Under his nearly forceful impact, Lin Chen's Dantian now seed like a small clear pool, where Spiritual Energy flowed gently, albeit sparse.

Lin Chen wiped the sweat from his forehead, feeling the fullness in his Dantian, causing a slight sense of contentnt. He clenched his fist; although gathering Spiritual Energy to his fist was slow, it was at least a promising sign.
"This should be the first realm of Spirit Refinent cultivation." Lin Chen said with a light laugh, finally, he crossed the threshold.
He stretched lazily and got up from the ground, unknowingly having cultivated all night, yet strangely, he didn't feel any fatigue, rather he felt energetic.
Bang! The bamboo door outside the building was kicked open.
