What’s with these people?
Why do they act like they’ve eaten shit the mont they see her?!
"Mommy, you said we’d get to see Sumr today, that’s the only reason we ca back... Where’s Sumr then?" Two girls in school uniforms were clearly upset. "You couldn’t get tickets and still lied to us!"
"Exactly! This is just wasting our ti."
They were studying in the neighboring city, making it hard to co back, and they even had classes in the afternoon, needing to catch the high-speed train back.
And what happened? They didn’t get to see their idol at all.
The two mothers were embarrassed to the extre and rushed to comfort their daughters. "Sweethearts, Mommy didn’t know it would turn out like this... and didn’t you still get to see a big celebrity? Qianmo right there! She’s acted in so many dramas!"
The girls responded in unison, "We only want to see Sumr!"
Qiao Qianmo’s face turned even darker, clenching her fists tightly.
If she didn’t have to maintain her image, she really wanted to go up and slap those two girls.

How is she any worse than Sumr?!

There was a loud bang as the door slamd shut.
Susan turned to glance at Qiao Qianmo.
Qiao Qianmo’s eyes were already brimming with tears.
"Oh no, Momo, don’t cry!" Susan quickly stepped forward, wiping Qiao Qianmo’s tears.
"What do they an...? What’s all this about only wanting to see Sumr? Isn’t this slapping in the face in front of everyone? My popularity is clearly stronger than Sumr’s. Who do they think they are to belittle like this?" Qiao Qianmo sobbed so hard she could barely speak.
It’s like they were saying she couldn’t compare to Sumr—they were driving her insane.
Susan felt incredibly indignant for Qiao Qianmo.
On top of that, her goddaughter’s first act after returning to the country was to show up here and support her, yet those idiot neighbors didn’t appreciate it!
Really, if Xia Xiyan had shown up, Momo wouldn’t have had to endure such humiliation!
