The awkward silence that reigned in the room was interrupted by a knock on the door.

Esma, who was enjoying herself at the mont, stood up. Knowing that the others were not in the mood, she went to the door and, opening it, t the waitress.

It was the sa waitress who had brought Irene to this room. When she saw Esma, she froze in amazent. The waitress did not rember that there was another guest in this room who looked like Esma. But, as a professional employee, she didn't show her surprise.

"Have you made your choice yet?" the waitress asked.

Esma, already more or less guided by the pictures on the nu, ordered several dishes for herself and the trio, as well as various types of drinks.

After ordering, she returned to her seat. Nothing new had happened in that short ti, and she hadn't missed anything important.

Esma's gaze fell on Coco, who was already expertly operating her smartphone. She even managed to download the gas and was now having a lot of fun, imrsed in the world of virtual adventures.

"That's why you're not very eager to et and chat with potential newcors to your guild, let alone invite them to your ho," Arabel finally realized after so confusion. "Have you been busy taking care of the baby all this ti?"

"Yes, that's right," Irene confird.

"Have I beco an uncle?" asked Idan, still unable to believe what he had heard.

"Yes, Idan, you've beco an uncle. You have a nephew now!" said Irene fondly, rembering her little son.

"A boy? He's... he's..." Arabel didn't know how to ask the question.

"Ahren, my son with Arslan," Irene confird Arabel's guess.

"So I've beco an aunt?" Arabel asked Irene now.

Neither Arabel nor Idan were prepared for this turn of events.

"Who's looking after the baby now?" Arabel asked, looking at Irene, because if she's here, then soone has to take care of the baby.

"I left her with my mother. I couldn't have done it without her help," Irene replied with a slight sadness. She had never imagined how difficult it could be to take care of a child. Even when she was awake, she felt tired.

"And my family… Does she know about this?" Arabel asked softly, as if afraid that her family might overhear their conversation.

"No. Arslan and I have taken asures so that no one finds out about this. I even found myself a doppelganger so that she would sotis appear in society on my behalf, while I haven't left the house for a long ti and do all my business from my house!" explained Irene.

"That's it!" — Arabel realized that Arslan, knowing Irene's character, might not have wanted to involve her and his son in family matters.

"But I think your family is already aware of our relationship and just doesn't interfere yet. However, they should not know about the existence of the Ahren," Irene shared her suspicions.

"Do you have a picture of him?" asked Arabel, who couldn't wait to see her little nephew.

"Yes, of course! Irene took out her smartphone and, quickly finding the right photo, handed it to Arabel. Taking the picture, she noticed a little boy lying on his back, waving his arms. He was only a month old, and he had short red hair like her and Arslan. However, he inherited his eyes from his mother—they were brown, like those of Irene and Idan.

When Idan saw the picture, he ca closer to see his nephew too. Noticing this, Arabel carefully moved the smartphone closer to him.

Idan, like Arabel, drew attention to the unique traits that his nephew had picked up from his parents.

When they were looking at the photos of their nephew, there was another knock on the door.

Idan and Arabel wasted no ti in imdiately putting on their Ghost masks, hiding their real faces. Esma got up again and went to open the door.

They brought all the orders that Esma had made. One by one, several different dishes were brought into their room, and soon the entire table was filled with freshly prepared food. The sll from her awakened the appetite of everyone present.

Even Coco, who hadn't been paying attention to the conversation until that mont, put down her smartphone and started sniffing the flavors of the dishes.

Postponing the discussion until later, while the food was still warm, everyone decided to start eating.

Idan and Arabel had a lot of questions for Irene. But now, knowing that a small child was waiting for her at ho, they did not decide to detain her for long.

During the al, the couple talked in general terms about their first days in Limbo.

They shared their experiences about the first night spent in the wilderness of an unknown forest. We rembered our first fight with the terrible Rabbit and other inhabitants of the forest.

They also talked about eting unique twin creatures, where for the first ti they felt the fear of defeat and even a little despair. However, they were lucky to et a resident of another world, an adventurer who saved them and later beca their senior friend and one of the closest people in this new world.

Irene listened to their story with great interest. She was curious about their experiences. She even compared her first experience of transference, which was not so exciting and dangerous.

Ti flew by, and all the food was eaten. The couple's story reached the mont when they t the high elf Milica. When she found out that they were from another world, instead of suspecting and catching them, she took them under her protection and subsequently beca their Master.

"I think it's ti for us to finish," Idan said. They had already been sitting for quite a long ti.

"But before we part ways, tell , Irene, about the second "disaster" and how things are going in the world as a whole?" he asked.

Hearing this question, Irene sighed and looked at Idan and Arabel.

"The second disaster was largely a consequence of the first," she began.

"During the first disaster caused by the invasion of alien creatures, a strange energy filled the earth, which stimulated the evolution of all living beings. During the year, the process of evolution proceeded rapidly, and the number of living beings increased exponentially. Everything was quiet until at the end of the second year, all the animals went crazy, and it resulted in a huge wave that spread all over the world!"

Irene's words sounded gloomy. Even Arabel and Idan, who had already encountered small waves of beasts in the Forest as a Doppelganger, could not imagine the magnitude of the wave capable of engulfing the entire world.
