Ning Aoxue was very angry.
She rushed in after hearing Su Zi’s cry of surprise, just in ti to see Lin Feng half-embracing Su Zi.
Su Zi was weeping with her brows furrowed, the right shoulder of her sweater torn in a long slit, looking quite a ss.

Could it be that I misunderstood? Hearing Su Zi’s bold declaration, Ning Aoxue rembered that Su Zi was definitely not the type of girl to cry over a small grievance; she was much tougher than herself.
Su Zi doesn’t look at all like soone who’s been taken advantage of. And neither Lin Feng nor Su Zi shows any sign of discomfort or unease. It seems like... nothing embarrassing happened at all. What’s wrong with ? Why did I suspect Lin Feng did sothing terrible to Su Zi based on just one scream?
Ning Aoxue felt her pretty face instantly flush, burning hot.
"Then... what actually happened just now? You seed like... you were crying?" Ning Aoxue felt too embarrassed to look at Lin Feng again and asked Su Zi in a low voice.
"What could have happened..." Su Zi said, her expression calm. "I just ca out of the restroom and accidentally twisted my ankle. It hurt terribly. Lin Feng happened to pass by and helped up, that’s all..."
Is that all? Ning Aoxue felt things weren’t that simple. "You went to the restroom, so why would Lin Feng follow you?"
"Miss Ning, it’s a unisex restroom, okay! What’s the problem with Lin Feng and going to the restroom together?" Su Zi rolled her eyes dramatically and retorted with dissatisfaction, "Surely you don’t think that this young lady was intentionally seducing Lin Feng?"
Of course, Su Zi didn’t tell Ning Aoxue directly. The truth was, she wanted to uncover Lin Feng’s secret identity, so she had followed him into the restroom behind Ning Aoxue’s back.

"Then why did you say earlier that Lin Feng made you like this?" Ning Aoxue complained. If it weren’t for Su Zi’s ambiguous remark, I wouldn’t have concluded that Lin Feng had done sothing beastly.
"He’s always bragging about how skilled he is, but he couldn’t even help this young lady up properly and still let injure my foot. How can I not bla him for that?" Su Zi said, as if it were perfectly logical, leaving Ning Aoxue speechless once more.
At the ntion of her foot injury, Su Zi’s attention finally focused on her injured ankle. She felt intense, burning pain, causing cold sweat to instantly bead on her forehead.
"My foot... it hurts so much..." Su Zi’s face turned pale, and she gasped, sucking in a sharp breath.
Ning Aoxue glanced at Su Zi’s injured left ankle. She saw that Su Zi’s normally fair and delicate ankle, usually in high heels, was now swollen as red as a radish. Ning Aoxue instantly grew tense. Her expression sowhat flustered, she looked at the only man present and pleaded, "Lin Feng, quickly, help take Su Zi to the hospital!"
Hearing this, Lin Feng walked closer, a cigarette dangling from the corner of his mouth, still wearing that playful, cheeky grin. He looked at Ning Aoxue and asked, "So, you don’t suspect I’m a beast anymore?"
"What are you talking about!" Ning Aoxue’s face burned, and she felt both ashad and annoyed. She could only pretend not to understand Lin Feng’s question. "Let’s just get A’zi to the hospital first!"
Lin Feng cradled Su Zi’s slender waist with one hand, almost lifting her entire body, and placed her onto an office chair in the makeup room. Su Zi was already drenched in cold sweat from the pain, her eyes tightly shut, her face pale.
"I’ll ask Su Zi for her opinion," Lin Feng said, disregarding Ning Aoxue’s skepticism. He squatted down, placed his right hand on Su Zi’s left lower leg, and channeled a trace of Inner Strength to temporarily block her pain receptors. Then, he gently asked, "Su Zi, do you want to treat you?"
