When Xu Ke looked at soone with gentle eyes, that person simply couldn’t refuse any of his requests, especially soone like Lin ngyao, who liked Xu Ke.
Lin ngyao looked into Xu Ke’s eyes like that, dazedly nodding her head.
"What are those two doing now?" K sat in his study, exhaling smoke rings. The dim light added an inexplicable sense of oppression to the room.
"They haven’t co out of the room yet, not sure what they’re doing inside. Do you need to plant a few little things there?" The man in the white suit looked at K and asked.
"No need. What’s the fun in knowing everything?" K said, half-closing his eyes.
"Such an interesting little thing. If he continues to amuse , I’ll give him a quick end when he fails." K said with a laugh, as if he thought of sothing amusing.
Ti flew, and soon the sky was bright again. The glaring sunlight woke up the two who were still asleep in bed.
Nobody ca to call Xu Ke and Lin ngyao for a al. By the ti the two got up after freshening up, it was long past alti, and there was no food left in the kitchen. The servants in the villa had no intention of cooking for them.
"Go to the dining room and wait for . I’ll bring it to you in a while." Xu Ke kissed Lin ngyao’s forehead and gently nudged her out.
There wasn’t much left in the kitchen. Xu Ke randomly fried so toast and bacon, fried two eggs, paired them with so milk, and brought them out.

"I like your arrogance. I hope you keep your word; after all, you’re an interesting person. I don’t want you to just die like that. If you die, I’ll lose a lot of fun, which I don’t want to see, you know that." K said, supporting his chin.
Swallowing the toast in his mouth, Xu Ke gave K a smile without any warmth, "Don’t worry, I’ll live a long life."
"What are your plans?" K showed a curious expression. He still wanted to know how the other would manage to kill the Knight of East District. As the Boss’s trusted subordinate in the East District, he was careful and always surrounded by people, leaving no chance. K nodded, his face nonchalant, yet he said, "Okay, but since you’re not familiar with the place, I’ll have soone guide you."
Xu Ke knew that the other party was obviously assigning soone to monitor him, but his heart remained calm and without resentnt. After all, he hadn’t planned on escaping today.
"Thanks then, but it’d be best to send a few more people. We might end up buying a lot of stuff."
"No problem." Hearing Xu Ke’s words, K sincerely smiled, looking at Xu Ke with sparkling eyes like little stars. Soone who didn’t know might think K had fallen for him, but Xu Ke knew the other was just interested in his plans, treating him like an entertaining toy.

After Xu Ke and Lin ngyao finished eating, accompanied by three ordinary-looking people in ordinary clothes, they took the car arranged by K and headed to the largest mall as per Xu Ke’s direction.
"With so many people following us, how are we supposed to escape?" Perhaps it was Xu Ke’s earlier words, but faced with the situation, Lin ngyao felt more excited than uneasy.

"The Xu Family’s developnt in China has reached its peak. I don’t want to be a caretaker. Xu Family needs better growth, and Arica is a good choice." Xu Ke said, winking playfully at Lin ngyao.
"But, your idea is so crazy. It’s just the two of us, and I can’t help you much. The two of us together aren’t even stronger than two individuals; it feels like we’re less than one. In these circumstances, your decision is too risky." Lin ngyao’s eyes showed undeniable worry.
"Don’t overthink it. Just staying by my side is the biggest help you can give ." Xu Ke left a gentle kiss on Lin ngyao’s hair, saying.
The sticky sweet atmosphere between the two made the bodyguards blink a few tis before they turned their gaze elsewhere.
Single dogs and all... it’s just too cruel.
