She tilted her head back and drank a few more sips of alcohol.
An Ran’s brain was already a bit dizzy from drinking.
She clearly knew how dangerous it was to be drunk alone.
But she just didn’t dare to call anyone to accompany her.
She was afraid,
Afraid of letting others know that she had fallen in love with her cousin...
Her feelings were a complex mix, yet she could only swallow all her bitterness alone.
It was only five o’clock in the afternoon, not dinner ti yet, and the restaurant was pitifully empty.
At the table opposite, sat two n who looked like thugs.
They glanced over at An Ran and muttered sothing.
Then, they walked over toward An Ran.
"Hey little girl, drinking alone?"
An Ran raised her misty eyes to look but didn’t respond and continued pouring herself another drink.
Across from her, the other man grinned evilly, "Heartbroken, huh? It’s so lonely drinking alone. Mind if we keep you company?"
An Ran slamd her glass down and slowly raised her eyes, "Go away."
"Don’t be so harsh." One of them, a chubby man with a little braid, plopped down beside An Ran, "Drinking alone is no fun, let us join you."
An Ran’s patience seed to explode to its limits.
She hated having any guys other than her cousin get so close to her!
An Ran suddenly stood up, "Please move aside, I’m leaving."
Seeing An Ran angry, the braided man grinned even wider, "What if I just won’t let you?"
As soon as he finished speaking, An Ran picked up her glass and poured it right over the man’s head.
"Ah!" The man scread as his hair was instantly soaked with alcohol, yelling as he jumped up.
The other man quickly pulled out so tissues and handed them over, "Are you okay?"
How could he be okay?
The chubby man’s hair was now drenched, with liquid streaming into his clothes, and he looked utterly disheveled.
Furious with embarrassnt, he shouted, "You ungrateful brat, you won’t drink to toast but you’ll drink to insult, huh?"
With that, he tugged at An Ran who was trying to run away, "Co with !"
This was a public place.
Though sparsely populated, it wasn’t completely empty.
How dare they just drag her away like that?
An Ran’s body had no strength, her face was dizzy from alcohol, but she remained conscious.
She struggled to free herself, "Let go of ! Help!"
The eyes of the people around focused on them.
The chubby man, however, smiled at the onlookers, "Don’t mind us, she’s my girlfriend. She’s had too much to drink, I’m taking her ho."
"You’re lying, I don’t know you at all!"
An Ran struggled vigorously, suddenly recalling sothing she read online.
In such a situation, you should try to damage surrounding property.
Smash strangers’ phones or similar items on the ground, so they wouldn’t easily let you go.
This would give you more chances to escape, and you could compensate afterward.
But... she was being held tightly by the chubby man and had no chance to do any of that!
The chubby man turned to An Ran, "Honey, stop making a fuss. I know you’re still mad at . I’ll kneel on a washboard when we get ho, okay?"
Who’s his honey?
An Ran felt like her lungs were about to explode with fury.
Yet, the chubby man continued to drag her, and when he turned again, he collided with soone.
Looking up, he saw an extrely handso man, glaring down at him.
The area above his nose seed to cast a gray shadow, so nacing it seed it might obliterate everything around him in an instant.
