Tenzin frowned in confusion.
There weren't many beings in the Universe that even he couldn't resist, and his disciple knew that well.

It was his Domain that he had secretly set up in order to slow down the ti around them and distance themselves from the outside Universe.

The mont he realized it, Tenzin understood the level of threat his disciple was talking about, unconsciously or maybe consciously, his grip on her hand loosened, he wanted to turn around, in the direction where his Domain had been cracked open but then—
"Yes, beings even you cannot resist."
He heard a voice from behind.
A voice that was extrely, extrely familiar.
"It has been a while, Tenzin."
The Infinity of Eternity spoke calmly and Tenzin froze in absolute horror.
"Hm? Look at her. It looks like she was trying to kill herself."
Seraphielle comnted with an amused, almost pleasantly surprised look on her face.
"He was right, she can predict the future, even better than your relics, eh?"
She spoke, looking at Orravyn with an amused grin.
"Predicting our arrival isn't difficult, I can do that as well."
Orravyn answered without a change in his expression. Seraphielle, however, just dismissed him—
"You are an Infinity, you can do that.
She did it when she's only a Transcendent, the difference in skill is apparent."
Orravyn didn't say anything.
He couldn't.
Because what Seraphielle said was true.
This girl…
Her understanding of ti was… far more advanced than even his own and for so reason…
That felt… unsettling.
"Stop the bickering."
That was when Equarios spoke up.
"Grab her, we do not have ti."
The Infinity of Balance comnted. Then, he glanced at the frightened girl, whose face had beco even paler, as if she had lost all her blood, her entire body, especially her arm that was holding the knife, was trembling strongly.
Even in this state, the blindfold on her eyes wasn't removed, but this wasn't the mont to think about it.
Because the girl could sense it.
She could sense what was going to happen to her.
And the worst part?
"I have taken your authority to end your life. Stop trying to kill yourself, it will not work."
Equarios comnted without any change in his expression.
This was also the reason the girl's arm was trembling, she was trying to sever her head and end it all, but because Equarios had taken her authority to kill herself, her arm, knowing her intent, wasn't moving.
"Oh? She was trying to kill herself? Even now when she is in our presence?"
Ul'Thakar questioned with a grin.
"She must be desperate."
"She must have sensed what's going to happen to her."
Seraphielle comnted.
"She is good."
Ul'Thakar comnted, he was clearly impressed.
"Indeed."
Seraphielle agreed.
Then, Ul'Thakar glanced at Tenzin and—
"Seems like her Master stopped her from killing herself.
We owe him one, huh?"
He comnted and the mont Tenzin heard those words, his frozen body seed nothing more than an empty shell now.
They were after her…?
Was this the reason she was trying to kill herself…?
Just… what did she see…?
What were they going to do to her? What was it that made her think death was a better option?
And… was he the one who ruined it all?
Was he the one who… destroyed his disciple's life by interfering…?
The mont he thought about it, Tenzin's empty body shook.
The guilt, the self-hatred, the frustration, for a being who had almost always been in a calm, ditative state… to feel such emotions, that too, with such strong intensity—
It was ruining his mind at a level he might never recover from.
Ul'Thakar noticed that, and that made his grin even wider, he was… enjoying this, clearly.
But then—
"Stop it, Ul'Thakar."
Seraphielle shook her head.
"Don't act like she would have succeeded even if he hadn't stopped her. Her fate was inevitable, there was nothing he could have done to help her. Stop tornting him with guilt."
"Tsk."
Ul'Thakar snorted.
Seraphielle's words, however, did not ease Tenzin's guilt. Even if it wasn't his actions, even if the results were the sa if he hadn't done what he had done, especially since Seraphielle herself was here, a being who could bring another back from death under the right condition—
He was indeed the one who stopped his disciple.

He spoke, looking right into Orravyn's eyes as he stepped in front of his disciple.
Even if there was nothing he could actually do, he won't let his disciple be taken away, not in front of him, not when he was alive.
"I cannot allow that."
He spoke, extending his hands, like a hen protecting its egg.
But—
"That's admirable."
Seraphielle comnted with a gentle smile, but just then, dense, dark, vile energy moved in the room and circled around Tenzin's neck.
It was clear.
Even a child could sense it, the energy was going to sever the man's head. Tenzin could sense that as well, his end that was now in front of him.
And it wasn't like he didn't try to resist.
His disciple was in danger, he needed to move, he needed to resist, even if the beings in front of him were too strong for even him to handle but…
Equarios had already taken away his authority to move.
He…
He couldn't do anything.
Slowing down the ti around, hastening it, or any form of Temporal Manipulation, nothing was going to take effect simply because the aura of the Four Infinities was too strong for him to affect them in any way.
Tenzin, one of the strongest Eternals in the entire Universe… was now completely helpless and was about to lose his head without making any difference.

A snap was heard and the dark, dense energy around his neck disappeared out of existence.
Ul'Thakar frowned, he instantly realized who was responsible for it and he turned towards her.
"What are you doing?"
He asked.
Seraphielle looked at Tenzin and smiled gently—
"Do you not see how brave he is?
As the rulers of the Universe, we should reward that bravery."
"Reward…?"
Ul'Thakar frowned at those words.
Was that rcy?
He didn't even consider that for a single instant.
He knew Seraphielle better than most beings in the Universe, the woman didn't even have a shred of rcy in her. All the 'rcy' she had shown in the past had always been performative.
And now, when there was no one to… perform for…
She wouldn't show rcy, none at all.
And he was correct.
Because the minute she said that, the minute she saw a shine of hope in Tenzin's eyes, her grin widened and—
"Exactly.
He bravely stood up to the Four Infinities for the sake of his disciple, even when he knew there was no chance he could win.
At the very least, he deserves to see the end of it, don't you think?"
She asked and the instant he saw that grin on her face, Ul'Thakar felt a strong disgust at how hypocritical this woman was.
"So you want him to see what is going to happen to his disciple?"
He comnted, not even bothering to hide his disgust.
He was twisted, he loved torturing people, he loved playing with them, he loved to hear their screams, he loved to see them beg, but whatever he was—
He was upfront about it.
He could go in front of the Universe and claim he did what he did. He didn't need to hide behind a gentle, kind mask while hiding her true, vile side as if he was ashad of it.
And Seraphielle?
She was just that.
A vile, cruel demoness hiding behind the façade of a gentle mother.
It was disgusting.
And Seraphielle could feel his disgust from far away, she just didn't care. She looked at Tenzin with the sa, gentle smile that she always had, then, with a wave of her hand, light chains bound Tenzin's limbs, hovering him midair and moving him away from his disciple despite him constantly shaking his head, begging her to stop.
The disciple too, tried to run, but again—
Equarios had bound her body as well—
She couldn't do anything either.
"Let's start, shall we?"
Seraphielle smiled as she glanced at Orravyn, Orravyn didn't even look at her, he too, like Ul'Thakar, felt plain disgust when he heard her voice.
He just walked towards the disciple slowly, with his arm extended and the first thing he did—
Was remove her blindfold.
