"Brother Zhao, please turn off the surveillance. Your main task is to interrogate Gou Fei from the Axe Gang; I’ll handle this guy," Ye Lin said as she walked into the interrogation room and took a seat.
"Huh? Alright, alright."
Zhao Weipeng was initially surprised by Ye Lin’s order to turn off the surveillance. However, he quickly voiced no objections. After all, Ye Lin was the leader; her word was law.
After Zhou Weipeng left the interrogation room, Ye Lin turned her gaze to Lin Feng, who was sitting opposite her. A mischievous smile played on her lips, and her expression suggested she was in a rather good mood. "Hey, troublemaker, long ti no see!"
In response to Ye Lin’s mischievous smile, Lin Feng could only sigh in resignation. "You didn’t drag to the police station just to say this, did you?" Then he raised his hands, indicating he was still handcuffed.
"Humph, it’s been so long, and you’re still causing trouble and fighting. Are you still bullying innocent young maidens like before?"
Ye Lin shrugged, took a key from her waist, and tossed it onto the table, gesturing for Lin Feng to unlock his own handcuffs.
Lin Feng didn’t pick up the key. He scoffed, "What do you an, bullying innocent young maidens like before? I only ever bullied you. Hehe, are you implying that you’re still an innocent young maiden?"
"You’re the innocent young maiden! Your whole family are innocent young maidens!" Ye Lin pouted angrily, then gestured at the keys. "Are you so comfortable in those handcuffs that you don’t want to take them off?"
Lin Feng frowned. "Officer Ye, my hands are cuffed. How am I supposed to unlock them? I’m afraid I’ll need your help for this, hehe."
Ye Lin shot Lin Feng an annoyed glance, hesitated for a mont, then finally picked up the key and walked over to him. "Hold out your hands. Hmph, aren’t you supposed to be so capable? I give you the key, and you can’t even unlock them yourself?"
As Ye Lin bent down in front of him to unlock the handcuffs, strands of hair fell beside her cheeks. The charming sight made Lin Feng involuntarily swallow.
Am I not so aweso? Humph, don’t you know how aweso I am? Back during training, I held my own against you, even if you were a tomboy! Besides, during that mission, wasn’t it I who saved your life? Otherwise, would you still be an innocent young maiden? I doubt it.
While he thought this, Lin Feng certainly didn’t dare say it aloud. Nonsense, this was Ye Lin’s turf, after all, and he was the one currently in handcuffs. If he annoyed Ye Lin, he would be the one to suffer in the end. Lin Feng wasn’t that foolish.
Lin Feng thought for a mont, then, looking at Ye Lin’s pretty face with a relaxed and fawning expression, he teased, "Officer Ye Lin, you were wearing a long-sleeved uniform just a little while ago. Why the sudden change to a short-sleeved one? Hehe, did you dress up just for ?"
"Dream on! It was a normal change of clothes. Hmph, who are you to ? Why would I dress up for you?" Ye Lin glared at Lin Feng, then a spark of an idea lit up her eyes. She stepped back, no longer intending to unlock his handcuffs.
Lin Feng saw her smirk and had a bad feeling. He asked, "What are you doing? What are you smiling about? Hurry up and unlock my handcuffs!"
"Why should I!" Ye Lin retorted directly. "Why should I unlock them for you? Hmph, if you say sothing nice, I might consider helping..."
"Say sothing nice? Milady, what are you up to now?"
Damn it, Lin Feng thought, she doesn’t want to say sothing like ’I love you,’ does she? But then again, this girl probably wouldn’t do sothing so cheesy.
"Beg . Say sothing nice, beg , and I’ll unlock your handcuffs," Ye Lin said triumphantly.
In all the ti she had spent with Lin Feng, she had never seen him in such an embarrassing predicant, forced to beg soone. Now that she had Lin Feng handcuffed, she impulsively decided she wanted to see him make a fool of himself. Hmph, he’s usually so arrogant. I’m going to teach him a lesson now, Ye Lin thought.
"And if I don’t?"
Lin Feng saw through Ye Lin’s intentions, but he had no desire to compromise. Asking him to say nice things? That would be like asking a sow to climb a tree. And, of course, he wasn’t a sow...
"If you don’t, I won’t unlock them! You’ll just stay handcuffed!"
Ye Lin was also stubborn. Judging by her stance, she really intended to do as she said.
Lin Feng wasn’t one to be threatened. He laughed, "Don’t try to provoke . You think a single pair of handcuffs can hold ?"
"Stop bluffing. No matter what you say, if you don’t beg , I’m not unlocking those handcuffs." Ye Lin pouted. Of course, she didn’t believe Lin Feng could open the handcuffs; she had the key.
"What if I do open them?"
"Humph, stop bragging. If you really open them, you can say whatever you want."
"Hehe, if I open them, how about... you give a kiss?"
"In your dreams..." Ye Lin glared, but after a mont’s thought, she said, "If you really can open them, I suppose I can give you a hug."
Ye Lin was quite experienced. She knew Lin Feng was an Inner Strength cultivator, but based on his current cultivation, he shouldn’t be able to break the handcuffs with brute force alone. Other than that, she couldn’t think of any other way Lin Feng could open them.
"A hug? Er, that’s not tempting at all..." Lin Feng was dissatisfied with this condition.

Lin Feng smiled slyly. "If I can’t open them, you can do whatever you want with ."

But Lin Feng had already stood up. "No need. Because this handso fellow has already opened them."
He stood up, placed the handcuffs on the table, and wiggled his hands in front of Ye Lin. Indeed, he had sohow, unbeknownst to her, opened the handcuffs!
Seeing this, Ye Lin was stunned. "How did you do that?" she exclaid.
She picked up the handcuffs and examined them. They were completely intact, definitely not broken open using Inner Strength. So, how else could Lin Feng have done it?
Lin Feng asked, "Curious? Want to teach you?"
Ye Lin nodded slightly.
Lin Feng said, "I can’t just teach you for free, can I?"
"You want a tuition fee? How much?" For a police officer, being able to unlock handcuffs empty-handed was indeed a valuable skill, and it was very appealing to Ye Lin.
Lin Feng looked directly at Ye Lin and said, "Talking about tuition fees and such would make us seem too distant..."
Hearing this, Ye Lin thought to herself, isn’t this guy usually very greedy? They hadn’t seen each other for a month or two; had he actually changed his ways?
Lin Feng continued, "With our kind of friendship, talking about money sours things. I’ll teach you, and you just give a kiss in return..."
