He actually dared to disrupt my orientation party rehearsals. Li Qiuyi’s tone was understated, but she was actually lodging a formal complaint, portraying Lin Feng as arrogant and unruly, and urging Director Chen to find a way to discipline him. Typically, if an associate professor complained about a student, the departnt head would take it seriously. At the very least, they would investigate the matter and then give the student who offended the professor a verbal warning or even a formal derit.
After all, an associate professor’s status was not insignificant, and Li Qiuyi also knew it wouldn’t be appropriate to speak too harshly to Chen Chuanfeng.
Lin Feng heard Li Qiuyi’s complaint clearly. He had only seen Director Chen of the School of Business Administration from a distance during the opening ceremony and had no personal connection with him. He was curious: how would Director Chen react to Li Qiuyi’s accusation? Would he conduct a fair investigation to ascertain the truth, or would he defer to Li Qiuyi and simply tell Lin Feng to get lost?

A complex expression crossed Chen Chuanfeng’s face upon hearing Li Qiuyi’s complaints. It seems this kid the mayor wants to pay special attention to isn’t exactly low-key, he mused. He’s already managed to provoke an associate professor?
After a long, speechless mont, Chen Chuanfeng managed to suppress his irritation and asked, "So, Professor Li, what do you think my view on this should be?"
Chen Chuanfeng’s question was ostensibly to probe Li Qiuyi’s intentions, but it also carried a hint of his annoyance at her complaint. Listening to her, it’s clear she wants to prejudge Lin Feng’s situation and expects to just handle him based on her say-so! I’m a departnt head, for crying out loud! Since when does a professor from the Art Departnt get to tell what to do? Of course, if he hadn’t known beforehand that Lin Feng was a student the mayor was interested in, he wouldn’t have been quite so incensed.
Li Qiuyi, however, was oblivious to Chen Chuanfeng’s inner thoughts. She assud he was rely asking for her recomndation on how to handle the matter. With a smile, she stated with great composure, "For a troublemaker like this who flouts the rules, I believe it’s essential to give him a significant warning. If he’s rely given a major derit, he might not realize the full extent of his wrongdoing. I suggest that, at the very least, he should be put on probation."
To increase the intimidating effect, Li Qiuyi deliberately raised her voice towards the end of her sentence, ensuring the surrounding students could hear her clearly.
Her words stunned the students present. After a silence of several seconds, the room erupted into hushed, anxious discussions.
"Damn, this woman is vicious! A derit isn’t enough for her; that reckless kid is done for now..."
"Yeah! He looks like a freshman, right? If he’s put on probation, skipping just one class would probably be enough reason to get him expelled!"
"Poor guy! Thank goodness I wasn’t rash enough to provoke that viper, Li. That woman is truly sinister!"
"That’s what you get for sticking your neck out... sigh!"
This ti, however, the students making snide remarks noticeably lowered their voices. Everyone knew Li Qiuyi was ruthless, but they hadn’t imagined she could be this harsh—threatening to put a student on probation for a re altercation. This was a major punishnt, close to expulsion, equivalent to three major derits directly. If the punishnt were actually implented, Lin Feng’s future would be effectively ruined!
Even Lin Feng himself couldn’t help but frown. He wasn’t exactly a model student, but his record at Jiangzhou No. 1 Middle School was spotless; he’d never received a single derit. This Li Qiuyi... she’s trying to finish off in one fell swoop. Damn, she’s vicious...
Su Zi and Ning Aoxue stared at Lin Feng anxiously, worried that this setback might cause him to lose control and do sothing rash.
Su Zi looked at Lin Feng and said in a low voice, "Lin Feng, don’t worry. I saw everything. Even if you do get penalized, I have ways to get it overturned!"
Hearing Su Zi’s words, Ning Aoxue felt an inexplicable pang. A’zi is treating Lin Feng better and better. Has she really fallen for him? If that’s the case, then... then what should I do...

Su Zi smiled and nodded. "If she really tries to ss with you, then of course you can ss with her right back..."
Listening to the two miscreants conversing, Ning Aoxue was left speechless. What normal students sche about dealing with a professor like this? After spending so much ti with Lin Feng and Su Zi, Ning Aoxue began to wonder if she was even a good student herself.
Upon hearing Li Qiuyi’s words, Chen Chuanfeng imdiately started cursing inwardly. Damn it, Li Qiuyi, you Old Hag! The mayor asked to look after this student, and you want to put him on probation?!
"Li Qiuyi, who do you think you are, deciding who gets punished? Do you think Jiangzhou University is your private property?!"
Without offering any further explanation, Chen Chuanfeng berated Li Qiuyi harshly and then slamd the phone down.
Hearing the dial tone buzzing from the receiver, Li Qiuyi felt her heart plumt into an endless abyss...
