Nicholas’s expression grew even grimr.
His already pale face now looked unnaturally ghastly.
For the noble Blood Clan, such a scene was absolutely unforgivable.

He reached out, attempting to block Tang Zhong’s sword.
But it was useless.
His hand was instantly chopped off and fell to the ground.
It quickly transford into sothing resembling a chicken claw.
Nicholas’s hat fell off, and his entire deanor beca feral and vicious.
The two won who were with him scread sharply at this mont.
Nicholas’s pupils turned blood-red as he opened his mouth, revealing sharp, elongated fangs, grotesque and nacing.
He roared—a sound akin to that of a zombie—echoing throughout the valley.
Within the Blood Clan, bloodlines could suppress one another.
Take Nicholas, for instance: as an Earl who had lived for countless years, his rank and seniority far outweighed those of the others around him.
The others were much weaker by comparison.
Hearing his roar, they collapsed to their knees, their expressions extrely anguished as they clutched their ears.
Nicholas then turned to his female companions and snarled, “Quiet…”
“Darling, please…
please kill that man!” A blonde female vampire in a blue princess gown clung to Nicholas.
But Nicholas, now completely unhinged, snarled, “I said shut up!”
Grabbing the woman with one hand, he sunk his fangs into her throat.
The female vampire scread hoarsely, her appearance becoming hideous.
Her body began to wither rapidly, and an aura spilled out from her and was absorbed through Nicholas’s nostrils.
“No…”
But the female vampire’s body had already shriveled entirely, resembling a tree trunk, until it turned into a blackened skeleton.
Vampires, like zombies, depend on vital essence to retain their human form, which is why they perpetually consu human blood to sustain themselves.
Now, all of her essence had been devoured by Nicholas.
After absorbing her essence, Nicholas casually tossed the vampiric skeleton to the ground.
The aura surrounding him beca even stronger.
Turning to Tang Zhong, he sneered, “Whelp, daring to challenge the noble Blood Clan—I will kill you!”
Tang Zhong watched as the arm he had severed monts ago regenerated rapidly, fully forming again.
And with the vitality he had stolen, Nicholas’s entire form also began transforming.
His head morphed into that of a bat.
Legend held that vampires were originally created when a human was bitten by a bat long ago.
Tang Zhong narrowed his eyes, calmly observing Nicholas’s transformation.
As Nicholas transford, the surrounding mbers of the Blood Clan, witnessing his tamorphosis, all dropped to their knees.
“We salute the Earl!”
Dark energy coiled around Nicholas as he emanated an ever-stronger aura of dread.
His gaze, locked onto Tang Zhong, burned with murderous intent.
“I swear that your death will be unspeakably horrific!” Nicholas hissed sinisterly.
At that mont, Nicholas stretched a hand toward Tang Zhong.
Beneath Tang Zhong’s feet, a Blood Pool suddenly erged.
The searing liquid bubbled like boiling oil.
Nicholas waved his hand, and in an instant, his body beca the epicenter of a Blood Magnetic Field, enveloping Tang Zhong in its sphere.
Narrowing his eyes sharply, Tang Zhong scanned his surroundings, now shrouded in thick blood energy.
“This isn’t good…” Tang Zhong muttered before turning to flee.
In that mont, the blood energy exploded violently.
With a deafening boom, the area within the Blood Magnetic Field ignited in nurous explosions.
Tang Zhong, unable to escape in ti, felt his blood and energy begin to surge chaotically.
On his arm, a crimson mark appeared.
“Once struck by my power, I leave a blood mark on you.
With this mark, your death is inevitable!” Nicholas laughed maniacally.
“Bloodbinding?” Tang Zhong asked.
Hearing this, Nicholas froze montarily, then erupted into laughter.
“Indeed, I’ll bleed you dry!
You amuse —where does your courage co from?
Everyone marked by has died without exception.
You’ll be the sa!”
Tang Zhong smirked coldly, standing completely still.
He extended his arm and said with amusent, “Co.
I’m right here.
Take my blood!”
The entire crowd fell silent in stunned disbelief.
No one had anticipated that a human would speak in such a manner.
Soon after, peals of laughter erupted from the Blood Clan.
“Hahaha…”
“What an absolute joke!”
“Earl, hurry and bite this fool to death already!”
Nicholas broke into a sinister laugh.
“You’re the most straightforward human I’ve ever t…
Should I take this as your surrender?”
“Isn’t that why you’re here?
Co and drink,” Tang Zhong replied, grinning.
Nicholas, hearing this clear provocation, sneered coldly, “You must have a death wish!”
The surrounding vampires chid in eagerly, “Earl, drink his blood, then let us feast on his flesh!”
“Don’t worry!” Nicholas strode forward purposefully.
Still, he remained wary of any sudden moves from Tang Zhong.
“Relax.
I won’t resist.
After all, you left your mark on —don’t overcomplicate things,” Tang Zhong said with a grin.
Nicholas inched closer, his bat-like head glaring at Tang Zhong with suspicion.
Once he got close enough and confird Tang Zhong posed no threat, he let his guard down and sneered, “Looks like your path to death is quite direct.”
“See?
I told you—no tricks.
Now go ahead, drink,” Tang Zhong prompted, raising his arm.
“Fine.
To die by my hand is an honor!” Nicholas declared, sinking his fangs into Tang Zhong’s arm.
As Nicholas’s teeth pierced his flesh, Tang Zhong felt a powerful suction, as though his body was being drained completely.
Blood flowed from Tang Zhong and into Nicholas.
Yet Tang Zhong remained calm.
Erging from his body was a vivid crimson aura.
But as it entered Nicholas, it turned into an ominous black energy.
Nicholas’s presence grew more overwhelming with each passing mont.
“Hahaha, boy, just watch how you’ll shrivel up and die soon!” Nicholas exclaid in ecstasy.
“Oh?
Is that so?” Tang Zhong said with a faint smile.
Soon, Nicholas’s triumphant expression began to falter, replaced by an inexplicable dread.
Despite consuming so much blood, Tang Zhong remained entirely unhard.
