As Wang Xiaoqiang stood at the altar in the City of Heavenly Pride, accepting the homage of a hundred emperors and becoming the uncrowned king of the Immortal Realm, a man of immortal deanor, around forty years old, silently descended outside the city.
Though this person appeared as an esteed grandmaster, his expression was anything but benevolent, marked by a deep solemnity and malice.
He was the brother of that Ghost Immortal—Sky Obscuring Lord.
When the Ghost Immortal was killed by Wang Xiaoqiang, Sky Obscuring Lord, dwelling in the Biluo Realm, imdiately knew of it. At that mont, he was both furious and anxious, wishing desperately to descend to avenge his brother. However, he was in the middle of a trial mission under sect orders, stipulating that no disciple could leave midway during the trial.
Moreover, there was another concern: Immortals from the Upper Realm couldn't interfere in Lower Realm affairs. The Biluo Realm is a higher plane than the Immortal Realm, thus if Sky Obscuring Lord rashly descended to avenge his brother, he would face punishnt from his sect and celestial retribution.

He first investigated and discovered Wang Xiaoqiang was the one who killed his brother, then ca to find Wang Xiaoqiang. Unfortunately, when he arrived, Wang Xiaoqiang had already moved into the City of Heavenly Pride, being worshipped and enjoying the supre glory of the Immortal Realm.
"City of Heavenly Pride, huh! Quite the statent, Wang Xiaoqiang, today I will bring down the entire city with you." Sky Obscuring Lord looked at the inscription "City of Heavenly Pride" on the tower, waved his hand, and suddenly the liquid form of his Immortal Qi surged forth, striking the city tower.
"Boom!!"
The mass of liquid Immortal Qi hit the city tower, causing a loud boom, but only blew open a large hole in it and did not destroy the entire city.
The two soldiers guarding the gate, upon seeing a Daluo Golden Immortal, were so frightened their souls scattered, shrinking inside the city not daring to show themselves, and took out communication talismans to report and notify.
A Daluo Golden Immortal can eliminate a city with a snap of fingers, theoretically this liquid Immortal Qi should have destroyed the entire City of Heavenly Pride, but only opened a hole.
"Hmm? What's going on?"

With a loud blast, the city gate shattered into dust.
Just as Sky Obscuring Lord broke in, stepping into the City of Heavenly Pride, two Immortal Palanquins descended from different directions.
A voice from one of the palanquins rang out "Who dares to destroy the gates of the City of Heavenly Pride?!"
His sharp sight, upon entering, surveyed the layout of the city, identifying it as a maze. No matter how high his cultivation base, he feared mazes, hence paused his steps; hearing reprimands from behind, he turned back to see the palanquins, eyes gleaming coldly.
At this mont, two won descended from one of the palanquins, noble in appearance, sowhat similar-looking—they were Lotus Princess and Princess Hua Shao, mother and daughter.
Descending from another palanquin were an old man and a bright woman—Jin Futu and Jin Qiaoqiao, father and daughter.
The arrival of these four at the sa mont could only be labeled as tily or fate cruel.
On descending, all four scrutinized the instigator's cultivation, realizing imdiately; their hearts surged with shock waves—not only Princess Hua Shao and Jin Qiaoqiao, but even the calm Lotus Princess and Jin Futu couldn't help but change their countenance.
Before them stood a clear Daluo Golden Immortal.
They could face Immortal Emperors without fear.
But they feared Daluo Golden Immortals.
A Daluo Golden Immortal could eliminate them with a re gesture.
"Who just reprimanded ?" With a sweep of his Divine Sense, Sky Obscuring Lord unleashed a grand aura, crushing upon them; relatively weaker Jin Futu and Princess Hua Shao were rendered immobile, Jin Qiaoqiao and Lotus Princess found even simple movents difficult.
Jin Qiaoqiao, who just berated him, instinctively covered her mouth, eyes filled with terror.
The four individuals gazed at him as if seeing a demon, faces full of fright, unable to utter a word.

"To take Wang Xiaoqiang's miserable life." Sky Obscuring Lord replied, tone indifferent, as if stating a mundane fact.
"Then kill !" Jin Qiaoqiao, without hesitation, imdiately spoke.
Sky Obscuring Lord paused, realizing she might be deeply connected to Wang Xiaoqiang, pointed a finger, directing a liquid Immortal Qi at Jin Qiaoqiao's left arm.
Boom!
With a burst, Jin Qiaoqiao's jade arm exploded into mist of blood.
The once radiantly beautiful Jin Qiaoqiao instantly transford into "Venus." Her face quickly turned as pale as paper, full of pain; yet she didn't utter a sound.
"Ah, I'll fight you!" Jin Futu shouted furiously, yet couldn't move a step.
"Hmph!" Sky Obscuring Lord glanced at Jin Futu, snorted coldly, ignoring him.
He couldn't commit excessive slaughter, or celestial retribution would beco more severe.
"Lead inside." Sky Obscuring Lord's gaze fixed on Princess Hua Shao. With his insight, he'd already discerned she should also be closely connected to Wang Xiaoqiang.
"Never!" Princess Hua Shao replied without the slightest hesitation, spitting out two words.
"Hm, good!" Sky Obscuring Lord similarly pointed at Princess Hua Shao's right arm; liquid Immortal Qi surged forth.
Boom!
With a burst, Princess Hua Shao's right arm shattered into a mist of blood.
"Ah…" Princess Hua Shao cried out in pain "have the guts to kill !"
"What use is killing you? With you here, Wang Xiaoqiang will naturally co out." Sky Obscuring Lord smirked sinisterly.
His gaze then shifted to Lotus Princess, who coldly said "Don't waste your ti; we are not leading the way. Feel free to kill if you wish."
"Wang Xiaoqiang truly is formidable, to earn such loyal devotion from so many." Sky Obscuring Lord pointed to a leg beneath Lotus Princess's dress.
At this mont, a voice sounded "Stop."
Accompanied by this voice, a golden spear shot forth from within the city gates, aid at Sky Obscuring Lord's outstretched hand.
