940: Chapter 950: Massacre!

(Third Update) 940: Chapter 950: Massacre!

(Third Update) Very quickly, after the two Judicators relayed the ssage, they were certain—this Tang Zhong was undoubtedly the person their leaders were looking for.

At that mont, the crimson moon lood in the sky.

A red aura shrouded the entirety of Mount Collins.

And as that red aura approached the bodies of the werewolves, it was completely absorbed into them.

The Wolf King stood there with a cold sneer, his entire body flickering with luminous light!

Though his severed arm had once bled profusely, it was now steadily regenerating.

A full moon alone strengthens the werewolves’ power, let alone under the blood moon.

The Wolf King let out a feral howl, and as the crimson aura enveloped him, the blood within his body boiled violently, as though it would erupt at any mont.

His severed arm began to regenerate with the roar.

As the blood moon’s energy intensified, a new arm grew out.

Not only that, but even the scars inflicted by Tang Zhong earlier started to heal.

The red glow in his pupils beca even more nacing.

“The day I am fully restored shall be the day you die!” The Wolf King snarled at Tang Zhong with a chilling smile.

This wasn’t the most terrifying thing, though.

The horrifying part was that the werewolves Tang Zhong had already slain now appeared to glow with a murderous energy under the blood moon’s radiance, as if on the verge of reviving, and soon they stood up.

Those werewolves… had truly co back to life!

“This… How is this even possible?!” Xia Yuqing couldn’t believe what she was seeing and imdiately ran to Tang Zhong’s side.

“What should we do?”

“Leave this to !” Tang Zhong said.

“Run.

Run as fast as you can and don’t look back!”

“No way, I can’t leave you behind!” Xia Yuqing protested.

“What, do you think so little of ?

I’ll kill him, and then I’ll co find you,” Tang Zhong said with a calm smile.

“Alright then, take care of yourself!” Xia Yuqing replied and turned to leave.

She had partnered with Tang Zhong for a long ti and knew that staying would only hinder him.

“There aren’t many obstacles left on your path.

Just follow it straight ahead,” Tang Zhong said.

“Got it… But make sure you co, okay?” Xia Yuqing shouted reluctantly as she hurried away.

anwhile, the Wolf King paid Xia Yuqing no attention at all.

His focus was solely on Tang Zhong as he let out a frosty laugh.

“No matter how far she runs, she’ll never escape my grasp!”

His body further morphed.

The arm that had been severed earlier was now fully restored.

Hair sprouted from his body, denser than ever before, as he took on an even more wolf-like appearance.

The Wolf King stared at Tang Zhong, his face still twisted in lunacy.

The other werewolves, previously deceased, now stood up slowly, positioning themselves around Tang Zhong.

No longer retaining any shred of humanity, the werewolves lowered their heads, their crimson glowing eyes glinting like bloody lanterns.

Their arms hung limp, yet their forms were nightmarish, monstrous beyond asure.

Suddenly, the werewolves all howled at Tang Zhong.

The sound, unmistakably wolf-like, echoed before they dropped to the ground.

Their arms transford, and ultimately, their entire bodies morphed into true werewolves.

They howled at the blood moon in unison.

Such is the nature of werewolves—on a full moon, their latent powers explode, and they always greet the moon with reverence, as if welcoming a rebirth.

The Wolf King too was transforming, but his transformation was far more massive, his form far more robust than that of the other werewolves.

While the others had fully turned into wolves, the Wolf King retained his bipedal humanoid shape, his body carpeted in thick fur.

His claws were as sharp as Wolverine’s.

But his face?

It bore no resemblance to anything human.

It was purely that of a wolf’s head.

Gazing at Tang Zhong, the Wolf King snarled viciously.

“So, are you trembling in fear yet?

Oh, but this is far from the scariest thing.

Soon, I’ll have you quaking with terror…”

“Hahaha!” The Wolf King threw his head back in a sky-shaking howl.

The howl reverberated through the volcanic terrain, filling every crevice with its thunderous echo.

In re monts, werewolves and wolves alike began closing in from all directions, swarming over the ridges and hills.

It was as though Tang Zhong was their sole prey.

“Human, you’ve broken the laws of the werewolves.

Now, I sentence you to death!”

The Wolf King roared furiously.

“Attack!”

In an instant, all the werewolves lunged at Tang Zhong, bared fangs ready to rip him to shreds.

As the werewolves closed in, Tang Zhong let out a wry smile.

“Why is it that you never seem to learn?

Always rushing to your deaths.”

He unsheathed his Tang Sword, its gleam cold as ice.

These werewolves intended to kill him, but this ti, Tang Zhong had no plans to spare them.

Hearing his words, the Wolf King sneered icily.

“Rushing to our deaths?

Heh.

Even if you’ve reached the Martial Arts Peak, facing our entire pack of werewolves, your only fate is death!”

“Is that so?” Tang Zhong retorted with a cold smile.

Without hesitation, he drove his blade through the skull of an oncoming wolf in a single, fluid strike.

Twisting the sword violently, he flayed the creature’s flesh, then reached into its chest.

“On the night of the Blood Moon, there’s only one way to kill you werewolves—by crushing your hearts!” Tang Zhong declared as his words fell like thunder.

In his hand, a crimson heart was rcilessly crushed into a spray of blood.

“I only want to take her and leave.

Wouldn’t it have been easier to let go?

Why must you block my path?”

A werewolf leaped at him but was impaled mid-air by Tang Zhong’s blade, pinned to the ground as it howled in agony.

As its heart was pierced, its body erupted in flas.

“How… how is this possible?” the Wolf King stamred in disbelief.

Earlier, he accepted his pack’s deaths, fully confident they would resurrect under the blood moon.

But now, even with the blood moon’s power—twenty tis stronger than before—they were dying for real.

“Surprised?” Tang Zhong sneered, slaying each wolf with a swift efficiency that defied their monstrous advantage.

“Who… who are you really?” The Wolf King, his once-unshakable confidence crumbling, stared at Tang Zhong in terror.

“There’s no need for you to know that.

After all, you’re about to die,” Tang Zhong said coldly.

In this mont, Tang Zhong, with the Tang Sword in hand, seed almost divine.

The blade cleaved through werewolf after werewolf, and hearts were crushed to bloody pulp in his grasp.

The blood moon was at its full peak, yet it seed aningless under Tang Zhong’s dominance—as insignificant as weeds scythed down in a field.

His wrath was fueled by one unpardonable fact: they dared to threaten Xia Yuqing.

“Before you acted, did you even consider—she belongs to !” Tang Zhong roared furiously.

Compared to Tang Zhong, the werewolves’ savagery paled in comparison.

The Wolf King watched in sheer disbelief as his pack mbers were slaughtered.

Previously, he had been calm, knowing the full moon’s power would resurrect them.

But now, they were dying—truly dying—even under the blood moon.

“No…!” the Wolf King howled in despair.

Yet one by one, the hearts of the werewolves were crushed in Tang Zhong’s grip.

“Don’t worry.

Your turn is next.”
