Leaving the Astor family behind, Arabel found Irene and Arslan sitting on the terrace of their own house.
"Oh, sister," — Arslan said in surprise when he saw Arabel so early.
"Brother," — Arabel nodded and turned her gaze to Irene.
"Good morning, Irene," she said, greeting her sister-in-law.
"Good morning, Arabel," Irene replied with a smile.
Arabel looked at her brother and sister-in-law and only now realized that lately she had begun to notice them together more often.
"Has their relationship really improved?" She thought happily, slightly regretting that she hadn't been paying attention to what these two people close to her were doing.
Deciding that she should watch them more often, Arabel finally got down to what she was looking for them for.
"I have important news for you," she said, and began sharing information about the Astor family with them.
"Is Samantha here in the Kingdom?" asked Arslan, clearly shocked by this news, as Arabel had expected.
"Yes, she's here," Arabel nodded and added with a serious expression on her face, "And you better not et her."
"Who is this Samantha?" Irene asked, wanting to know who this mysterious person was, seeing Arslan's reaction.
"Samantha is our old friend from high school and the best friend of Arslan's ex—fiancee," Arabel said, knowing that Irene would find out about it sooner or later anyway, and decided to reveal the cards herself.
Arabel told them without any secrets about Samantha's condition, that they were connected to her family, and about Victoria, Arslan's fiancee, who committed suicide. She also explained that because of this, Samantha harbored a grudge against her and Arslan.
"Arslan, Irene, I do not know how to tell you this correctly..." Arabel said, thinking for a mont about how to convey to them information about Samantha's connection with the Dark System.
"Irene, do you rember telling about the incident that happened to you and my brother during the evacuation before the Second Disaster, and what you didn't want to share?" asked Arabel.
Irene and Arslan's faces instantly turned gloomy and scared.
Collecting her thoughts, Irene nodded, "Yes, I rember."
"So Samantha is connected to the force that you are facing," Arabel confessed, and these words had the effect of an exploding bomb, shocking Irene and Arslan.
"What? What did you just say?" they exclaid in unison.
"I said that Samantha is connected to this mysterious force that you've been dealing with," Arabel repeated.
Deciding that there was no point in hiding anymore, she also decided to co clean about what had happened to her.
"Dan and I have also encountered this force before," she began.
"The day I was ambushed and Dan saved , it was organized by this very force that you dealt with earlier," she added.
Arabel knew that she had to share this information with Irene and the others so that they would understand the gravity of the situation and the potential danger posed by Samantha. She wanted them to be careful when dealing with her.
She still didn't know what exactly had happened to these two.
But Arabel could tell by the look in their eyes that it was sothing serious and traumatic.
"But don't worry, thanks to Dan, nothing terrible happened to ," Arabel said with a smile, noticing how worried Irene and Arslan were.
"You know about the uniqueness of our System, and it just so happens that this force was powerless against Dan and combined might."
Irene and Arslan, looking into Arabel's eyes and seeing her confident smile, recalled the uniqueness of the couple's System. They believed in her words, and their anxiety eased a little, although it did not disappear completely.
"That's why I want only Doppelgangers to communicate with the Astor family and with Samantha herself," Arabel said.
After that, she shared what she had promised the Astor family about food delivery, electricity, and smartphone charging.
After discussing all the details for a while, Arabel, looking at them, couldn't help but ask:
"And how is your relationship progressing?"
Irene blushed slightly at Arabel's question.
"Well, we're doing fine... but lately, due to the impending Third Disaster, Irene has been spending all her free ti in the Simulation, training and fighting with everyone who wants to fight," Arslan said with a sigh, but he did not hide his smile, holding Irene's hands.
"That's why we haven't had ti to go on another date yet," he said, looking at Irene, who, although blushing, was firmly confident in her actions.
Irene beca even more confident after Arabel's admission that she was facing the sa force that she and Arslan had faced earlier.
Although she didn't know who was behind it at the ti, she still felt helpless in front of creatures from other worlds. It caused her deep feelings, and she didn't want to go through it again.
Therefore, she decided to devote all her free ti to cultivation and training, so that in the upcoming Third Disaster, she would not beco a burden, but a force that would help her brother and sister-in-law.
Seeing that Irene was serious, Arabel did not interfere in their relationship.
After talking with Irene a little more and seeing her nephew, Arabel even held him in her arms and dread about how she and Idan would have a child. After that, she teleported to her favorite place in the winter area of the ring of the seasons, where she planted the seed of the ice elental.
"Oh, you've grown quite a lot," Arabel exclaid happily, sitting down next to her and stretching out her hand to a blue sprout covered with small ice crystals.
The sprout, sensing Arabel's presence, wrapped itself around her finger and began greedily absorbing the energy of the ice elent.
With a smile, Arabel began to share her energy, feeding the sprout, and wondering what it would grow into.
"System, are you sure it was necessary not to disclose the Dark System to my brother and sister-in-law?" Arabel asked.
[You did the right thing, Host], ca the reply.
[Your brother and sister-in-law will be safer if they know as little as possible about the Dark System.]
"But why?" persisted Arabel.
[The more System Hosts learn about the Dark System, the more vulnerable they beco to it and its power.]
[But this does not apply to you, as this System is superior to the Dark System and cannot be influenced by it.] — the System said confidently.
"Hmm..." — Arabel was puzzled.
While she was thinking about the System's words, an anomaly that had appeared inside the Kingdom caught her attention. Following her, she discovered that the cocoon in which Essora was imprisoned was about to split.
"Oh, Essora has almost finished purifying the bloodline!" exclaid Arabel and hurried to inform Idan about it, using the {Lovers' Plate}.
Arabel then placed the few ice crystals she had around the sprout and teleported to a deserted place. She also teleported a pulsating cocoon to herself. A few seconds later, Idan appeared next to her.
