Shadow suddenly placed a hand on Nux's shoulder and nodded with a aningful look on her face.
"Let do it."
She spoke.
Nux glanced at her and frowned.
This was important, probably the most important thing in his mind, one step wrong and he would… lose everything.
He couldn't hurt either the child or his Allura.
This was the reason he decided he would be the one to do it but…
"This is delicate, you know that as well."
Shadow spoke directly, looking into Nux's eyes.
"You should not be the one doing it, you are too nervous."
"I can kill my emotions and stabilize myself."
Nux countered.
He could do that, at the level he had reached, the amount of bloodlines he had devoured, he had complete control over emotions, be it soone else's or his own.

"You know you cannot do that."
Shadow answered directly and Nux turned silent. Felberta nodded as well.
"We can't have you be an emotionless puppet, not right now."
Nux turned towards her, then the rest of the won spoke up as well.
"Exactly, I don't want you to stand without emotions with my child in your hands. I want to see your reaction, your honest, real reaction."
Eisheth spoke and the rest of the won around nodded, all giving their inputs.
"Exactly."
"Yes, who do you think we are doing this for?"
"Don't you dare try that."
"Mhm."
Nux looked at the won around him with a deadpan look on his face and—
"You do realize I can return to normal the mont I am done wit—"
"No."
But before he could even say anything, Allura shook her head as she tightened her hold around Nux's hand.
"Emotions are complicated, don't think we do not understand that."
The Succubus, lying on the bed with a pale face, spoke as she looked right at Nux and this ti, Nux couldn't say anything in defense.
After all, he was the one who explained this to Allura himself.
While having complete control over one's emotions had quite a few advantages, a power like this did co with… a cost.
Emotions represented the very core of one's being, erasing them, even montarily, was… altering one's own being.
It was like… erasing a part of oneself.
Sure, sothing like that wouldn't affect Nux, his mind was… too powerful at this point to be affected by little tricks like this—
But he didn't have the ti to explain it all to Allura, not to ntion, what the won were saying was correct.
This was an emotional mont, and he needed to be here, emotionally. For his wives, for his child… and for himself.

"Are you sure…?"
Nux glanced at Shadow and asked.
"Who do you think I am?"
Shadow grinned, she even opened her palm and placed it right in front of Nux's eyes.
"See? No trembling."
She spoke with a superior grin, Nux looked at her with a deadpan look on his face, but then he shook his head and asked seriously—
"Are you absolutely sure? Space is a complicated energy—"
"Oh co on!"
Shadow waved her hand.
"Anything you can do, in here, I can do as well."
She spoke as she patted her non-existent biceps. Nux and the rest of the won looked at Shadow with suspicion, but deep down they knew it as well.
Shadow was capable, more than what she portrayed. She had control over all twelve primordial energies in the Universe and through all these years, she had learned to use them with great accuracy.
There were quite a few beings with power over space in Nux's Universe, beings he could easily turn into puppets and have them do their bidding but—
None of them had stronger control than Shadow, that was how good she was. After all, space was a complicated power to acquire, and Shadow, on the other hand, had the Law of Absolute Space under her command.
"Let do it."
So Shadow nodded confidently, then she glanced at Allura, as if she was asking for permission, Allura nodded, Shadow nodded back. Nux didn't move, he continued to kneel beside Allura, waiting.
Shadow then stepped forward and after looking at Allura one last ti, she activated the space energy around him.
The space energy then enveloped around Allura, Nux tightened his hold on Allura's hand as he saw it all happen.
A strange pressure ford in the room, it was as if everything inside was holding its breath to watch it happen.
The space energy now converged around Allura's stomach, as if it was picking sothing from inside.
And that was when both Nux and Shadow began to notice the change in the very Universe.
This was the first ti natural birth was being given to a full entity inside Nux's Universe, so the Universe itself didn't know the 'rules' at play here.
It was… writing everything as it went.
Nux and Shadow exchanged a look, Nux's hands trembled even more strongly and the mont Allura sensed it, she tightened her grip on his hand, making him turn to her again.
And that was when it happened—
THUNDER THUNDER THUNDER
RUMBLE RUMBLE RUMBLE
Nux's Universe trembled, Nux felt a stinging headache, enough to make even him, a being who had swung his sword with a big grin on his face even when his limbs were cut off, react, and that surprised him.
Of course, his expression quickly returned to normal, making sure Allura didn't see it. His mind, however, had already started thinking about what was happening.
Shadow sensed it all as well, she could sense that a new connection was being ford but because this ti it wasn't Nux devouring sothing from the main Universe, but sothing that ca from within, the Universe was reacting differently, it was… adjusting.
And this adjustnt—
It was all happening with Allura.
A soft crimson glow spread across Allura's skin and… strange symbols, symbols that Nux instantly recognized as ancient Succubus symbols, ford on her collarbone all the way down to her stomach.
"Hnngg!!"
Allura gasped and arched slightly.
"Are you alright!?"
Nux questioned in panic, holding her even tighter.
"It… stings a little.
But not much."
Allura shook her head and smiled lightly, Nux felt his heart shudder when he saw that expression, but Vyriana placed her hand on his shoulder and—
"Don't treat her like a child. There was a ti she trained with , if she says it just stings, then it just stings, don't think too deeply about this. She is far stronger than whatever you are treating her like."

He lowered his head and nodded.
He then turned towards Allura and smiled again. Shadow continued as well, the Universe cald down as well and with that—
The crimson glow on Allura's body turned into seductive purple, signifying Allura's blood, which was then mixed with… Nux's gold-black, symbolizing his… impossible existence.
The two glows continued to mix with each other, the symbols on Allura's body began to change as well, transforming into sothing even… Nux did not understand.
A strange occurrence.
How could a Universe itself not know what the Universe was doing?
It was because this was sothing new.
Sothing that… did not exist before this.
Nux's child.
It carried a blood different from any existing race in Nux's Universe and in the main Universe.
That was when Shadow waved her hand, the space energy moved again and suddenly sothing appeared above Allura's belly.
A core.
A gold-purple-black core.
No…
It wasn't just a simple core.
The instant the won sensed the Universe forming a connection with this 'core', they realized what it was.
It was Nux and Allura's baby.
Allura saw it as well, and the mont she did, a beautiful smile of relief appeared on her face as her skin began to return to normal.
The strain that was making her feel this heavy was finally lifted and she—
She could now finally lay her head down on the pillow in relief.
As for the core that was now hovering in the air—
It pulsed.
The entire room pulsed with it and every woman in the room felt it. Aeliana's hand moved to her stomach. Evane inhaled sharply. Even Amaya went still, there was a complex emotion in her eyes as she saw the 'child.'
And finally—

The core cracked, like an egg opening from the inside, soft, warm and strangely calm light spilled out in the room and in that light—
A small figure finally took shape.
A baby boy.
The boy didn't scream, neither did he cry, he just… slowly opened his eyes, and those eyes with that distinct shade of purple scanned the room before they rested on his father.
Nux.
And when Nux looked back at his child, he froze.
It was like the entire Universe had isolated him and he couldn't sense anything around him, his mind had… completely collapsed.
