their remains were scattered everywhere.
Jiang Cheng had already appeared atop the tank turret.
With a light press and join of his arms, a large ball of light appeared in his hand, which he fiercely inserted into the tank! The turret exploded, bursting into flas.
He leaped again, landing beside another tank.
With a bow and an open step, Jiang Cheng forcibly overturned the tank. The Long Warriors inside panicked, crawling out from the safety hatch, greeted by bricks embedded into their bodies as though forming unique sculptures of abstract art.
A transport spacecraft was swung up by Jiang Cheng, sending another tank crashing with a loud explosion.
Jiang Cheng erged from the smoke, at that mont, he seed like a demon erging from hell!
The Shi Family mbers from Ke Planet specially invited Jiang Cheng to participate in a peace eting to eliminate him. Jiang Cheng knew it was a trap, but he willingly ca because he wanted to take this opportunity to wipe out these Shi mbers all at once.
