I’ve accepted this task.

In Tang Zhong’s hand, the epic quest had already been seized.

Instantly, everyone’s gaze focused over, completely stunned. They hadn’t expected that soone would actually accept this epic task.

And the statent was made while facing Jian Jiu.

It implied, I will accept the task, do you intend to kill ?

This was extraordinarily audacious, wasn’t it?

Jian Jiu, after hearing this, stared at Tang Zhong with a very displeased expression: "I understand what you an, fine."

Imdiately, he turned and left, his expression seemingly very calm, yet in truth, he was extrely tornted inside, wishing fervently to tear the other apart.

The others could also see Jian Jiu’s anger.

When this person appeared calm, he was truly enraged, wasn’t he?

A Ding ca up, feeling uncomfortable and said, "It’s over, this ti we’re definitely dood. What should we do?"

"This epic task is really too difficult to accomplish."

Tang Zhong said, "We’ll only know if it’s doable once we try."

Beside him, Qin Chuchu rushed over, questioning Tang Zhong. Her state was one of worry: "How can you accept this epic quest?"

"Hardly anyone can complete it."

Tang Zhong, upon hearing her words, knew she was just concerned for him, and replied, "It’s no big deal. I’m going out on a trial anyway. I need a task to complete, don’t I? If I don’t accept even this task, wouldn’t I be unable to complete the trial altogether?"

Qin Chuchu sighed when she heard this: "I understand, but better to wait three years than to go to certain death for nothing."

At this mont, another woman ca out from behind Qin Chuchu, soone Tang Zhong had seen before, it was Qing Xuan.

"Chuchu, let’s go."

Qin Chuchu, hearing this, turned back to Qing Xuan and said: "President Qing Xuan, should we let them co along and complete this task with us?"

"If it was before, maybe, but now it’s impossible. They’ve already accepted the epic task; they must complete it." Qing Xuan said.

Then she looked at Tang Zhong with regret. No doubt, Tang Zhong was a fine young man, very brave, but such bravery was not used in the right way; it was indeed a pity.

"What then?" Qin Chuchu anxiously stomped her foot.

"There’s nothing to be done; let’s go, Chuchu, we should finish the task now." Qing Xuan said, then left.

Qin Chuchu could only follow her, but before leaving, she gave Tang Zhong a glance, offering him an encouraging look.

The others around also began to leave at this ti.

All went to complete their respective tasks.

A Ding looked at Tang Zhong and said: "Yi Zhong, where should we go now?"

"Let’s go, complete the task," Tang Zhong said.

Then she looked at the task in her hand, it was a scroll, with the na of the task written at the top.

"Slay the Giant Demon Jiao."

A Great Demon Jiao was wreaking havoc in a place; they needed to complete the task and kill it.

This Great Demon Jiao’s strength was particularly formidable, much more powerful than them.

"I didn’t expect it to be slaying the Great Demon Jiao, which is a famous Great Demon in the Great Wilderness," A Ding’s voice began to tremble.

Tang Zhong, hearing this, asked: "Do you know where this Great Demon Jiao is?"

"Of course I know. This Great Demon Jiao once ca to our tribe, ate many people, and left. His thods were extrely cruel; in his true form, he reaches a height of 10 ters and can transform into a Jiao Dragon. In short, very formidable."

Tang Zhong, upon hearing this, beca interested: "Let’s go find the King of Jiao."

A Ding asked, "Are we really going?"

"Of course, we’re really going, not faking it!" Tang Zhong responded.

A Ding had no other choice but to follow behind Tang Zhong.

"But Yi Zhong, once we leave the Academy, we must take a secluded path. The people from the Star Sword Association will surely co after us," A Ding whispered.

Tang Zhong, upon hearing this, said: "If they co after us, all the better. I was just troubled about finding a way to kill that Jian Jiu."

A Ding, hearing this, thought Tang Zhong was joking. What kind of person was Jian Jiu? How could he be so easily killed?

They had already accepted the task, aning they could leave the Spring Autumn Academy. Tang Zhong walked ahead deliberately taking a secluded path, because he already sensed soone was following them.

A Ding saw Tang Zhong going the wrong way and quickly corrected him: "Yi Zhong, where are you going? You shouldn’t dawdle back there; it will get us into trouble!"

Tang Zhong did not respond.

Once they stepped out of the Academy, they entered a giant forest, dark and gloomy inside.

Tang Zhong did not stop, and A Ding had to follow, though he looked around fearfully.

He didn’t know why Yi Zhong would be here.

But after they hadn’t gone far, a sandy creek gathered, and Tang Zhong looked back at A Ding, saying, "Stop, wait for them to co."

A Ding had a foreboding feeling: "Wait for who?"

Just then several people erged from the surroundings, each wearing a cold smile. Upon close inspection, they were all from the Star Sword Association.

The ones who had been tailing Tang Zhong before were also from the Star Sword Association.

They intended to teach Tang Zhong a harsh lesson, so they followed him, just hoping for an ideal chance to act. But who expected the boy to head to a secluded place, practically giving them an opportunity?

"Were you waiting for us?"

The leader, smiling sinisterly, looked at Tang Zhong and A Ding.

It was Jian Jiu, with a cold smile on his face, as he said to Tang Zhong.

"Didn’t expect us to et so soon, did you? You were quite fierce back at the Spring Autumn Academy, let’s see if you can still be fierce now."

Jian Jiu was seething after being humiliated by Tang Zhong and had been waiting for the opportunity to kill him. He thought the chance would be hard to co by, but he hadn’t expected it to co so swiftly.

It was as if even the heavens stood on his side.

Tang Zhong laughed, looking at Jian Jiu: "Why don’t you think it’s who deliberately led you to find , Jian Jiu?"

"Intentional or not doesn’t matter. All you need to know is that you will surely die today. Under my Evil Slayer, I behead you for the Master," Jian Jiu said, drawing a glimring sword, his weapon Evil Slayer, full of murderous intent.
