What realm could be achieved by using the Beast Race's Body Training Skill to cultivate one's Physical Body?
With such a novel idea in mind, Wang Xiaoqiang briefly studied this "Divine Demon Body Refinent" and discovered that this Body Training Skill of the Beast Race was very different from their Five Spirit Sect's Body Training Skills.
The Five Spirit Sect's Body Training Skill consists of six types, these six types respectively correspond to the six levels of the Flesh Body Realm, "Turtle Skin Technique" corresponds to the Tough Skin Realm, "Barbaric Bear at Palm" corresponds to the Tempered Flesh Realm, "Divine Leopard Muscle-Crushing Force" corresponds to the Muscle Refining Realm, and so on.
The classifications of Body Refinent Realms in the Beast Race were not clearly explained in "Divine Demon Body Refinent," and the stages were quite vague.
The most obvious sign is that at the beginning of Body Refinent, a layer of horn-like mbrane appears beneath the surface of the skin, incredibly tough and able to withstand external forces.
As the mbrane layer thickens, a "Qi Cocoon" will start to form inside the body.
The so-called Qi Cocoon is a manifestation of "Cocoon" within the body, similar to calluses on the surface of the skin.
The Qi Cocoon has many marvelous uses.

When the body is hard, the Qi Cocoon can not only defend but also rapidly distribute the dicinal strength to help heal the injury.
In cultivation, Qi Cocoons will continuously grow, reach a saturation state inside the body, break through the acupuncture points all over the body, erge on the surface, and form an invisible "Qi Shield" surrounding the body, providing protection!

What's even more miraculous is that the Body Refining Technique of the Innate Creatures consisted solely of "Divine Demon Body Refinent." It was clearly written that no matter how formidable the physical body of these Innate Creatures was, even those that had surpassed the Divine Core to beco Beast Gods, they had achieved it through this "Divine Demon Body Refinent."

The hinterlands of the mountains were the Trial Arena for Inner Sect Disciples, packed with dangerous beasts ranging from the third to the eighth level. It was forbidden for Outer Sect Disciples. Of course, if an Entry-Level Disciple felt tired of living, he could sneak in alone.
The central area was the Trial Arena for Elite Disciples, and for an Outer Sect Disciple to go there ant certain death.
As for using Demon Barbarian blood for dicinal baths, it was Wang Xiaoqiang's first ti hearing about it. However, this thod was also fraught with danger, as acquiring Demon Barbarian blood ant killing them, essentially no different from slaying them to harvest Demon Crystals.
