Ember, however, just chuckled and nodded at her sister.
Rune nodded back and continued to keep her eye on the commanders who were going after Ember while she followed them, just in case sothing went wrong.
These commanders were carrying a prism-shaped artifact that they called Chains of Soul.
While Rune wasn't worried about their strength, both these worlds were supported by their Factions, Factions that originated from High-Level Worlds, because of that, they possessed artifacts she and her sisters had never seen or heard about before.
Even Velcria possessed a few artifacts whose functions surprised them, and since these artifacts were created by Higher-Level Worlds, so were made for beings on Primordial or even Transcendent Levels. It was extrely difficult, if not outright impossible, to counter them.
Of course, the Factions usually didn't give such strong artifacts to Low-Level Worlds, but Rune was still worried.
Rune wanted to know what the enemy was planning; however, knowing that she couldn't do that herself, she decided to call her ally.
An ally that even she, one of the strongest Sovereigns amongst her sisters, was currently intimidated by.
"Their abilities are broken!
Rune thought inwardly as she glanced in the direction of her sister.
Yes, it was a war. It was Ember's playing field. The place where she shined the brightest.
But...
Ember wasn't the only being who thrived in wars or in group battles.
There was soone else.
lia Leander.
At first, it wasn't a big deal. lia, just like her sisters, was attacking enemy Sovereigns and was actually at quite a disadvantage. If it weren't for Ember's Law strengthening her, she might have even lost, but...
The Vampire won.
And it didn't end there.
After she won, her blood moved inside the enemy she had killed, turning him into her puppet.
Now, lia was as strong as two Sovereigns. She and her puppet then attacked another Sovereign. This ti, the battle was much simpler and quicker.
Now, lia had two undead Sovereigns under her control.
Then the number increased to three, four, six, ten....
Of course, all this ti, she didn't ignore the Protector-level soldiers either. There were about 100 of them under her control, and the number continued to increase even further.
As more ti passed, the amount of blood all around the battlefield continued to rise as the soldiers killed each other without rcy. The cruelty of a battlefield was visible for all to see, and in this cruelty, amongst all this blood,
The Blood Sovereign got stronger.
Right now, the Vampire was taking on 5000 soldiers, an entire Unit of the Tandris Army, on her own. One had to know, more than 1000 of these soldiers were Sovereigns, just like her.
The woman had created her domain of Blood, a domain where blood flowed, not just on the ground, but hovered in the air as well. The blood was under the Vampire's complete control, doing everything she wanted it to.
With her at the center, this woman could control all the blood 10 km away from her, effectively covering more than 300 square kiloters of area. And this area that was under her control,
It was hell for her enemies.
Blood flowed in the air, ready to pierce through their bodies any ti the Blood Sovereign desired, making it absurdly difficult to close the distance between them and the one controlling the blood.
It was a nightmare.
A nightmare the Tandris soldiers couldn't wake up from.
"What is this!? What is this monster!? Are we sure she is only a Sovereign!?"
The Unit Commander couldn't believe his eyes.
His soldiers were being killed at a rate he never even thought was possible. Knowing that he could not let this continue for long because the longer he waited, the more soldiers he would lose, strengthening the enemy's 'undead army' instead, the
Commander decided to move.
Four hundred of his best n. all Sovereigns. were selected to be an Elite Battalion.
This Battalion was to move and finish the enemy once and for all.
It was a simple plan. While the rest of his soldiers took on the blood puppets under this woman's control, his Elite Battalion would take on this woman.
How could a single Sovereign, no matter how strong, take on 400 Sovereigns all on her own?
Heck, the commander even ordered the injured soldiers to act as living shields, protecting the Sovereigns as they moved toward lia.
It had essentially turned into a 1 vs. 400.
And soon, lia was overwheld by her enemies.
As strong as she was, she was quickly surrounded until finally, one of the Sovereigns
was able to slice her arm.
"Yes!"
The mont he saw that, the commander's eyes brightened up.
"Don't let her run away, end it here!
Let her pay the price for killing our comrades!
Kill her!"
He commanded, his excited voice resounding throughout the battlefield, but then,
Sothing happened.
Whoosh Whoosh Whoosh
The blood flowing in the air entered lia's body. Her severed arm that had fallen on the ground turned into a pile of blood, and an entirely new arm regrew in its stead.
What's worse?
All of this happened in milliseconds. It was so fast that one couldn't even tell that her arm had been sliced off. And as if knowing that this would happen, lia, who had never stopped her attacks, continued moving and killed the Sovereign who had attacked her, along with a few others.
And this didn't just happen once. Every ti the enemy Sovereigns were able to land a successful hit and injure her to so extent, the woman regenerated back to full
health that very instant.
It didn't matter if they cut off her arms, legs, or even her head; the blood flowing in the
air moved into her body and regenerated her. Even cutting her into half or piercing
her heart didn't work.
As long as there was enough blood, she was an immortal.
An Absolute.
And on the battlefield....
The only thing that was in abundance was this blood.
Let alone 400, she could face any number of Sovereigns since she could never die in
the first place.
"W-What in the hell is she...?"
The enemy commander couldn't believe it.
With Ember's Law that had strengthened her, combined with her own ability that pretty much turned her into an immortal with rivers of blood flowing around her,
lia faced 400 Sovereigns on her own.
The blood around her obeyed her every command, bounding, blinding, and attacking
the enemy. It even ford shields that protected her from enemy attacks, and every ti she was hurt, the blood entered her body and healed her back to full health.
Whatever the enemies did, it was all useless.
The so-called 'Elite Battalion' looked like a bunch of moths rushing towards the
flas, dying in the process.
And what's worse?
All these Sovereigns were turning into lia's puppets, making her even stronger than
before.
The commander, who realized that, widened his eyes in horror.
"This works even on Sovereigns!?"
He, however, didn't have too much ti to think.
"All units-advance!
Don't stop! We take her down now, or we all die here!
MOVE! MOVE!
Leave the puppets behind!"
He ordered.
If 400 Sovereigns were not enough, he would attack with more than 1,000 Sovereigns.
He would use the strength of his entire Unit to take down this monster!
As for the puppets his soldiers were facing? It didn't matter. They needed to leave
them behind. The puppets would fall once the master fell.
Yes, this thod would increase the number of casualties, but they didn't have
another answer.
They needed to kill this monster as soon as possible.
It was all useless.
400 or 1,000, to the current lia surrounded with so much blood, it didn't matter.
She was undefeatable.
The Commander and his Unit were absolutely helpless.
Their fate was decided the instant lia had appeared in front of them, and it was to
die at her hands and turn into her puppets, aiding her as she grew her 'army' and took down more enemy Units, growing her influence in the War.

A being that even Ember had stopped commanding and decided to let her do whatever
she wanted.
A being that started from a single Sovereign, now took down an entire Unit, and would now be targeting another Unit, defeating it with much more ease until finally, she grew her 'army' to the point it was able to take on more than one enemy Unit at
the sa ti.
Yes, the longer this War continued, the stronger this monster's presence would
beco.
A presence that even the enemy Primordials wouldn't be able to ignore.
Rune, who was watching lia, was lost for a second.
Soon, however, she ca out of her reverie and called her sister.
'Ummm... lia, a little help here would be appreciated...'
The mont she said those words, she suddenly noticed lia's entire body turning
into a puddle of blood while her Sovereign Level blood puppets, whose numbers were
now higher than enemy Sovereigns by a large margin, continued to attack.
Rune frowned, not knowing what happened. Then suddenly,
"What is it?" She heard a voice that made her jump in fright as she then turned around, only to see
lia staring at her.
"How- no, when did you co here-
"I have placed blood marks all over the battlefield since I ca here.
I can teleport anywhere I want to."

For the first ti, the cat woman actually wondered if her Law was strong enough to be amongst this bunch of monsters.
