Han Ning felt even more uneasy seeing her colleague being fired by Suzhou. In the future, it might be difficult for her to get along with others in this office.
Han Ning was quite aware of this.
Nonetheless, this ti she still planned to clarify things with Suzhou. After all, this matter is related to her, and that colleague’s business capability is quite strong. Losing them because of this would be a real pity.
Han Ning tried to convince herself.
Standing in front of Suzhou’s office door, she thought about how she should explain things once she went in. But she wasn’t sure, since this matter isn’t so easy to speak about.
This also has sothing to do with him personally.
While Han Ning was hesitating, Suzhou’s assistant, Linda, ca over.
She saw Han Ning standing far off by the office door, guessing that she might have encountered sothing.
Thinking about stepping in to help her, she felt that Han Ning was a pretty good girl with a simple heart. Who wouldn’t like soone like her?
"Han Ning, why are you standing here? Are you looking for Mr. Su for sothing? Why not go inside and speak to him? What’s the point of standing at the door?"
Linda’s words really put Han Ning in a difficult position.
She truly didn’t know how to explain this to Suzhou. He is the boss of Su Group, and she is just a small employee, asking her boss to retract an order he made. This matter is probably not so easy to achieve.
"No, Linda, I don’t dare. I don’t know how to tell Mr. Su."
Han Ning had been pacing in front of the office door for nearly half an hour.
Everyone inside and outside the office saw Han Ning at the door, thinking she might have made a mistake.
Unexpectedly, it turned out to be such a minor matter. Han Ning really was a bit foolish; to have done sothing like this. While Linda and Han Ning were talking, Suzhou, sitting in his office, heard the commotion outside the door.
He got up and walked to the door.
It was indeed that little girl, Han Ning.
Not sure what problem she’s encountering now. Wasn’t the employee spreading rumors already fired by him? Why is she back again? Could there be another issue?
Looking at the ti, Suzhou had arranged to play tennis with Xu Ke tonight, and Xu Ke would surely bring Tangtang and Guoguo along. He still hadn’t found a partner yet.
If Han Ning could co along, wouldn’t that be great?
Suzhou thought this would indeed work out.
He opened the door and saw Han Ning and Linda standing outside. Seeing Suzhou co out, the two imdiately beca respectful. With the big boss here, wouldn’t the subordinates have to present themselves properly?
"Why are you two standing here? Do you think the current workload is too little?"
Hearing Suzhou’s words, Linda was utterly frightened. Would Mr. Su increase her burden? She was already very tired and didn’t want more work.
Why stay here when you can just leave?
"Well, Mr. Su, it’s nothing, it’s just that Han Ning has sothing to ask you. I’ll be off if there’s nothing else, I still have a lot of things to deal with."
"Linda, you..."
At this mont, Han Ning really felt dumbfounded. Wasn’t Linda going to help her talk to Mr. Su? Why run off so quickly now?
Is everyone like this? Always leaving you alone at critical monts.
Ignoring everyone else.
Seeing Linda leave, Han Ning thought, now she’s really all alone. Anyway, Suzhou was already here, disturbing him already, might as well tell him everything. Who knows, maybe he’ll agree happily.
Han Ning comforted herself this way.
That was indeed the case.
Suzhou looked at Han Ning, this little girl didn’t know what’s in her young mind, even at this ti, she doesn’t forget to cause him trouble.
Probably hasn’t had dinner yet.
"What’s up, Han Ning? What do you need from ? Just say it without holding back, there’s no need for that."
Suzhou’s cold voice made Han Ning feel sowhat scared.
Is the boss in a bad mood?
If she said, he might get angry, and she’d be completely dood. Probably wouldn’t be able to stay in the company anymore?
Then if soone were to leave, it would be her.
"Boss, I just think I’m lacking exercise. So, I think walking more in the office would be good for my health."
Suzhou knew that Han Ning must have sothing, maybe his previous attitude was too harsh, scaring her.
She’s just afraid to talk.
But Han Ning was really sothing. Even after he ca out, she couldn’t tell him?
"Oh, exercising, huh? I feel like I haven’t had enough exercise lately either. Why don’t you take with you next ti? I think exercising early morning is a good choice. Let’s start tomorrow?"
Han Ning was quite puzzled.
If she refused the big boss, what if he makes things difficult for her in work later? The more Han Ning thought, the more uncomfortable she felt.
It’s all because of her mouth being troubleso; had she not brought up this excuse, Suzhou wouldn’t have gone along with it wanting to make her uneasy?
But after thinking it through, Han Ning felt agreeing with Suzhou was better, so that she wouldn’t leave any hatred behind.
"Well, Mr. Su, could you do a favor? I’ll accompany you running to strengthen your health, could you help out then?"
Han Ning had an innocent look on her face.
Indeed, this woman ca here with sothing.
But to be able to spend ti with her in the future, he agreed to her request, knowing that given Han Ning’s character, she wouldn’t ask for anything excessive.
"Go ahead, just say it, as long as I can do it, I’ll certainly fulfill it. If I’m unable, then there’s nothing to be done."
Han Ning was so happy hearing Suzhou agreed.
Now, her efforts weren’t in vain. Thinking about that colleague who was dismissed for her sake, Han Ning always felt she owed her a lot.
If Suzhou agrees to let her return, then she wouldn’t owe anyone any favors.
"Don’t worry, Mr. Su, it’s just a matter of you saying a word, surely within your capability, all you have to do is nod your head to make it happen."
Han Ning said this, and Suzhou seed to know what the matter was. This little girl, even now, is still thinking about others. Probably no one else in the company would do as she did.
"Alright then, say it, since you’ve put it this way, I’ll surely et your request."
