Now reading: Chapter 456 - 456 0457 Fierce Battle from Supernatural Insight Eyes, a Urban novel by Rebirth in One Thought.

456: 0457 Fierce Battle 456: 0457 Fierce Battle Jiu Zang’s Locking Dragon Hand was enough to restrain a large elephant.

He believed that using this move against Ye Qiu was sufficient.

However, his idea was instantly shattered.

Ye Qiu broke free and suddenly pressed forward with such montum that it filled him with a sense of terror.

“He has hidden his strength!”

Jiu Zang’s face darkened.

According to what he had previously learned from Fujikawa Ueno, Ye Qiu’s strength had yet to reach the peak of the late True Qi stage.

But the scene before him clearly showed that Ye Qiu was now standing at the pinnacle.

Fujikawa Ueno was like a duck suddenly choked by the neck, unable to make a sound.

In just a few months, Ye Qiu’s strength had already equaled his own, standing in the sa realm.

How could he not be horrified?

A few months earlier, dealing with Ye Qiu was not difficult for him.

It had even been easy to cope with, and had it not been for the mysterious person who appeared, he wouldn’t have been so miserably forced to escape.

With Ye Qiu’s strength at that ti, he could not have made him suffer so.

And yet, this person, who was looked down upon as a minor character before, now had strength equal to or even greater than his!

Ye Qiu’s expression was calm as still water, but his aura was terrifying.

Even weak Martial Artists at the True Qi stage couldn’t withstand it; those below the True Qi stage retreated one after another.

Whether it was Lan Bing, ng Chong, or the mbers of the Ten Owls, their views of Ye Qiu were now filled with shock.

“Has he touched the gates of that realm?” soone murmured.

The expressions of Huangfu Jun, Feng Jian, and Li Futu from the Ten Owls turned rather grave.

Based solely on Ye Qiu’s current performance, they could attest that his strength was likely formidable.

ng Pengxiao stopped jeering.

He thought that if he were facing the Locking Dragon Hand, he probably wouldn’t be able to break free.

This also ant that Ye Qiu was stronger than him.

ng Pengxiao’s heart was filled with unwillingness to accept this fact.

After a long mont, he finally spoke, “Even if you broke free, so what?

Jiu Zang surely hasn’t made his real move yet.

Ye Qiu, you are no match for him.

You should be stepped on by others.”

The gazes around him ant little to Ye Qiu.

He looked indifferently at Jiu Zang.

This young man from the island nation was indeed soone worth taking seriously, both in realm and martial arts skills, not seeming like a young Martial Artist at all, but rather like an old warrior.

“Bringing soone who fled in disgrace to try to regain face, you must have miscalculated,” Ye Qiu said sharply, cutting through the air but making Fujikawa Ueno feel excruciatingly awkward inside.

Ye Qiu deliberately mocked him, causing his face to burn.

Yet, Fujikawa Ueno still suppressed his rage, forced out a cold smirk, and denied ever entering China to assassinate a Martial Artist.

Instead, he asserted, “Don’t be arrogant.

Master Jiu Zang can kill you as easily as slaughtering a chicken.”

Ye Qiu’s gaze settled coldly on Fujikawa Ueno for several seconds before saying, “If you want revenge, I accept your challenge.

Unless you don’t want to die…”

“As for whether he can kill as easily as you say, you will find out soon.” Ye Qiu replied indifferently, silencing Fujikawa Ueno who then snorted coldly twice, “Good, let’s see how you withstand Master Jiu Zang’s attacks.”

Ye Qiu no longer looked at Fujikawa Ueno, focusing all his attention on Jiu Zang who was opposite him.

Since he had co here to accept the challenge, he had no intention of returning defeated.

And since Jiu Zang had just tried to kill him, Ye Qiu would not show rcy, likewise bursting with killing intent.

Both n moved at the sa ti.

In the next exchange, a whirl of sand and stones flew around them, and the dust raised by the fluctuations in power filled the air, blinding the eyes.

Only the masters were unaffected, their gaze fixed on the two combatants.

Soon, Jiu Zang made another move.

His teacher, Gushan Baiyi, had imparted to him true skills, and combined with his own remarkable talent, making him a prodigy in Japan once in a century.

His martial skills included not only Japanese judo and aikido but also had incorporated taekwondo, fighting, sanda, and Chinese martial arts; each move packed with astonishing power.

When touched, it was like thunder exploding, and even martial artists at the True Qi level found it unbearable.

Faced with a variety of attacks, Ye Qiu did not retreat but confronted every attack head-on.

Their punches and kicks shattered the air, causing the surrounding crowd to continually disperse.

“How could Ye Qiu beco so strong?” Fang Yizhou was dumbfounded.

Although he ranked ninth, ahead of Ye Qiu, in the hierarchy of the “Ten Owls”, he now felt humiliated.

The strength exhibited by Ye Qiu, he admitted, was not sothing he could easily handle.

Previously, he sowhat agreed with ng Pengxiao’s mockery of Ye Qiu, but now, he no longer agreed with ng Pengxiao’s views.

Ye Qiu’s strength had grown trendously compared to the previous challenge!

“He has grown to such an extent, perhaps he can even contend for the title of the Chief Owl,” Lei Ting Feng Jian spoke up, causing Li Futu nearby to shudder.

Even Feng Jian was taking Ye Qiu seriously, which ant Ye Qiu was truly formidable.

At this mont, Li Futu recalled the news that had erupted in the underworld previously, about Ye Qiu killing an SSS-ranked mutant beastman.

It was likely indeed Ye Qiu himself who had killed it, not relying on so mysterious master.

Many people now thought of this matter, their faces transitioning from astonishnt to shock and then to numbness.

So of them had already acknowledged Ye Qiu in their hearts.

Even Chen Yifeng and Mister Jin, among other martial artists, began to express their admiration.

Ye Qiu was probably the most prominent young martial artist in the martial arts world this year.

As the two continued their intense battle, it seed impossible to determine the winner for the ti being.

Both their strengths and montum kept escalating, each wave stronger than the last.

By this point in the battle, Ye Qiu’s strength had exceeded all predictions.

Despite using a great deal of his skills and even unleashing his nine-layer strength, he still could not defeat Ye Qiu.

Jiu Zang’s expression grew serious, and he began to reassess Ye Qiu, his equally young opponent.

“Since reaching the pinnacle of the True Qi level three years ago, I haven’t used my full strength, but Ye Qiu, you are the first opponent worthy of my full power,” Jiu Zang stated, stepping back after his attack, his face gradually turning solemn.

The air moved without wind, suddenly becoming still, as if even ti slowed down under Jiu Zang’s movent.

Jiu Zang’s eyes flickered slightly, and his figure disappeared unbeknownst to when.

By the ti everyone clearly perceived Jiu Zang’s actions, his fist had already landed on Ye Qiu’s body.

Boom!

A burst of white light, like an exploding sun, shone so brightly that people couldn’t open their eyes.

This punch, containing all of Jiu Zang’s strength, converged into his strongest strike.

Its power was such that it could likely even shatter an armored vehicle clad in iron.

And yet, such a powerful fist now hit Ye Qiu right on the heart.

Jiu Zang’s mouth curved up slightly, the strike hitting Ye Qiu’s critical spot.

Ye Qiu did not move, his body stiffening right there.

Despite the appearance of little damage to his skin, the internal damage to his body was fatal.

At such close range, and a direct hit at that, Ye Qiu’s internal organs were likely all shattered.

“I told you that you would definitely be the one to die!” Jiu Zang revealed a hint of triumph while also feeling a sense of relief deep inside.
