Wang Xiaoqiang stepped out of the health clinic and was approaching the main road by Aunt Big Mouth's Supermarket when he saw her waving at him from a distance, signaling for him to co over and talk.

Driver Li Gang then took out the bags of snacks he had bought, one big pack and started handing out candies to the kids.
