The first round is the Territory City Elimination Tournant.

The second round is the Realm Capital Elimination Tournant.
The Realm Capital Elimination Tournant is divided into several stages. Through these stages, nine hundred of the one thousand winners from the Top Ten Domains are eliminated, leaving one hundred to participate in the third round.
The third round is the Promotion Tournant.
